Super, very nice vila, nice and clean rooms with all facilities that you can expect... it is very clean, they change towels I think once per day... there are a loy of nice places very close to accomodation... also there is a paking available.. nice experience... we will come again...

The manager was super nice and let us check in early. The apartment itself felt a little grim but was okay for one night.

Great hotel! Definitely recommend. Everything is very presentable and convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant with a sea view. Various delicious dishes. There is a wellness room with massage, shower, jacuzzi. Nice, clean pool. Private beach, sun loungers. The hotel staff does their job well, everyone is very polite. After check-out, you can leave your luggage and stay on the territory, swim.

We stayed here for just one night, which was enough for us. At £80 for the night, we didn’t have high expectations, and overall, it met them. The hotel has a retro feel – it reminded us of an 80s-style Benidorm retirement home. It’s clean but definitely in need of a modern refresh. On the positive side, we had a warm and friendly welcome from the reception team, who were helpful and knowledgeable...

The location is not bad. The rooms are of course a little tired, smelled damp. The breakfasts were not bad at all, buffet and they give you almost everything you might like. The only minus was a HUGE one - paid parking, which as it turned out was paid upon check-out... Well, no other hotel charged for this and here was an unpleasant surprise, I won't say that it spoiled all the time spent here, but...

Huge hotel with promised free parking, but their parking capacity is maybe 80% of the needs, so luck factor is there for finding a lot. Food was great, access to the sea was easy, pools were excellent and clean, but... We got a family room, it was smelling of uncleaned aircondition, daily room cleaning was not guaranteed, the pipe was damaged, so after every shower there was an inner-sea in the bathroom...

The hotel is old, more like 2 stars if we follow Western standards. The beach is not private contrary to what is written. Note 2 beach bars/clubs nearby so if you don't like the noise avoid it because it's there all day and night (impossible to relax at the swimming pool for example and you can hear it from the room too). The bedroom doors don't close well, be careful!! Quite good bedding. Breakfast...

This Hotel was really nice. For that price service was great. Food was awesome, and different every day . People who work there are friendly and always on service. Clean rooms and hotel. Only thing I didnt like is that my room was without sunlight so it was really cold( even if is outside 30C) And they could work on Wellnes centar to be cleaner. Owner is really kind and super friendly! Feels like you are at home. The room is really comfy and the view is priceless! Everything is really nice here, except you will have to walk on a stairs for a while because the apartment is up on the hill, just like most of the houses. Rooms are not expensive at all, its very suitable! Overall, 10+! We will be back again!

This place is amazing. I stayed 5 days. It is close to everything - old town, sea, shops, restaurants, bus station. Stunning view from the room. The spirit of heavenly Herceg Novi is right there. The room is actually a studio apartment. A compact kitchen has all you may need. Everything is perfectly clean. Perfect view on the sea. Great price for quality you get. Housekeeper was very nice and help us whenever we needed. Main bus station is 5-7 minutes walking, super market same and well as beach. Only oroblem is getting back from the beach, upstairs (but that's Herceg Novi). Great place for vacation.

Tried to enter, walked around the whole complex without any luck. There is a balcony on the first floor in the inner side of the building, I enter it through the open window, but the door to the corridor is closed. Good luck!

It is a shame that this charming hotel is closed. It looks stunning from the outside. This is pure beauty. You just have to look at it from the right perspective and think outside the box. The dream.

Hotel is located at the beach and has a decent room cleaninles and food in its restaurant. This hotel is like a hotel from Stephen King's Shinning. Once it was a great hotel founded in 1981 with glass modern architecture but nowadays it just have a spirit of passed days of its glory, still it has something creepy but charming, definitely something worth visiting it.

I really satisfied with acvomodation even I wqs in non renovated block. Maybe other rooms are wors but mine was ok. I was on 3rd floor and had amesing view. We did not have air condition but room was cold because it was good oriented. I can said food is perfect in hotel! Also best thing is that chipest sunbath and sununbrela is in front of hotel. In water you can enjoy in sand. Really good and I recommend

Nice place to stay, clean and very close to the border. On the other hand, we spent 2 nights and the room was not done, the breakfast is very expensive for what is offered (4'6 euros).

Small family-run hotel in an excellent position with rooms and balconies overlooking the beautiful bay. Really friendly owner who served breakfast every morning. Huge breakfasts including a different home-cooked local dish every day. Nothing was too much trouble. Clean towels and room cleaned every day. It really made our stay special.

This is the most welcoming and friendly hotel I've ever had the pleasure to stay in. I came over for a week from Scotland with limited local language skills and couldn't have been helped more by our host. First of all, I have to say Montenegro is one of the most beautiful places we have ever been to. The beaches are incredible. The cities have a romantic and charming soul about them. It is definitely the sun and stars of mediterranean! While there, my fiance and I had the privilege of staying at the LaRos Apartments. This hidden gem happens to be centered most conveniently just steps from the water...

Perfect place! We are vacationing with a large group. The territory is well-groomed, a lot of greenery and flowers. Outdoor terrace, terrace with TV and upholstered furniture, sports area.. There is a small garden with a table for a romantic dinner. Outside there is a large summer kitchen: stove, oven, electric grill, refrigerators, washing machine, radio, fan. Surprised by a professional coffee machine...

Perfect place. Clean and well equipped. Is the perfect base to visit lustica and all surroundings. The host must have put so much effort to create such beautiful apartment.

This hotel has a great view to the bay of Kotor. The rooms are spacious and modern. All rooms have a balcony, which is very convenient to enjoy the sunset or spend some time outside in the evening. The pool area is cozy and also with breathtaking views. My only suggestion is about the shower cubicle, which should have a door to avoid water splashing around the bathroom.

Enchanting place overlooking a very picturesque bay, and in the middle of nature. The view from the hotel is very suggestive a very high rating and a little advice (in the bathroom the shampoo and shower gel packages are too cheap for the elegance of the structure) we recommend anonymous or single-dose dispensers.

There where fewer tourists on the beaches and the city center and it is cool! Now about apartments. They are very clean and spacious. We have our own kitchenette in the suite. Everything worked fine. No TV in the room but air-conditioned and well equiped with kitchen. About kitchen: i personally don't like mutual kitchen where anyone can interrupt you during cooking but i will not make big drama about it for 20 Euros for night. I took my needed rest and i enjoyed my time there after a long day on the beach.

We spent great time there with my wife and 3 years old kid. The staff was very helpful and service is very polite. Everyday cleaning was just perfect. Stuff at the reception was amazing and very helpful. What I didn’t like was breakfast options, very limited, wasn’t very fresh. Also it is very noisy, especially at the pool, area around pool is beautiful, not very crowded, but the noise from magistral high way is too much, it’s just so loud. Luckily our room was at the side and we could close the windows, I felt sorry for the guests who had rooms...

Tiny room, noisy, too bright (too much light in the morning), not very clean, cobwebs in 3 places (bedroom and bathroom). Bedroom and bathroom windows. No place to put the suitcase. Room on the 2nd floor without elevator. The leaking water heater in the bathroom. The shower water drains poorly. Don't go and get more from the buffet in the morning without watching your table, we'll take away your cup...

A Nice hotel with friendly staff, good food (buffet) with new dishes every night. Clean rooms and a good locaton for daily excursions. Management of the hotel should however consider a non-smoking policy at the restaurant and by the pool.

Nice hotel. Great staff.. We had a terrible storm and my wife slipped on some steps. Staff were very helpful and fortunately my wife didn't do any long term damage to herself. The restaurant staff were exceptional in accomodating our garlic intolerance making us fresh meals of the buffet version had garlic. Very understanding. Thank you

Hotel has perfect outdoor swimming pool that we used every day. Staff was very kind and on full disposal all time. Our rooms were cleaned every day. Food was excelent. We had breakfast and dinner- wide offer of different dishes was every day. Highly recomend this hotel to everyone.

Excellent place to stay. Large rooms and excellent hot water, water pressure, AC, and the free breakfast. I took off one star because every time we tried to pay with a credit card, it was declined. I believe that they want cash.

Stayed 2 nights and look forward to returning. The room was very large and comfortable and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves very good food. Breakfast is included and the menu offers many selections. I also enjoy dinners in the restaurant.

The hotel is OK, the cleanliness could be better. We found several foreign hair in the room. The breakfast is good but the choice is not wide enough to eat it for a week every day I think.
