For Restaurant only (never stayed at hotel). Been there multiple times and always delicious. Steaks are very fairly priced and cooked perfectly. Service is good. I’ve had steaks both medium and medium well and I would go with the medium.

This place has a wonderful restaurant! The food is quite tasty and the service was pretty nice. My flank steak was cooked well and had a beautiful crisp on the outside while being juicy and tender on the inside. The side mash potatoes complemented the steak very well too.

We just slept here in a double room, due to bad weather on the road to Estonia. Room is good and spacious, quite (at least in number 105). Very nice pool and jacuzzi, what can be used for free from 7 till 11. Very very good breakfast - top! Personal is just amazing - all are very helpful and kind! Thank You so much, defenetly will come back.

Cute apartments in the very heart of forest near Kadaga and Gungas. The price could be less expensive for such compact apartments, comparing to other offers. If you're staying for more than 1-2 nights, then you can get short of space in refrigerator 😅But as whole- the place is very quiet and peaceful, for making picnics or time spending in a couple

Incredibly beautiful little ethnographic village where you can see traditional 1850s Latvian houses brought from all corners of the country. Great place to try the traditional Slavic banya (sauna) with a mandatory dip in a near by lake. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is very relaxed and peaceful.

Great atmosphere and stunning nature!

Me and my husband chose business sweet for our weekend stay. I would say that everything was amazing. Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Im usually quite fussy person but this time I was pleasantly surprised.

Nice resort on a lake. Some people come here to play beach volleyball, some - just to chill near the lake or to have a swim. There is nice cafe. Lake is quite clean.

Overall, the place is not bad, but the location near the highway and railroad makes it a bit noisy. There is a nice place to play pooll in main building with a great view to the lake.

As our accommodation was nearby, we had a dinner in this place. All of us were pleased to their dishes, and even a gluten free dish was good and tasty ( not always the case in Latvia). Fairly reasonable prices. The waitress was also quite attentive, even if we had to wait for the check quite a long time.

5/5 - nice and clean rooms, very friendly staff, good food. The lake is quite shallow at the port (up to waistline) - so dont worry about kids swimming in the lake also. We were allowed to make noise and party and use the sauna etc until the morning, because its in a remote location away from neighbours and also there were no other guests.

While the view is really nice, in autumn this hotel is almost non-functional: for the breakfasts it served packages of dry food instead the breakfasts, and despite formally it provides access to the internet, at least in some rooms it is non-accessible. Not suitable for the work at all. I hope they will get better.

First impression - very arrogant and rude the only female receptionist - damaging reputation of the hotel instantly. I truly hope she gets fired one day. Secondly - poor Wi-Fi. A wonderful place to stay in Riga, Latvia. It's, however, not the place for nightlife lovers - too far from the city centre.

"What you pay is what you get" type of a place. It is a sports complex therefore people of various walks of life visit this place which essentially have lead to sub-par maintenance level. Why 5 stars then? - It was fundamentally a great experience (counterintuitive as it may be) - Quality equals the pay - Staff was overly friendly and answered every question

In my opinion this wellness and spa centre need some renovation. I have visited swimming pool, it is quite ok, the also have small size swimming pool for children. But changing room is very bad, and smells after dirty clothes.

Very nice hotel. The main advantage is that is located in the suburban peaceful area. Hotel is very close to the beach, you have to only cross the road and make few steps through the Forrest on the coast. You can also go to the beautiful wooden alley through the cliffs with the beautiful point of view. Rooms are comfortable, cosy and clean. You get basic things which you could need.

Nice, clean rooms and just a 2-3 minute walk to the sea. They recently put air-conditioning in to help with the increasingly warm Latvian summers :) Breakfast is tasty, eggs are cooked to order (poached, fried, scrambled, omelette) and you get bacon, sausage, a dressed salad and some bread with it. Usually some fresh croissants, fresh fruit and at least one coffee. Definitely recommended.

It is good for the most money. It is not modern. But it works . And we could sleep and it was silent. Generally I recommend it.

If you are a student, or just a person on a budget and want to save money, it's a good option for you. It's very plain, but with cheap prices. We stayed in the cheapest rooms, and for us it was okay. Because we really were on budget. Simple 4 bed rooms, public toilet and shower on our floor. Very reasonable for us. Don't expect something too cool or comfortable.

Generally speaking the location of this hotel is OK. Free parking is a big plus but it will heavily now depend which side of the hotel you get your room. Standard property. 30min from center by bus, buses run 20 min intervals. Expensive for what was essentially a room with private bathroom.

Very good small hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Responsive and accommodative staff. Shopping center with restaurants nearby is a plus. A little bit far from the city center (15 min by a bus), but the transfer is easy if you buy bus tickets ahead (there is no way to pay for transportation nearby or online).

A very comfortable, spacious and cheap solution for the city of Riga. Happy smiling and helpful staff throughout the day is willing to assist. The walls though let the noise be heard. The rooms are cleaned daily and toiletries are replaced. Public transportation is close and drives you right away to the city centre. It accepts credit cards. WiFi throughout all the hotel.

Great stay at Augustine hotel. Rooms are spacious, our room had big bathroom with bath tube.you have fridge, kettle cutleries etc but no oven or microwave, you have to talk to them to use the main kitchen if you like to cook. Breakfast was very good with cornflakes, yoghurt, salamis, cheese ...All sorts :)

Fine for a couple of nights It was all right. The room keys are in a safe of which you get a code and take your keys, among all the other guests keys. But ours wasn't there so had to call them and they called the cleaning lady and she came down and got our keys
