The girls on reception were very helpful. When booking.com stated no room they were able to accommodate. Spa but €10 for use of sauna.

I was disappointed by the hotel facilities: The big outside pool is mostly for kids (not deep). Beach area from the hotel could be better (comparing to other along the sea shore). The service and food was good. We've chosen this hotel mostly because of sea side location with big pool and private beach, but we did not even use these because other places along the beach were better

Lovely view, heartwarming staff. The rooms were clean and we didn't have any issues during our stay. We checked-in hour before the check-in time without a problem and had a free parking. Food in the pool bar is normal price with very good taste. Rated 4/5 because they are saying they have 3 saunas and jacuzzi but none of them were working at the time. The sea was dirty because of the port.

Hotel Princess is a lovely place to stay in Bar. It has a true holiday feel - overlooking the sea, you can hear the powerful sound of the waves and it’s just beautiful. Breakfast was served downstairs and we enjoyed sitting on the outside terrace. We spent long afternoons lounging by the pool, enjoying the sun. Nice hotel, friendly staff, near the sea, perfect for a family relaxing holiday. Rest at the beginning of June 2018, the sea has not yet put the sun loungers. Internet free, speed is great. We give review for the top floor restaurant and cook! The location is just the best, view of the bay, freshly wind, amazing food and architecture. The top chef Mladen will spoil u with amazing delicatessen, freshly cut fish carpaccio, risotto and /or pasta of top quality. Best wines, water and a romantic atmosphere for family or couples. We came twice and will come again!!

Beautiful place, perfect position by the sea, very comfy and pleasant, but what made my impression is the absolutely amazing stuff! So helpful, always with smiles and full of humor, can make your day in seconds! Oh, and the food! The restaurant is amazing!

This hotel has a superb coastal location and beautiful views from lots of sunbathing areas with two swimming pools each with a bar. The room was a good size, great bathroom and stunning view out to sea. The Sunset at this hotel is absolutely stunning and has to be seen

The hotel was lovely however the customer service was poor . Do not expect 4 star service despite the hotel rating. The service was 2 star at best . Staff were not keen to help and on one occasion when we asked charge our lunch bill to the room , this was met with sighing and eye rolling from the waiter . Everything was very good, especially compared to other “hotels” in the area. There were minor technical problems with the equipment in the room (the faucet in the kitchen was loose, the TV could suddenly turn off, the kettle burned out - it was replaced), but this did not spoil the overall positive impression. Me and my husband spent our first married weekend in the resort. Our apartment was F40, it has a jacuzzi, spacious bathroom, and two balconies for relaxing. The buffet was delicious, and had everything for everyone’s taste. All employees were very kind and professional. The atmosphere in resort was perfect and peaceful and this photos are proof of its splendid and romantic ambience. Breathtaking views...

The view from our room was breathtaking Stay at the pool very enjoyable The small but private beach was an amazing experience. A good selection of food during breakfast and dinner. We also enjoyed the live music every night while sitting at the hotels amphitheater.

Amazing hotel on a relaxing and beautiful area. Great service and we had an excellent room with a juccuzo and a big balcony. The sunbeds are spread around the hotel over different pools and relaxing areas and spots where you can enter a private area in the sea.

Infitity pools were nice, the beach wasn't really walkable from the huge rocks---very slippery. Nothing to do besides swimming and sitting. If you have small kids or you're old, I imagine it's nice. It's a great place to visit for a couple of hours, not something I wpuld recommend staying longer.

I had a great time staying at the resort, its very quiet and private, with a great view, the receptionist was very kind and helpfull, and made me feel welcome right from the start. If you are looking for a private resort with a family atmosphere, this is the place for you!

Great place! Friendly receptionist and very nice rooms. My girlfriend and I tried the couple's hammam in the spa and sauna area for our first spa experience. We stayed at the hotel for three days and we loved it! The place is beautiful, very clean and the service is great. The room is beautiful too. The swimming pool area was never crowded and has a beautiful view. There were also fluffy towels every second day and comfortable sunbeds. We used the spa daily. We had an excellent time here. The beach is excellent. The food is varied with many different types of food. Rooms are comfortable and spacey.

After reading all of the bad reviews I was worried about our reservation. The check in was crowded but mostly because it was families of 4 or more waiting inside to get checked in and be given a bracelet for guests if the hotel. All in all we waited about 20 minutes. Superb welcome. The Staff are very very pleasant. If you need anything the staff are there to advise you. I highly recommend it. For the children the swimming pool is pure happiness and for the parents a bar with feet in the water and music to relax. Thank you to the whole team once again.

There was not one socket in the room, only one by cooking area. Rooms were ok. Beach we did not like in front of hotel. Pool was dirty. Staff was ok

Great hotel in lovely place Dobre Vode. Hotel is located at the beach, it has a pool and it’s very well organized for all kind of summertime activities. Staff is very kind, friendly and professional. Everything was perfect in this place. It is close to beach and room was perfect. Thank you making our vacation wonderful.

Spacious apartment, bed was comfortable. Nice roof terrace and fire stoves to cook on. Space to leave bikes and a washing machine you can use in the garage.

Really close to the beach, grocery store and bakery are near, location is great, owner offers parking inside for one car/apartment, every apartement has AC, supplied fair enough, pretty spacious. Welcome and goodbye drink offered free. Place has a big terrace with sea view for apartments w/o balcony, a bbq grill on it. Downstairs there's a bar with cheap prices, and the owner can grill you lunch/dinner...

Large, clean rooms, amazing pool overlooking Bar. Only difficulty was navigating steep narrow roads to and from the apartment. But don't let that put you off. Swimming pool was gorgeous. We loved our stay here (2 adults, 2 children).

Pretty nice sea/city view. Casual continental breakfast. Receptionist was pretty annoyed when we arrived at 2 a.m. But it was pretty cool for the price.

Really excellent hospitality by the host in MS Hotel.

It's a modern place, and it has a beautiful view on the sea, and offer half pension. I only gave this place three stars, because my entire family went sick of the egg, and it has huge problems with the eletricity and water. The food except the egg was pretty good, but the soup was always the same.
