Best Hotels in Jurmala

Nice Hotel, not in the centre of Jurmala, but with a lot of great restaurants nearby (the best was named Zem Buram)

Breakfast at the hotel was very good and of high quality — this was one of the positive aspects of the stay. Unfortunately, the room experience did not meet expectations

The massage was good too—though not as relaxing as I expected. The therapist decided to work through all my tense muscles, perhaps a bit too enthusiastically. The restaurant is rather expensive, and the food was average

As always, everything was great, and the music evenings were great👌

Nice hotel with a good view and quick check-in/out. I’d say it has everything you need for a short break. The swimming pool is lovely, and there are two saunas

The Spa treatment, was provided by an excellent technician and I appreciated the after treatment tea area

A place where there is a desire to return. Two great advantages : friendly staff and excellent food in the Italian restaurant. Breaks the stereotype of the on-site restaurant. So, if you like the cold sea you here)))

Unfortunately, this stay was rather disappointing. The hotel used to leave a good impression and we stayed here every summer , but it’s clear that the quality of service is declining — primarily due to the staff

As in we could put a couple of toothbrushes on the sink, but had to store everything else in the bedroom. We all enjoyed the spa services (kids especially enjoyed the salt cave - what an experience!)

It’s unfortunate to see a once-reliable hotel lose its standard because of staff negligence or poor management oversight

I truly hope the management addresses these issues and restores the level of service that guests have come to expect. Now the stay is not worth the prices which are increasing every year

Definitely not worth the money paid, much less 5 stars, the hotel category is 3 stars at best. Breakfast is very good, a wide selection, but there were not enough tables during breakfast

The staff are wonderful people, very friendly and they not only answer to all questions, but also gives good recommendations. This time we booked room in their website, so we also got a free welcome gift

Small individually airconditioned rooms in good condition. Very competetive price and good location in Jūrmala, also close to Riia center

The hotel is autenthic by it's architecture. When you exit hotel - you are in Jomas iela. Only 5 minutes by walk to the sea. Breakfast - amazing, tasty food, different options for everybody

Clean, comfortable stay Overall, the hostel was nice. The staff seemed to pay extra attention to cleanliness. We had a twin room which had a sink, a night table, and several hooks to hang items

There was no soap or toiletries. There was no other table to place things. The space was small, but adequate for two of us. There were private and gang showers and toilets

We didn't use the kitchen space, but it looked clean and was adequately supplied. Get there early or there will be no place to park

Having paid £7 more per night, than the ensuite hotel room we stayed in, in Inverness the following 2 nights (which included breakfast), this was not value for money, nor somewhere we will return to

Great location with walking distance into town

At this point, I wasn’t fully discouraged, but after a fire alarm had us in the car park at 0100Hrs, which had us back inside quickly, but there was no head count or procedures followed

Excellent range of medical facilities make this the one effect place for medical treatment and a great place to meet grandparents, great grandparents etc

Good food 3 times a day with cheap food on 9th floor up to 6-7pm and more expensive (but still reasonable) food downstairs until later

Also pleasant place to swim and play beach sports!!! Sports facilities are limited but there is a gym and one can rent tennis for 15€ an hour in the neighbouring health centre

Settlement nearby less than 30min walk (bus available) Great beach nearby and lots of tracks for bikes (can be rented at nearby Neptune restaurant or in the town of Kaugari)

Modern rooms on the top feature everything one needs and cheap prices in Latvian shops nearby mean that one will have a pleasant experience regardless

Very lovely quiet and clean hotel. Rooms are stilish and its possible to make rooms fully blind. Even in standard rooms are slipperys and wardrobes. Nearby is very good resto Kinza house

Breakfast was good and they served freashly baked crousants and pecan pasetries! The cooks were awesome as well, was sad to see that one customer was angry at them just because the boiled eggs were boiled before the breakfast so they were cold

You will find everything you need both for longer and shorter stay. Breakfast is good and rooms are clean.

Very good hotel, especialy with kids - two floor rooms with stairs. No private parking, but even on weekends you will find free parking around

The budget room that we booked is indeed very basic and not so good value for money, but size is good to put baby bed

I loved it here! I chose this hotel because it is very close to the beach but prices are better. Also I loved the homestay feel of this place.

There are two railway stations nearby, the sea is just 2-3 mins walk by foot, there is also a shop and a cafe (note however that the cafe closes at 18:00)

The hotel is not worth the price. Everything is there, nothing is missing. There are also irons, a washing machine and a dryer. The sea is very close. Awesome. The best hotel from my visits.

Excellent location for family staying in Jurmala. Nearby: beach, playground, Jomas Street, Concert Hall "Dzintari". Children-friendly, spacious, clean and comfortable. Underground parking is available.

Secure parking under the building was super although the space was a bit tight for big cars. Location was perfect between the beach and the shopping street. Really a wonderfull place to stay at

High quality apartment where everything worked well and service was very helpfull. We stayed in apartment nro 5 (groundfloor) and the two bedrooms were big with a lot of storage

Swimming pool is a good size, but we only went once because the beach is amazing. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel so you can travel in Jurmala quite easily

And the railroad just a short walk away (trip to Riga in 20 min). Cleaning service is excellent and friendly. Front desk was overall friendly (when smiling!) Highly recommend, would return

We thought we would do a long weekend trip to Riga but decided to stay in the resort town of Jurmala. We close this hotel as it seemed to have character and be well positioned within the town

It is clean, comfortable, well run and all at a very fair price. It is not a grand or smart hotel so don't expect extra frills

The poor guy was visibly trying to accommodate everyone running from table to table while they should actually hire more servers and cooks! Good enough food but takes a long time to get it even on quiet hours

Light House Jurmala restaurant has very unique, very calm and relaxed atmosphere. While seating in the restaurant, the feeling is as if you are in the beach, you will enjoy it. Food is great, with variety of choices

Nice partially ruined castle. Breathtaking views to the river valley from the viewpoint. Main Palace is open for tours as well. Cool opera open air festival in summer
