Located near the centre of the new town of Budva, area podkoshlyun, 700 m from the coastline the sea, 20 mins walk from Budva's Old town. The distance to Tivat airport is 20 km away.

Only 29 rooms.

Consists of two buildings.

Total area: building №1 - total area 500 m2, building №2, total area of 320 m2.

Beach: public sandy-pebble beach 700 m from the hotel (3 coastline). On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. The beach is 640 m. 1

Smelly and small rooms. Beds were rok terrible. No elevators if you stay upper stores. Some parts of room (on the rbd for. Inst) no wifi. And they told us in the morning at 9 that we have check out in 1 hour. Breakfast was normal. Receptionists were polite but breakfast staff wete a bit rude and kinda ,,bossy,,. That was funny to look from aside.

The room was good but the bathroom is a bit narrow and the place is top of the town so to get there from center is a bit hard. Breakfast was cool and staff was very helpful.

This is a very nice hotel with a high level of service. The stay includes a delicious breakfast and a very pleasant and friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and everything is clean. The area is beautiful and there is parking available. I recommend checking with the administration in advance about the availability of parking spaces, as there may be issues during the vacation season. Thank you to the hotel for their hospitality.

avoid in a wide range. the worst experience was experienced by my parents who worked in this hotel, they worked honestly and in the end they were kicked out with the threat of calling the police. they were not paid the money earned. I definitely do not recommend this hotel and definitely do not work there. if you don't believe, try it and you will see for yourself. should be closed forever.

Unpleasant experience!!!

Old furniture, you cannot have a proper sleep because the bad creaks very bad. Also, the bathroom has a bad smell, and the wi-fi is not working in the rooms. There is no elevator so you have to carry up your luggage up to 4th floor.
Keep in mind to not forget any belongings in this hotel because they “ throw them in the garbage” when you kindly ask after a few hours if they found your stuff, so they basically steal your stuff if you by mistake forget something in the room and they are pretending that they just tossed away your things. Worst experience!!!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Hotel is clean and in a walking distance from the beaches and the old town. There were a few hotel managers friendly cats outside keeping you company which is nice if you like them like us. Fully recommended!

Great hotel. I liked everything, Breakfast, wifi in the room catches. This hotel is not 5 star so don't expect super cool service.)
