Excellent location, great value, SPA area has large pool, 2 saunas. Kids friendly. Very good breakfast. Small rooms :(
Nice hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. Good food, with a varied selection of breakfast items. Set in a sleepy town, just outside of Riga. Be careful of taxis, lots of unofficial taxi drivers ready to pounce on tourists.
+Very good staff (although they work too long shifts!) +Very good facilities, with 1.5h complimentary spa included per day -Only 2 central elevators, a lot of traffic and floors means a lot of waiting
Great location close to the beach and the woods, good service, pool and gym but the breakfast could be better and the elevators are very few and slow (if they work at all). Rooms are clean and nice but pretty tiny.

This is a resort hotel and town, so while you are in the hotel, you can just wear your robe and slippers as you go to the spa or pool. It offers a well-equipped gym next to the spa appointment desk just off the lobby
The pool area and sauna are very nice - just go there during the week or in the morning after breakfast then it's not full. Water in the kids pool was really cold on one day but the next day it was warm
Negative points: bad coffee, dinner buffet not always available and no info about it, mattresses were too soft and pillows too hard, bathroom was flooded when using the shower
Breakfast is a buffet with a tremendous selection that is sure to please all. From the front door, you are minutes from the beach, and the west door puts you on the promenade with shops, sights, and excellent restaurants
Sleeping on bed felt like floating on cloud

Location is very beautiful, safe, and quiet. The houses in the neighborhood are very beautiful with a Victorian style. The rooms were ok, a little dated but good condition. The staff was excellent and polite
Good location on the Jurmala beach with a spacious executive suite, separate sitting room and balcony with side sea view. Liked the breeze of the Baltic sea from the balcony
The breakfast spread was enjoyable. Essentially, nice rooms and good food, but the staff must have been huffing the same fumes since everyone there is equally confused about what their job and responsibilities are
The rooms are nice and clean, beds are very comfortable. The Italian restaurant serves good food (not a great price-to-quality ratio, but tolerable. 27 euro pizza is a crime, it's not even authentic)
When requesting them to resolve the issue, they say they have returned it back. Worst problem solving experience ever. Breakfast was very good, but the staff was not that welcoming

Very nice hotel, great location, good breakfast and fair price for what you get. However, the room had a bit of funny smell. And we made a mistake by not checking properly since we were booking last minute
In our case we were offered a two-storey room with master bedroom on the ground floor and kids room upstairs. I honestly have never seen this before and I was pleasantly surprised/amazed with such set up
Amazing place ! Only the WIFI is bad in some places ,but otherwise its good. If your looking for a family hotel i highly recomend it !
During full on season I'd say the place is super busy as it located in a perfect spot close to Beach and Touristy areas like Jomas street. I would definitely go back for a longer period of time
Very nice and warm hotel. Superb location, just 5 min from the sea. Very friendly staff. They has regular rooms and family suites. SPA center here as well. Breakfast as usual.
Complex also has their own private playground, spa facilities, restaurant. The Hotel itself is conveniently located roughly 100-150 meters from the Beach

Nice comfortable small hotel with a restaurant. Good breakfast. Close to train station and a short walk to the shopping and restaurant area.

great location, near the main concert hall. The hotel looks very nice from the outside. But inside it is ordinary, with old repairs. There was a kettle in the room, but no coffee
We had to wait quite a while to order and have our food, however at that moment restaurant was crowded so it's totally understandable- in the situation I would say we got served relatively fast
The fee for a medium-sized dog is 45 euros, and for a large one - 95!! I have never seen such prices for animals anywhere!
The building was dated, the breakfast was ok, it seems like the building and breakfast and overall the facility is geared towards Russians which is fine but maybe a global breakfast like waffles or pancakes, more fruit

Nice location, away from the noisy Jomas street, but at the same time not far from good restaurants, beach is nearby. Staff is very friendly, rooms look like newly renovated.
Great hotel, freshly renovated, friendly staff, good Breakfast. Located 2 min walk from the beach , in a quiet forest. To train 15 min walk. Park Dzintari 5 minutes.
Very nice hotel, around a small forest, peace and quiet, close to train station and Jomas street, a small pool, but great room and great food, I advise everyone to this hotel.

Swimming pool is a good size, but we only went once because the beach is amazing. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel so you can travel in Jurmala quite easily
Great small hotel just a short walk away from the beach. There is a restaurant downstairs that serves all day long (recommend chicken cutlets!) with a good selection
Great boutique hotel with affordable prices, pool, proximity to the sea and beautiful baths! Bani looks a little Soviet-style, but hover there like nowhere else in Jurmala!
Breakfast you choose from a list, there is a few alternative and thats ok and fine but when they want to charge you extra (6,50 €!) for a glass of juice something is wrong 👎
Nice and clean, spa/sports/bowling etc. 👍 Waited 25 min for check-in and 15 min to rent bikes because the reception was empty! "back in 15min" on a sign

Excellent location for family staying in Jurmala. Nearby: beach, playground, Jomas Street, Concert Hall "Dzintari". Children-friendly, spacious, clean and comfortable. Underground parking is available.
The hotel is not worth the price. Everything is there, nothing is missing. There are also irons, a washing machine and a dryer. The sea is very close. Awesome. The best hotel from my visits.
Secure parking under the building was super although the space was a bit tight for big cars. Location was perfect between the beach and the shopping street. Really a wonderfull place to stay at
High quality apartment where everything worked well and service was very helpfull. We stayed in apartment nro 5 (groundfloor) and the two bedrooms were big with a lot of storage
The terass was small but that didnt bother us. Each bedroom had a window that you could open. Air condition was very powerful and you could really cool the whole apartment well

Good not expensive hotel. The repair is not super new. But everything is clean and tidy. Very friendly people. A downstairs café with low prices and huge portions of delicious homemade food.

I have been twice in Villa Joma, it is good location to stop over when travelling from Germany to Finland. Service is very nice and friendly, food very good (even I took pasta with sides
) and wine selection is enough good for me. Breakfast need to highlight separately, nothing special but everything fresh and that breakfast room is very nice
