This hotel now is a shadow of its past glory. Everything is broken and silent. Large hallways with no people. There is some magic in it.
Hotel rooms need immediate renovation. Hotel is far away from Budva and there is no public transportation. You have to take a taxi or rent a car. Breakfast is not bad but not very good , it could be much better.
It's a very old school hotel. People are very pleasant. Food is great. But it's a very old school hotel...

We only stayed one night in Cetinje and decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. Our server was super nice and helpful and the food was pretty decent. The outdoor space was really nice to spend a few hours in, too
coming often to eat food here, the waiters are quick and the service is 5/5, the waiter DAVID was always quick to serve us and nice to me and my friends
I am genuinely happy to have discovered Cetinje and Hotel Gradska. Even in the middle of winter, you can have a wonderful time. There is excellent bus service to the other cities like Budva, Kotor, etc
food is excellent, my favourite is funghi pizza, portions average at 15-20€ and are about 350-400g. there is an inside and the outside seating, they will always ask if you like the food which you WILL
We had breakfast/lunch here and really enjoyed it. The cafe is centrally located, with a lovely sunny terrace which we sat for our food. We had breakfast, coffee and drinks all was fantastic
The first day we arrived, Anna at the reception and Vuk and the cleaning lady were exceptionally helpful and competent. The staff at the bar were also helpful and competent

This is the perfect place to stay in Montenegro. It is close to Budva, Sveti Stefan and Kotor. You Can relax in the quiet and cozy surroundings. Nice pool and perfect bar with cheap cocktails and they are very good
Really nice quite place with very friendly people. Will stay here again on my next stay! You need a taxi or car to go the beach but that's all well worth it. Restaurant is also the best I have eaten in Budva.
There is not a kitchen in all of them though. There is a pool, bar and restaurant. All cheep and serves decent food. The only downside was the shower in our room, it was leaking and a little broken
Would have given it 4 stars because of the shower, but the staff was so nice and willing to help with anything, especially the young girl Marte at the reception. It makes up for the leaking shower
Amazing peaceful place on the hill! Old olive trees, pool, bar and small restaurant, not many guests.. The atmosphere here is relaxing and quiet. The owners are very friendly and nice. Best stay!

Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible view and very comfortable modern interior with high tech equipment but it all looked so warm, natural and tradional. The hosts were great and really made us feel as at home
We could hardly move to the beach as the villa was so amazing and the pool outside with sunbeds and BBQ zone were perfect for kids and whole family. There are few beaches and shops available on walking distance
My stay at Luka Villa was wonderful. Inside and out was very nice, and clean. The interior seemed modern and newly renovated, and had everything we needed. The pool outside was also great
Free parking lot is available at the villa. We stayed here in August for a week and it passed as quick as just few days. Don't make our mistake and book it for longer period)
We had a great time during our stay at Luka Villa. Our hosts were amazing and provided us with some local treats for our stay. The house was beautiful and well appointed
On top of all this, we had beautiful sunset views looking out towards the mountains and water. The hosts were great and really made us feel at home

A tip, just avoid the private boat tout there and do it in Virpazar. It won't be private, but for 15 euro instead of 80 you get a guide, food and drinks!
