Pretty good place to stay during the journey. Soviet Union holiday house atmosphere. If you want, you can order the breakfast. One minus, in my room tv was broken.

Nice place to eat. You need to wait of course a bit for food to be prepared, but it will be the same at other places. Visiting this place time to time, not often to be honest.

Big space outdoors, and my guests enjoyed every detail. You can connect your music, set up your dining table outside (if sunny), dance, play, go to sauna, swim in the Pond, and do a round on a boat. Pleasant host, always available. Very nice spot not too far from Riga. With sauna and a cold pool, towels provided. A pond where you can fish and swim. Plenty of cutlery and crockery available. Two bbq spots and a small swingset outside.

Stunning place! Great area just next to the water (river Daugava). The building is new, the rooms are really nice and spacous. There are cute sauna houses, the best one is on the river so you can jump right into it after sauna. The staff was amazing during our event, very attentive, helpful and outgoing. Good campsite near the city, bus to city possible. Friendly owner who lives on site so flexible on arrival time. Facilities are basic (shower, toilets, kitchen) but clean. Also rents out tents floating on the water which look very cosy. 4g coverage is good. Free wifi near the facilities but not everywhere on the site.

Quiet and small area. Great play stands and trampolines for children. It was a pity that the water in the river and pond was now so low that swimming was not really successful.

I've used it as a base for years: simple and cheap accommodation, but still too expensive for what it offers: apart from the magnificent location on the banks of the Daugava, simple and unpretentious rooms, breakfast now abolished for Covid, and .. nothing. other! I go back there ONLY for personal reasons

Hotel situated in quiet area. Parking is possible near the hotel. The rooms are old and not so nice anymore. Toilets door locks were broken (rooms 402 and 408). Shower was good. Living in Prima for the past four and half years has been an excellent experience for me. Every one of them is so warm and welcoming. As an example, Uncle Victor stands out as the best uncle I've ever known. He is devoted to everyone, and everyone is devoted to him in return. The manager is kind and courteous. To everyone, She is warm and welcoming.

The hostel is very affordable, and conveniently located just 1 min away from the trolley stop. The trolley #15 takes you straight to the city center in 15 mins. The best part of staying in Prima is their personnel. Incredibly hospitable, lovely, kind and helpful people. My warmest recommendations!

A really nice house with a really fantastic atmosphere! The house is fully equipped, clean and comfortable. The garden around the house is also very nice and well kept. I loved it very much! In the immediate vicinity there are numerous opportunities to discover the beauty of Latvian nature. The city center is only 10 km away. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Every time again!

Very accommodating staff, i asked for a EU to UK plug and she gave me her personal one to borrow. Very quiet, the view is out onto the carpark with lots of potholes. If you can get past the outside looks inside is very pretty.

Unfortunately I have to say that the room stunk! The bathroom/toilet didn’t have an outside window, wouldn’t have been an issue had the drains for this room not had a foul odour. You couldn’t leave the door open to ‘air’, because then your room would’ve smelt. Very good place. The room was big. I have two comments, though. The room was extremely hot. I had trouble sleeping and I was sweting like crazy. Also, we had a strange leak in the bathroom. Rooms are very large. Ours was 2 twins and a queen. The twins were softer than the queen. Nice large bathrooms and shower. Breakfast was great but some things did run out. Luggage storage was free and very convenient. Staff is super nice.

Ok, there's not a lot of great things to say about this place apart from really friendly staff and that it is in fact clean and provides for a safe stay. The rooms are small, the beds uncomfortable, the traffic noise from the street is loud and the breakfast is mediocre at best. BUT, where else can you find a double room including breakfast for €34? Would stay there again when traveling on a budget...

Interesting rooms, none too large. Very unassuming from the outside, but everything worked out fine! Cash only. Pretty close to old town (walked) and could probably get to old town via bus easier and faster, but we didn't mind the walk. Had no problem finding street parking.
