Due to tehnical problems our plane didint flight on time. I informed the propiety that we ll be late to check in. First they said they will wait for a late check in fee of 30 e, than they said its better for me to cancel (through Booking) and they will give full refund because THEY ARE NOT OBLIGED to wait for me...I cancel and they didint refund the money!
Dont reserve with this propiety! They have no ideea what tourism is. Besaides what happened to me particulary, they have rules and regulation like a prison. 50 e guarantee, if its not clean they will charge some money (they didint specify how much or what clean means to them, to tell them very clear when u arrive otherwise you have to wait for them to come for 4 hours) all of this were sent to me AFTER making the reservation).

Fair price for economy rooms but windows could be more soundproof ! Kitchen and bathroom were clean and quiet

The location was pretty good, not far from a shopping center "Domina" and public transportation. I would not recommend for people that have very fragile sleep mostly because of the transport sounds at nights. The AC in the room was just for the decoration as we could not turn it on, there was no elevator and the staff was not very friendly, but overall the room 13 was good for its cheap price.

The room was extremely small and did not correspond with photo for two people
, old towels and blankets on the bed looked like they were not changed. Also mould in the bathroom all over the walls. Cheap, but we did expect more comfort with this rating.

Simple but quaint and nice room.
Location makes it super easy to go to Old Town with either bus or Tram.
Price is good (cheap).
Not very friendly personnel, but maybe that's because we arrived late and besides it doesn't really matter; we come and go as we please with our own key to the apartment.
Would recommend this for any traveller on a budget.

Strong water pressure.Not enough storage.Not very warm.Location far from centre 36 mins walk.18 mins on tramway. When we entered the service lady was not happy.

terrible experience the gentleman stole a lot of money from us and then ran away he wanted us to pay for the unreliable toilet paper too, better not to go there

Decent place for a decent price.
It’s a couple of bus stops away from the center, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The downsides are the thin walls & the lack of furniture to store any of your clothes.

Very rude owners, they were mad that we were only speaking english and started screaming at us. After 5 minutes, they let us into the accomodation. They kept giving us grumpy looks until we signed everything. Room was different then what we booked on the internet but the owner did not care (probably didn't "understand" us). Every door was creaking pretty loud. Besides that, the accomodation is decent and budget friendly.

Nice location, not far from the center. Free parking in the inner yard. Comfortable bed, property was quiet at night. Inner yard is used for smoking so we could feel the smoke when the windows were open. The particular apartment we stayed at was not very cozy and some things seemed in need of renovation, but in general it was fair value for money.
