Hotel Gradska Cetinje

First, this is NOT a five star hotel. Rooms are ok, but simple and not 5 start.
but the majority of the staff is just bad. There is no sense if service or trying to make the smallest effort to make the guests feel welcome.

I went to the cafe at Gradska Cetinje and absolutely hated it. The staff was horrible. Very rude. There was no professionalism and one of the guys constantly kept banging things and appeared annoyed and angry. The food was horrible. I ordered a cappuccino and cake. Could not finish the cake. It smelt of raw egg. I rarely ever leave food but could not finish that cake. I went to this place because I had heard a lot about it and saw that the building and hotel was beautiful..however was extremely disappointed with the service at the cafe. It ruined my experience of visiting Cetinje overall. Felt extremely unwelcomed. I was visiting there from Budva (as we were staying there for our holiday), but after visiting the cafe, I felt so unpleasant that I did not feel like spending the rest of my day in Cetinje and left for Kotor which was so pleasant.

1e per person in restaurant just for fork and knife (kuver). Lmao guys just get a real service and don’t charge for things that are needed to be free of charge. Food is basic but probably best in town.

Good location and food, as well as drinks assortment. But service is disappointing, our waiter was Mladen and he wasn't interested at all, seems like his work is a punishment and not enjoyment. He doesn't even say hello or anything pleasent, takes the order and brings the items without any words, pretty weird.
