Where to stay in Jurmala

Nice Hotel, not in the centre of Jurmala, but with a lot of great restaurants nearby (the best was named Zem Buram). Very quiet even if it was fully booked, will definitely take the kids with us next time to enjoy all the kids activities. Bolt taxi to centre was only 3-4€ and walking the beach was a great alternative too (many small nice restaurants on the beach every 500m). The only con was the elevators...

We enjoyed our stay at Lielupe SPA hotel. Excellent place, location, and service. Breakfast was very good too. SPA was included in the price. We used it a couple of times. I would definitely recommend it.

We are thankful for the great stay in your nice hotel. Everyone in the group liked accommodation and the service of the personnel. Your Wellness center and fitness club are enjoyable. The food, the evening music and artist were great.

The Hotel itself is in general nice and really an accommodated one. It is so tall, it has a nice spa, it has effective services and the most liked one is that it offers free water (and even sparkling) at every floor so you have to buy water. I would visit it again to be honest.

Nice location, away from the noisy Jomas street, but at the same time not far from good restaurants, beach is nearby. Staff is very friendly, rooms look like newly renovated.

You will find everything you need both for longer and shorter stay. Breakfast is good and rooms are clean.

Very good hotel, especialy with kids - two floor rooms with stairs. Beach couple minutes away. No private parking, but even on weekends you will find free parking around. Only small shops, mostly alcohol around and couple restaurans, that could be full - but we used Bolt food with discounts ant free delivery for Michelin restaurant - got in in 30 minutes. Breakfast good enough, many lithuanians around

I have been here many times. Very lovely quiet and clean hotel. Nice and very friendly staff. Rooms are stilish and its possible to make rooms fully blind. Even in standard rooms are slipperys and wardrobes. Every room has bath. Breakfest is good quality. Nearby is very good resto Kinza house. Absolutely best price-quality rate! Definately will visit again!

great location, near the main concert hall. The hotel looks very nice from the outside. But inside it is ordinary, with old repairs. There was a kettle in the room, but no coffee. Breakfast was delicious. The fee for a medium-sized dog is 45 euros, and for a large one - 95!! I have never seen such prices for animals anywhere!

Wonderful room with a balcony in a separate building, very clean,The room is spacious, it has everything you need, a very comfortable wardrobe with large mirrors.very tasty varied breakfast.The beach is a 2-minute walk, everything is very convenient, everything is nearby. Pizzeria was very nice place to visit. They have billiards (american and russian) and tasty food. We ordered Georgian Khachapuri and it was amazing!

We went to the restaurant there. The place has tables in the building and outside. We had to wait quite a while to order and have our food, however at that moment restaurant was crowded so it's totally understandable- in the situation I would say we got served relatively fast. Food was enjoyable, especially the apple strudel

The hotel was amazing! Great service, clean rooms, comfy beds, and a perfect location. Loved the spa and the delicious breakfast. The staff made sure every detail was perfect. The atmosphere was cozy and made me feel at home. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Nice and clean, spa/sports/bowling etc.👍 Waited 25 min for check-in and 15 min to rent bikes because the reception was empty! "back in 15min" on a sign. Breakfast you choose from a list, there is a few alternative and thats ok and fine but when they want to charge you extra (6,50 €!) for a glass of juice something is wrong 👎

Great small hotel just a short walk away from the beach. There is a restaurant downstairs that serves all day long (recommend chicken cutlets!) with a good selection. Swimming pool is a good size, but we only went once because the beach is amazing. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel so you can travel in Jurmala quite easily. And the railroad just a short walk away (trip to Riga in 20 min)...

Great boutique hotel with affordable prices, pool, proximity to the sea and beautiful baths! Bani looks a little Soviet-style, but hover there like nowhere else in Jurmala!

Not bad.good place to stay, but pillows are syntetical, blanket was also not from natural materials. They have no air condition , have to keep window open .But when window is open , hard to get some rest - very clearly han hear other guests. Breakfast is only good thing i liked :)

We are very happy with our stay at the hotel. Great hotel service and golf course. The restaurant (+breakfast) is also very good.

Always extremely kind staff at reception and courses are maintained very well. There is a 9-hole PAR 3 course available as well as the main one. Driving range has Toptracer available for hire. Never had a bad experience so far!

Great hotel. Smallish rooms on top level but very well furnished and clean. Restaurant was pretty good too. Played a round at the executive course which was challenging and well maintained. Practice facilities are top notch. Perfect place to immerse yourself in golf life.

A normal hotel, to spend the night and rest after traveling, the same. Nothing else. Not a problem with amenities :)

If on a car, then it’s okay, nice, nice rooms. Seen trying. Budget, as for Jurmala. But you can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms.

It looks like a hostel of Soviet times, inside it is quite a decent hotel. Near MAXIMA, the sea is 10-15 minutes walk. Around the forest, the air is wonderful, gravel roads are poured all over the forest - making morning runs is a real pleasure. Near the hotel there is an area with tables, benches and a grill, which can be used for a nominal fee.

At this price level, this hotel is a great choice. SPA services are very good, pool is a bit small, but the selection of saunas is easy above my needs. By the way, restaurant menu à la carte is exceptional.

Day visit for massage and spa. Massage was great. Oasis was disappointing. My first time in Latvia but I expected more relaxation and wellness but it felt more like the community pool. Way too many kids for relaxation. Jacuzzi was cold. The saunas were varied and nice but still kids coming in and out.

We visited just for pools and saunas. Brilliant place, lovely saunas and decent pools. Pool bar which is nice. I give 4 stars because there were many children screaming and jumping, although signs say no jumping, but not any staff around to tell them off, neither the modern parents: ( why these days children are so entitled that they can ruin enjoyment for other paying guests?).

I was here with our choir in 90s. its amazing place for me. A lot to remember. I adopted a little cat from this street near hotel and took to Ukraine. Called her like (I think it was a owner of hotel) Kristina. So if you know her say hello from me from Ukraine)

Quite economy ppace to stay 5 minutes away from beach. Rooms were quite small and parking quite busy.

The Sunset Hotel is a perfect base camp for adventures in Jurmala. Nothing too fancy but the receptionist Anzor will do anything that you can enjoy your stay. We had a mix up with our end of the reservation and they were still willing to keep good service level and I cant do anything but recommend Sunset for accommondation.

Perfect place to enjoy real spirit of Jurmala. Hotel is placed in old(renovated) house and it's located about 5 min walk from the Riga gulf.

Our rooms were located behind the main building in a separate building. Despite the outside looked outdated, the rooms themselves were very nice. Good beds and a decent bathroom. The breakfast was good, but not extraordinairy. We stayed in 2 rooms next to each other with 6 adults.
