Damn this filthy hotel with no sign of hygiene! I don’t understand how well-known sites like Booking and ******* work with such a dirty place! My three little children, my wife, and I got a gastrointestinal virus from the filthy pool water and the poor hygiene, and we had to go to the hospital last night. The pool water was so polluted and murky that you couldn’t even see the bottom — it looked like a swamp and seemed like it hadn’t been filtered for a long time! The dishes in the breakfast hall were “cleaned” only with a spray and a cloth, still full of leftovers from previous meals. When I complained to the hotel owner, he rudely raised his voice and said, “In Montenegro water is expensive, and if you don’t like the hotel, you can leave!” There was also a rude female staff member named Samara at the reception who kicked me out with disrespect.

Let’s start with the good: the view is chef’s kiss. That’s it.

Now, the rest:
Pool looked like a science experiment — algae and all. Breakfast was fashionably late, with flies dining before we did. Watched them toss chlorine into the pool during breakfast like it was part of the entertainment.

Asked for an umbrella — never got one. Went on a scavenger hunt instead. The room? A horror story. Door looked kicked in, key barely worked, AC was just blowing hot disappointment, and the lamp was purely decorative (and dirty). No showerhead, no clean towels, and the floor? Let’s just say I kept my shoes on.

Food was overpriced, and the menu looked like it had been fished out of a puddle. No pool or beach showers — because who needs to rinse off, right?

Bottom line: stunning view, complete chaos. Don’t waste your money unless you enjoy paying for stress with a sea view.

We arrived late at night after a long and exhausting 13-hour journey, having made a reservation for two rooms. What we experienced upon arrival was utterly shocking and completely below even the most basic standards of hospitality. Both rooms lacked hot water, the internet connection was entirely non-functional, and, most disturbingly, the bed sheets had visible blood stains. We were not offered any assistance or given the option to have the sheets changed, which is absolutely unacceptable from a hygiene and health standpoint. To make matters worse, there was no staff member present at the reception during the night. The only person we saw was an elderly man who did not speak a word of English and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. It was unclear whether he was even an employee of the hotel, as he offered no help whatsoever. We were effectively left completely unattended, with no way to reach any responsible staff member in case of an emergency or even to address basic issues. Spending the night in such conditions—without the ability to take a shower, access Wi-Fi, or sleep in clean bedding—was both frustrating and degrading. The overall experience was nothing short of a disaster. Hygiene was non-existent, communication was impossible, and there was a complete lack of customer care. This situation is not only unacceptable but also potentially dangerous. I expect an immediate and formal response from the management, including an explanation of how such negligence could occur and what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen again—either to us or to any future guests.
