A great hotel in a superb location. We travelled as a family of three adults and a baby during weekdays. We stayed in a Family Suite and found the staff very accommodating. Probably the most convenient place to stay in Cēsis. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good — especially when enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the park. Great hotel in the centre of the town within easy walking distance of everywhere you might want to visit. The rooms are great and the cafe (downstairs) is also a bonus if you don't want to go too far for a meal!

Rooms looks good. Shower temperature changes all the time which is really annoying. Internet on the top floor isn’t great. I like the design and cleanliness of the room. Btw. No elevator so we had to walk up three floors with heavy suitcases…

Great value very close to Cēsis and Valmiera and other local attractions. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us and make our stay comfortable by offering room fans due to the hot weather. Loved the location, scenery, mini zoo, a walk down the river. Room had everything we needed. Spacious kitchen area for guests to use. Kids loved the outdoors, magnificent view while grilling and chilling for parents.

The rooms are great. Great Breakfast!!! Silence around. However, I heard that when all the numbers are busy, it is noisy because you can hear the neighbors. But we was the only ones there, so we were fine. Very scenic location for walks and Cycling trips. Near the river Gauja. A magical place.

Very nice place. Everything is so clean and cozy. There is a sauna which was immediately offered to light. It was a great tub. The host is responsive. Thank him for that. The pond was immediately near the cottage where we stayed and the depth was 1.75 m. The children were in the beam. I definitely recommend relaxing with family and friends.

The guy has an attitude. i think he has mistaken who needs who for his business to be successful. The place is amazing with little houses, parties, for kids, BBQ, sauna, swim, volleyball, and in very handy location.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel. Room and corridor are decorated in medieval style. Bed comfortable, in the room you will find small things suitable for everyday needs from brush for shoes to electrical kettle. Was happy to stay.

Fast and easy self-check-in and the staff were very accommodating, allowing me to check in earlier when the room was ready when I contacted them in advance! Self Check in was organized very easily. The room is properly prepared. Since I needed to change the room before my stay, the hotel arranged a room of a suitable size for me outside of booking (through which I made the reservation). I felt like a welcome guest. Breakfast is not included in the price, but there are so many cafes around that it is more exciting to find a suitable place for you.

the room was nice. the bed was comfy. I came during the quiet season, so I dont know about noise during other seasons. there is a heater inside the room. electric kettle - by request. bear in mind there is no elevator for humam use only for the luggage.

Stayed with family for a night. Clean and spacious. No fridge in the room. Extra bed was quite alright. Spa could be included in the price. Breakfast was decent. Although the hotel is not new, public spaces are clean, spacious, beautiful. Rooms could be renovated, though. Service was amazing, both in reception and in SPA. Nice clean rooms, You will find everything there that's needed for a pleasant stay. The variety of the food for dinner and breakfast could be wider. In general it was a good stay.

Overall more or less is ok for that price, but this is not a 4-star hotel for sure, more like a 3-star. Rooms are quite spacious, bathrooms are ok. An air conditioner was out of order during the hottest days (official reason - due to a storm). Breakfast - there was a food. Hotel is outdated, requires some update.

It's quite far away from the city center, and the surroundings are not nice at all (automobile repair shops etc). Wi-Fi is available, but you'd need to ask receptionist for a password explicitly. Good facilities in a quiet place. The family rooms are large and well furnished with kitchen, large bath tub. Small TV. Public transport connections not great. Restaurant not operational when we went. Nearby mall, small restaurants. Town (Sigulda) has adventure park and cable car and castle.

Great spa hotel with amazing park-like garden in pristine nature surroundings. Wonderful outdoor terrace for breakfast. It's a pity that the quality of the breakfast does not meet the same high standard. Hopefully the owners will realize soon how little it takes to upgrade the breakfast experience with fresh local high quality food products.

Nice place in a beautiful quiet area, with a well maintained flower garden and walking trails. Hotel have small SPA area and small outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds. Great restaurant "Gadalaiki", however with limited variety of food for breakfast. Summing up great for 3 stars, and great choice to stay in Sigulda.

Was only at the restaurant. I was with 6 people. Waiting time was pretty long, around 40 mins, but keep in mind that the place can be busy and we were 6 people. Food was really good though, the meat was tasty and the baked potatoes were soft and seasoned good. Would come here again.

We had dinner here on September 3rd, 2025, after a long day exploring Turaida Museum and Gauja National Park. The pork schnitzel and fish soup were both tasty, and we paired them with a local non-alcoholic IPA. The restaurant has a nice design, is located next to a hotel with a large parking lot, and left us happy overall. Warmly recommended.

Good quality rooms as well as the breakfast big portions and good taste

Beds and bedding were comfortable and the price was great. A mini fridge was a bonus. A few minor things that we didn't enjoy were wet bath mat upon arrival, broken shampoo dispenser and moldy caulking in the shower cabin. We could also hear our neighbors late into the evening and music beat downstairs at night.

Everything you need in one place for perfect holiday. Compact, 4 bedroom house with fully equipped kitchen, terrace and sauna. Beautiful views and surroundings. A lot of things to do in the resort and close by. Helpful and friendly staff. One downside, only one shower and toilet for 4 bedroom house. Overall enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

Was a great experience, we went there for valentine's day for skiing and to stay overnight in the Guest house. We got the equipment for skiing for some 12/14 eur forgot, and for the skiing track we paying price for only one ticket it was valentine's day discount. Since it was Monday or don't know why no one was there😬, we were the only ones so enjoyed to the maximum. About the room it was 60eur one...

Great place to learn skiing and snowboarding. There are two types of lifts. Yo can book an instructor. Equipment rental is available. Snowboards and shoes are new and in very good condition. I recommend

A nice place for downhill skiing, one of my top choices in the area. Equipment rentals and instructors available. Other features are X-country skiing and golf. Fairly close to Sigulda, yet out of the city.

It is a golf club and it was mostly empty when we were there. You will need to get your food elsewhere - go to the nearby restaurant Kungu Rija for excellent food.

Hotel is situated on the hillside with a beautiful view. It's simple but has all things needed - a comfy bed, good breakfast and great service! Sigulda is probably the most beautiful area in Latvia and hotel Santa is a part of it.

This venue is perfect for weddings. Probably good to stay when there are none. Rooms are designed in old fashioned way to match spirit of the place.

An excellent service in the restaurant. Nice park around the manor. Breakfast was okay, although if compared to other properties I stayed the previous night (or the previous time in a hotel 3 years ago when they were served separately) I would have expected much more. The standard rooms are 50:50, more like a design element than the equipment and amenities you would expect in a hotel.

So many cozy corners for photoshoot, huge territory, various hotel and restaurant options for your celebration or just stay. We have visited a manor and park just for a walk but next time we will definitely stay for a night.

If you’re visiting Latvia, I highly recommend staying at the Wolmar Hotel. It’s a comfortable 4-star hotel with good service and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the breakfast has limited options.

Close to town and easy to find and access. WC and bathroom needs refreshing. Close to roads and railway so it might be a bit noisy. No playgroud for kids. Fresh water for caravans is well placed.

In winter there is a snow hill, with option to rent equipment.
