Rooms have insects and this is apparently completely normal according to the staff... No refunds of any kind possible. Tietynlaisen paikka onh...

First impression - very arrogant and rude the only female receptionist - damaging reputation of the hotel instantly. I truly hope she gets fired one day. Secondly - poor Wi-Fi. But the rooms are decent, clean and nice overall. I would give 5 stars if would not be demonised by that female receptionist who gave me horrible mood for the rest of the day. Oh - no breakfast.

While the view is really nice, in autumn this hotel is almost non-functional: for the breakfasts it served packages of dry food instead the breakfasts, and despite formally it provides access to the internet, at least in some rooms it is non-accessible. Not suitable for the work at all. I hope they will get better.

A wonderful place to stay in Riga, Latvia. It's, however, not the place for nightlife lovers - too far from the city centre.

The location is really beautiful. Overall a great place for some rest in nature. The views from the room were idyllic. However, service could be improved.

Absolutely terrible hotel.
This is actually TWO stars hotel that cheats its customers to pretend a three star. It serves packages of food instead of the breakfast, and despite there is formal access to the internet, there is none. Not suitable for the work at all.

Hotel is very well located in Riga. The place is like completly different from centre of Riga where to enjoy the weather, nature and freedom. Hotel at first sight scarry but you can get used to it :D

Good place near lake and Riga's Zoo. Clean and nice room with balcon and lake view.

We went to bed and there was really loud music playing in the bar till 1am. (our room was next to the bar) We went to the receptionist to complain. Really loud in the morning, sounded like there were elephants above our room. It was not worth the price, everything old fashioned. Curtains were dirty and the bed sheet had a hole in it. Bed wasn't that comfortable. I liked that we could use the gym, sauna and tennis court for free.
