Visited Concordia this week but due to extremely innapropriate behaviour from hosts of this place had to leave earlier, which unfortunately ruined our short stay in Jurmala. Not sure, why booking dot com does not allow to post any feedback on their platform, doesn't give any answers regarding the situation and marks our reservation as canceled, since we've been there from the day 1 of the booking € though.. I don't think it is normal to raise your voice on guests.

The service is alright, they also check the rooms daily and change the toilet papers and take out the trash for you. As far as I noticed, it's easier for them if you communicate in Russian in the lobby.
They have pretty good wifi in the whole hotel, and the rooms are pretty decent. There's enough space for everyone and they can fit up to 6 people, so it's a good place to stay with your friends. There's also toilets and showers as well as quite big balconies in the rooms.
The location is alright. I'd say it's around 15-20 min walk straight to the beach, and around 10 min walk to the food square. It's also a comfortable place to drive out from to Riga of you want.
Parking spots are also available.

Room is good to have a good night sleep and rest during day. There is shower/toilet and shelves for clothing.

Nice cheap place , renovated . Far from bars and restaurants . No soft drinks in house , best offer for that price .

Rooms and bathrooms don't have any ventilation, you hear absolutely everything what are talking and doing neighbors behind wall.
