The hotel overlooks the sea, the renovation can be seen that it was made recently. The rooms are fresh. Walk 3 minutes to the sea. BUT! This is where the pluses end.
We arrived at 9:00, check-in from 14:00. We met girls at the reception, they don’t understand a word in Ukrainian and Russian, one of the girls barely understands English, it was necessary to explain on the fingers.
After that, at 3 they went to clean 1 room, and there is not even a smell of cleaning there. As we entered the room, the entire floor was in puddles of water, hair from previous residents, leftovers of food were scattered on the shelves. The balcony was not cleaned at all. That is, it is not clear what they were doing there for all 5 hours. At the request to at least dry the floor with a rag, the girl blinks her eyes and spreads her arms.
During the rest, we took out the garbage ourselves, towels are not changed unless you ask about it 10 times. Then maybe they will be changed. Cleaning of course no one does during your stay.
At the reception, the girls are not pleasant, not a friendly attitude, very lazy, they appear at the reception extremely rarely, most of the time they are not at all. We didn't see any surveillance cameras either. There are no safes (although it was indicated on the website that they are). That is, anyone can come in and do what he wants. If you have any questions, they will remain unanswered, because there is no one to answer them.
There is a busy road under the hotel, motorcycles, trucks constantly drive, it is unrealistic to sleep at night with an open balcony. You sleep all night with the window closed, like in a booth.
We had breakfast included, but as it turned out, they were in the nearby Anita 3 * hotel. About normal, hearty, healthy breakfasts (as indicated on the hotel website) there is no question at all. Breakfasts were different every day, but it’s impossible to eat them either 2 sausages and mustard and a lot of bread, then 3 types of sausage butter and bread. Although the coffee was delicious.
Given the pig attitude of the staff towards the guests, this hotel is not recommended.

Good properties with good value. This villa is new(since 2019) and has excellent service. All suites have sea view. Cleanness 5/5. Best recommendations.

Rooms clean and spacious. You just need to cross the bridge over the street to find yourself on the beach.
There is actually no cleaning as such, but towels are changed and rubbish is taken out. There is often no one at the reception, but it is enough to call the indicated number and one of the girls will surely come to the rescue :) The girls are very helpful and smiling.
