Good food 3 times a day with cheap food on 9th floor up to 6-7pm and more expensive (but still reasonable) food downstairs until later

Modern rooms on the top feature everything one needs and cheap prices in Latvian shops nearby mean that one will have a pleasant experience regardless

Also pleasant place to swim and play beach sports!!! Sports facilities are limited but there is a gym and one can rent tennis for 15€ an hour in the neighbouring health centre

Settlement nearby less than 30min walk (bus available) Great beach nearby and lots of tracks for bikes (can be rented at nearby Neptune restaurant or in the town of Kaugari)

Excellent range of medical facilities make this the one effect place for medical treatment and a great place to meet grandparents, great grandparents etc

Nice park, remained sanatory building drom Soviet times.

Perfect Georgian kitchen and good service. Really, it's looks like old russian restaurant, but prices very low

A typical post sovietic hotel and wellness. The clients are mainly Latvian Russians, unpolite and rude people not respecting basic rules (e. Friendly staff, clean rooms with A/C. The beach is just 3 minutes walking

Two adults and a child were staying at this hotel, luxury room, one night at the end of July 2022. When we found this hotel on *********** we noticed that it had no stars which caused some suspicions

Luckily we somehow managed to find a parking place in the inner yard of the hotel (entering it from Kapu street, as it is not permitted to enter the yard from the Mezsargu street)

Breakfast (Swedish table) was good, with many choices. Minuses: they charged us additional 15 euros for our child, though we thought we had paid for all three of us when booking

Quite economy ppace to stay 5 minutes away from beach. Rooms were quite small and parking quite busy.

I was here with our choir in 90s. I adopted a little cat from this street near hotel and took to Ukraine. Called her like (I think it was a owner of hotel) Kristina. So if you know her say hello from me from Ukraine)

We loved our family stay in Sunset hotel very much. Just about 200 metres to the beach. Private parking available. Soundproof rooms. Very friendly and pleasant owner.

We had a mix up with our end of the reservation and they were still willing to keep good service level and I cant do anything but recommend Sunset for accommondation

The Sunset Hotel is a perfect base camp for adventures in Jurmala. Nothing too fancy but the receptionist Anzor will do anything that you can enjoy your stay

Perfect place to enjoy real spirit of Jurmala. Hotel is placed in old(renovated) house and it's located about 5 min walk from the Riga gulf.

Nice cheap place , renovated . Far from bars and restaurants . No soft drinks in house , best offer for that price .

The service is alright, they also check the rooms daily and change the toilet papers and take out the trash for you. As far as I noticed, it's easier for them if you communicate in Russian in the lobby

They have pretty good wifi in the whole hotel, and the rooms are pretty decent. There's enough space for everyone and they can fit up to 6 people, so it's a good place to stay with your friends

There's also toilets and showers as well as quite big balconies in the rooms. I'd say it's around 15-20 min walk straight to the beach, and around 10 min walk to the food square

Room is good to have a good night sleep and rest during day. There is shower/toilet and shelves for clothing.

It's also a comfortable place to drive out from to Riga of you want. Parking spots are also available

Cozy hotel near the sea. You can relax. Near many shops

A gloomy stop, not even inside the coffee machine for early mornings, either to warm up on winter evenings, but there is also a small plus, if necessary, you can charge the phone while waiting for the train

In the winter, the homeless are warmed up in the evenings, including young people and what else, there is no mirror in the men's toilet

Very close to the sea and cleanliness of the rooms

Just the perfect place for a good meal and the prices are friendly. Have a nice rest....

The weather was fantastic,so the room was necessary only for sleeping. We liked the place as it takes 5 min. to get to the beach and 30 sec

The only thing that was absolutely annoying it's their neighbour dog that was barking all nights till the early morning

A really nice and cozy 2-room hotel on the upper floor of the pub! Good breakfast served to the table.

A very nice place, everything was better than expected, really nice bedrooms with private restrooms, the see coast is only 800m away, the only thing we disliked, was the sound of neighbours cutting the grass ALL DAY, very very loudly

In the courtyard there are several barbecues, tables and, it seems, a bathhouse. We lived in room 4 (junior suite). This room has its own fenced green courtyard with a canopy, a table and a barbecue

Cozy private hotel. Beautiful view of the pine forest, clean air. To the beach 10 minutes walk. Beautiful area, terrace, silence. Owners have cute and friendly dogs and cats. Hospitable hosts

There were barbecues every evening. We dined in the garden, surrounded by hydrangeas. Shower room with toilet in the room. Fireplace, TV, air conditioner. A local handsome cat came to visit

From what I understand, not all rooms have a toilet. But this is not accurate :) There is a shared kitchen. The house has a shared refrigerator, iron and ironing board

There is everything you need. The place is very quiet, peaceful, away from the city center. You also have to walk to the sea.

Clean, tidy, pleasant service and air conditioners in all rooms.

We booked this house through Airbnb to visit our sister church in Riga with a youth group of 16. The house was perfect for that. You have to know that the kitchen is in the basement

These can be booked quickly online and are available for five days for EUR 60. The taxis are simply too expensive in comparison. In the basement there is a sauna and a whirlpool

There is only a bar at the top where you can prepare breakfast and small meals. If everyone helps, it doesn't matter. You should definitely rent a car

On the ground floor are three large living rooms, well furnished and also a fireplace. Definitely enough space for many people to eat at one table

Great place for a large group to relax. You can enjoy the nature around, relax by the fireplace or just have a barbecue 🙂

In the area there is a great lake and forest, which is ideal for forest games

This camping lacks modern facilities and fresh drinking water. Sometimes the customers can't behave. We witnessed one drunken macho man making noise whole night along. Even police couldn't silence her

If I would ever go back I would definitely bring a tent as the huts need a lot of work done to them and you wouldn't need to pay extra for bed linen

Beach 200m from camping is about the best Baltic sea can offer. Super staff dealing with all sorts of customers, broken facilities, drunken disturbing poeple and still happily serving you

But it wasn't fault of staff or the place. Usually all customers can at least somewhat behave when they are sober. So how do you know who to let in

It's super close to the beach but unfortunately that's about it. The rest needs a lot of work done to it

It's a nice student hostel, the private rooms are a bit small but ok, there is a kintchen and a bathroom on each floor. It's well situated in beautiful Jurmala, if you have a car you can quickly reach Riga, too.

If you're an active person, and do not want to stay indoors to much, this is really good for you! This place has a nice kitchen with everything there to prepare meals with. Fresh forest air is guaranteed

Great room. Really liked the bathrooms with a classy look. Kitchen is so cozy; cups, cutlery is there, too. The whole place is so close to the sea. Love it

Sea is a couple of minutes away. Some buildings around are not so pretty, but the place itself is clean and nice

Modern and clean facilities in the first floor. Two shared showers and three toilets per floor and a spaceous kitchen with lots of equipment. Very close to the beautiful beach, a bit further from the center

Looks a bit dated and dirty from the outside though. No chairs or tables to spend tike outside

Close to the beach and clean facilities

In addition to this, the same camper service stop was loaded with ordinary cars and there was no access to camper facilities. The Internet in Zone B did not work! Not good value for money!

This campsite is not suitable for a camper! At the entrance, a low pine scratched the roof and there is no way to enter the B zone without scratching the sides of the car either

At the camper service stop, there was only a pipe suitable to drain the toilet cassette, but there was no opening for a direct sewage pipe from the shower

The camping area is at the park of the former sovjet hotel/spa. Enough space to everyone. Nearest shop 450m. Wc/shouver only two stars, but okey anyway.

Really good location and nice beach, but camping place itself is not very fancy.
