Where to stay in Jurmala

We are thankful for the great stay in your nice hotel. Everyone in the group liked accommodation and the service of the personnel. Your Wellness center and fitness club are enjoyable. The food, the evening music and artist were great.

Excellent location, great value, SPA area has large pool, 2 saunas. Kids friendly. Very good breakfast. Small rooms :(

Nice hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. Good food, with a varied selection of breakfast items. Set in a sleepy town, just outside of Riga. Be careful of taxis, lots of unofficial taxi drivers ready to pounce on tourists.

Great location close to the beach and the woods, good service, pool and gym but the breakfast could be better and the elevators are very few and slow (if they work at all). Rooms are clean and nice but pretty tiny.

A nice place to spend holidays with family. Kids loved the indoor pool. A short walk to the sea. On the other hand, avarge variety for breakfast. Expected room to be cleaned daily in a 4 star hotel, but it wasn't.

Great resort, small, not crowded, lovely restaurant with delicious food (morning Breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner according to the menu), rooms are renovated with 5th on 9th floor, the staff is friendly, treatments high quality. Massage Christina super!)

If there is nostaļģija after interior with 25 years of seniority, here you can find some great exhibits and the service adequate, the prices of modern. Spa services of high quality doctors well.

Excellent and perhaps the only place in Jurmala, to improve their health and relax. Even if you are not able to get a ticket, you can come and use the services of the resort for cash. The pool with mineral water - just a delight, all around clean. If not satisfied with the set lunch, which is much better and cheaper than on the beach, serves a La carte.

Great hotel, very family friendly (kids area at the restaurant, high chairs, 50°C sauna with big TV screen, toys for kids were sold). Jurmala Hotel and Spa is located in the heart of the old town of Jurmala. The rooms are nicely appointed, with robes and slippers in every room and super comfy beds and linens. This is a resort hotel and town, so while you are in the hotel, you can just wear your robe and slippers as you go to the spa or pool. We visited just for pools and saunas. Brilliant place, lovely saunas and decent pools. Pool bar which is nice. I give 4 stars because there were many children screaming and jumping, although signs say no jumping, but not any staff around to tell them off, neither the modern parents: ( why these days children are so entitled that they can ruin enjoyment for other paying guests?).

We spent 4 days in this hotel with children. The room was on the 9th floor, semi deluxe. We liked everything! Nice, clean, bright room, excellent breakfast, good dinner. The spa, pools and saunas are great! We'll definitely come back.

Small pools. No ventilation and air conditioning working normally. Staff was not able to solve. Found exposed electric wiring on the balcony. Location is superb. Breakfast is good enough.

On cleanliness: The shower floor flooded and wouldn’t drain.It flooded to the bath floor and drained only there as there was luckily a drain there or else it would flood the whole room. I found out there were black hair on the drain and it was obviously clogged anyway because the sink wouldn’t drain as well. The location and rooms were good. But the service was terrible: they charged a damage deposit from card 140 eur that was supposed to be returned back on check-out day, however, the deposit is not back not the check-out day, not 2 or 5, or even 12 days after check-out. Good location on the Jurmala beach with a spacious executive suite, separate sitting room and balcony with side sea view. Liked the breeze of the Baltic sea from the balcony. Mixed bag experience. The staff is completely indifferent (except for spa staff, one butler, and teenagers working the breakfast service). Location is very beautiful, safe, and quiet. The houses in the neighborhood are very beautiful with a Victorian style. The rooms were ok, a little dated but good condition. The staff was excellent and polite. The SPA was amazing!!! I did the Garden experience and I highly recommend it. Felt amazing and peaceful. Pool is a lot of fun, overall it was a great experience.

The seafood and grill restaurant provides a delightful experience, featuring tasty food and professional waitstaff. The cleanliness of the rooms, however, is not up to par. Additionally, the prevalent use of Russian by most people around you might make you feel as though you are in Russia.

Since I entered the Kurshi SPA hotel I was meet&greet by Receptionist name Natalia . Kursi Hotel is a perfect place if you are travelling with family. They offer quite a unique range of rooms to facilitate your needs. In our case we were offered a two-storey room with master bedroom on the ground floor and kids room upstairs. Very nice hotel, great location, good breakfast and fair price for what you get. However, the room had a bit of funny smell. And we made a mistake by not checking properly since we were booking last minute. We wanted a hotel with a SPA zone (sauna and jacuzzi etc) however, this hotel has only Wellness center with massages and treatments.

High quality apartment where everything worked well and service was very helpfull. We stayed in apartment nro 5 (groundfloor) and the two bedrooms were big with a lot of storage. The hotel is not worth the price. Everything is there, nothing is missing. There are also irons, a washing machine and a dryer. The sea is very close. Awesome. The best hotel from my visits.

Excellent location for family staying in Jurmala. Nearby: beach, playground, Jomas Street, Concert Hall "Dzintari". Children-friendly, spacious, clean and comfortable. Underground parking is available.

great location, near the main concert hall. The hotel looks very nice from the outside. But inside it is ordinary, with old repairs. There was a kettle in the room, but no coffee. Breakfast was delicious. The fee for a medium-sized dog is 45 euros, and for a large one - 95!! I have never seen such prices for animals anywhere!

The building was dated, the breakfast was ok, it seems like the building and breakfast and overall the facility is geared towards Russians which is fine but maybe a global breakfast like waffles or pancakes, more fruit. Wonderful room with a balcony in a separate building, very clean,The room is spacious, it has everything you need, a very comfortable wardrobe with large mirrors.very tasty varied breakfast.The beach is a 2-minute walk, everything is very convenient, everything is nearby. Pizzeria was very nice place to visit. They have billiards (american and russian) and tasty food. We ordered Georgian Khachapuri and it was amazing!

We went to the restaurant there. The place has tables in the building and outside. We had to wait quite a while to order and have our food, however at that moment restaurant was crowded so it's totally understandable- in the situation I would say we got served relatively fast. Nice location, away from the noisy Jomas street, but at the same time not far from good restaurants, beach is nearby. Staff is very friendly, rooms look like newly renovated.

Nice and clean, spa/sports/bowling etc.👍 Waited 25 min for check-in and 15 min to rent bikes because the reception was empty! "back in 15min" on a sign. Breakfast you choose from a list, there is a few alternative and thats ok and fine but when they want to charge you extra (6,50 €!) for a glass of juice something is wrong 👎

Great small hotel just a short walk away from the beach. There is a restaurant downstairs that serves all day long (recommend chicken cutlets!) with a good selection. Swimming pool is a good size, but we only went once because the beach is amazing. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel so you can travel in Jurmala quite easily. And the railroad just a short walk away (trip to Riga in 20 min)...

Great boutique hotel with affordable prices, pool, proximity to the sea and beautiful baths! Bani looks a little Soviet-style, but hover there like nowhere else in Jurmala!

It is OK, nothing more, nothing less. Not an impressive hotel. It is time for the hotel to improve the rooms because slowly it gets outdated. For the more expensive Jurmala area it is a OK price. A regular hotel without the frills. On the first floor of a shop and a cafe which is not expensive, very tasty to eat and still really large portions.

Good not expensive hotel. The repair is not super new. But everything is clean and tidy. Very friendly people. A downstairs café with low prices and huge portions of delicious homemade food.
