First of all it’s location, the view from villa is unbelievable 😍 Celebrated my wedding here and it was the best decision for our intimate wedding.

We were six girls renting one of the villas and we had an amazing time! The villa was even more beautiful than in pictures, we felt we were living in a castle. The service was amazing as well, so helpful and nice people. Would highly recommend this place!!

Convenient location near the beach with lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. The amenities are good but the apartment can get noisy in the morning and evening which is a shame. Overall good value for money and would recommend.

The location is very good, you can walk to the old town and the pier, and there is also a small terrace where you can sit outside and have a drink and enjoy the evening breeze, which is very comfortable!

We stayed here for 5 nights and safe to say this apartment has one of the best views of the Kotor bay. We booked a room with a big balcony with shadow and this beautiful view over Sveti Stefan, Budva in the distance, and sunsets behind the mountains. We arrived a little earlier than check-in, left things at the reception, went to have lunch at a cafe across the road, when we returned, we were immediately settled. View from the upper rooms is amazing. Clean. There is a nice cafe near by, also it takes just a few minutes to get down to the beach just by Saint Stefan’s island. The owners are very nice family, speaking English. Private parking and wi-fi also available.

This house was built in the 12th Century as a wine and olive oil warehouse. Truly amazing to live with so much history around us. Fascinating. The apartment is very spacious. The room is separated from the living room by a door. The AC is on the living room. Good location near the end of the beach. The Wi-Fi is good and there is free parking. The host was super nice. He gave us late check-out and also gifted us two local beers to try. The only down would be that the apartment could use some renovation.

Amazing place! With a great view!

In front of Long beach, reaching by walking the most famous sandy beaches. Very clean, perfect communication with the owner and as well a lot of help with taxis, transfer and general information.There are different food shopping stores near, a pizzeria, some bars and 5min away there is a local market, Lunapark and plenty of restaurants. Very satisfied.

The location is great (very close to the sandy Beach), the restaurant attached is excellent for a most reasonable price, the room was of very high standard (big, bright, clean, nice and sturdy furniture, very comfortable matress). During our stay in Monténégro we also went to Petrovac and we could really compare and appreciate how much ulcinj and this hotel were great!!

I spent several days in July 2018 at Adriatic apartments in Ulcinj. It was recommended to me by a friend of mine, and definitely this was a great recommendation! The beach is very close, just 2-3 minutes by foot. The hosts are very nice and helpful and rooms are very clean and cozy. I really enjoyed my time here! Highly recommended!

Big room, have everything you need. Our apartment was on 0 floor, with easy access to the pool from balcony. Sea could be closer, it will take like 10 minutes to reach it. Wifi is ok, sometimes lost connection by the pool, but it was working perfect in room.

Spotlessly clean and very well kept accommodation. Pool area beautiful with a fantastic view of the mountains and sea. Reception staff and cleaners lovely. There is no restaurant on site which is a shame. Having somewhere on hand to grab a drink or something to eat would of made the stay even better. Rooms are big and comfy, feels like you are in your apartments, not in a hotel. And the staff is always glad to help. I was in a need to print my boarding passes and asked them, they printed it right away

This is only for the spa. I went 2x. First was a deep pore cleaning for the face. The 2nd time was a pedicure and another facial, all w Mina. I thought I’d have to see a dermatologist when I returned to the United States-but she totally took care of it-I wish I could see her every 6 weeks.

Hotel is clean and is located centrally. Sadly the outdoor pool is closed. All in all great, but the receptionist is unfriendly as hell. As he is representing and welcoming the guests, I am expecting someone more helpful working there.

It is not so close for Old Town. 15-20 minutes on foot. The breakfast includes the price but the breakfast is really very poor. The employees are helpfully and smiling. But you should prefer another hotel/home in old city.

Ștefan is a hospitable host who's taking care of his guests. I really recommend him. Road access is a bit challenging but you will have your car in the apartment parking always. Good food, clean and quiet. Very beautiful green garden.

Apartment is on georgeus place, with wonderful sea views and old cityscape. Host are very welcome. There is a garden under olive trees. Room where we stayed was clean and adorable.

Medin Apartments was the best accommodation among the 9 places I stayed at in Petrovac over August-September 2017. I like its quiet location among the olive trees above the township, the value for money, clean rooms with good WiFi, family owners - and the genuinely non-smoking rooms (I stayed 4 times). Stairway access to town and beaches.

Superb place: very nice, clean and comfortable apartment, sea view, fast wifi, free parking. Only 5 minutes on foot to the beach. Best of all are the hosts who offer a wonderful welcome.
