Ștefan is a hospitable host who's taking care of his guests. I really recommend him. Road access is a bit challenging but you will have your car in the apartment parking always. Good food, clean and quiet. Very beautiful green garden.

Lovely place!!! Nice and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was simple but had everything and it was really tasty!! The hosts made us feel like home!!!

Apartment is on georgeus place, with wonderful sea views and old cityscape. Host are very welcome. There is a garden under olive trees. Room where we stayed was clean and adorable.

Medin Apartments was the best accommodation among the 9 places I stayed at in Petrovac over August-September 2017. I like its quiet location among the olive trees above the township, the value for money, clean rooms with good WiFi, family owners - and the genuinely non-smoking rooms (I stayed 4 times). Stairway access to town and beaches.

Superb place: very nice, clean and comfortable apartment, sea view, fast wifi, free parking. Only 5 minutes on foot to the beach. Best of all are the hosts who offer a wonderful welcome.

An amazing place for low budget. The hosts are just amazing, understanding & really polite. Room is clean daily and the staff is amazing. It is close to everything, there is no noise from the city but you are still in the center of it. Definitely 10 out of 10. 😀

Amazing accommodation! The bed was very comfortable, the service was very friendly , we had a balcony with a beautiful view. It close to the beach and it was quite (we were in the middle of May). The cleaning service was spotless. Small supermarket is just downstairs, very convenient. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful little boutique hotel which is very nicely decorated. Only 4 floors, lovely pool and little roof terrace. It has a lift and our standard room had everything you need, hair dryer, kettle, fridge. I would definitely visit again and recommend. No idea why it only currently scored 3.5 out of 5!!!

Beautiful quiet hotel in Budva. The hotel was immaculate, well maintained and very clean! Staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. About half an hour to the old town by walking but super close to the beach and other restaurants/bars. little supermarket right outside for snacks and drinks.

A five star review for this wonderful hotel. From my initial booking, through to my stay,everything was perfect. My room had everything I needed and was exceptionally clean and super modern. The hotel is well placed, close to beach, stores and restaurants. We did not notice any trafic noice when trying to sleep. Staff was very polite and helpfull when we needed something. Our room felt clean and well maintained. Wifi and good aricon. Would recomend.

Myself and my girlfriend spent a week in Casa Mia, Budva and despite the previous four reviews all being negative we found they could not have been different to our stay. Excellent location for relaxing by the sea. The comfort studio apartment we stayed in was really comfortable and came with a great view of the sea and old town across the bay. Breakfast was fantastic and food and drink was fairly priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stunning in every way! We felt like we were in paradise! The hotel is gorgeous, built on terraces with the sea all around. Swimming in the private beach was terrific. We are 3 dinners at the restaurant and we’re very satisfied with the quality, not to mention the ambiance. The staff was professional in every interaction we had. We only stayed one night as we were travelling on into Albania. The apartment was lovely and the view amazing. The access however is horrendous. It’s a tiny cliff side track barely wide enough for our hire car and you’re expected to back up if someone comes the other way. Parking is limited so you block someone in or are blocked in. Good things: clean room and people who work there, transport to the beach. Bad things: the breakfast was the same every day and not so good, the hotel is located near the street and it was very noisy. The cleaning women worked late at night and in the early morning. Not so good for resting.

This hotel is elegant, comfortable and reasonably priced. We made a last minute reservation here and I’m glad we did. The staff is very friendly, the room is spacious and very clean. In the morning we could eat a very nice breakfast wich was included in the price and the food was fresh. Also the place of the hotel is perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious rooms, great location, stuff is very polite, breakfast is ok. What we didn’t like is that hotel is a bit neglected. For example in the rooms not all lights are working, carpet is with stains, small items in room that can easily be fixed are broken..

This small establishment offers an excellent but reasonably priced alternative to the more costly places on the beach. I like to give 10 stars for Deus. The hosts are good and friendly. Deus in on great location there, beach is in front of property. The rooms are good, clean and with great balcony, and they are changing towels every day. Deus has a good and safe parking for their guests. For the price it is OK, not the cheapest, not the most expensive but you get the best for your money.

Beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. To the sea - 8 minutes of leisurely walking in a straight line. The place is quiet and calm. The apartments are large, bright and spacious, furniture and appliances at a high level. The house is new - an elevator, mirrors, intercom and other amenities are present. Recommend!

Very nice view from the balcony. The sea is not far, 10-15 minutes. The washing machine is of poor quality, it practically does not wash, there is no washing powder. The beds delivered are also bad. There is a working dishwasher and air conditioning.

The proprietor was very helpful and accommodating. We had a really delicious pizza in the adjoining restaurant/bar. The room was incredibly clean and had all the modern comforts you could want. This has clearly been a labor of love for the proprietor. The apartment is just a short walk (maybe five minutes) along the beautiful harbor to the gates of the old city. We hope to return again someday!
