We got access for a small pool, not really cleaned with a lot of chemicals smell. The nice pools you see on the website - we have no access to them. It is misleading as you see beautiful pools that you cant use...if we knew it before we would take a room with a pool. The beach is very nice with good service and access.

To be honest, the only reason why I mention this place is because the resort is built on the spot where the navy headquarters once stood and I served there in the marine corps almost 3 decades ago. I have fond memories from that time and some life lasting friendships. I must say that I'm ambivalent about fancy hotels, that means nothing to me.

A Nice hotel with friendly staff, good food (buffet) with new dishes every night. Clean rooms and a good locaton for daily excursions. Management of the hotel should however consider a non-smoking policy at the restaurant and by the pool.

Nice hotel. Great staff.. We had a terrible storm and my wife slipped on some steps. Staff were very helpful and fortunately my wife didn't do any long term damage to herself. The restaurant staff were exceptional in accomodating our garlic intolerance making us fresh meals of the buffet version had garlic. Very understanding. Thank you

Hotel has perfect outdoor swimming pool that we used every day. Staff was very kind and on full disposal all time. Our rooms were cleaned every day. Food was excelent. We had breakfast and dinner- wide offer of different dishes was every day. Highly recomend this hotel to everyone.

Excellent place to stay. Large rooms and excellent hot water, water pressure, AC, and the free breakfast. I took off one star because every time we tried to pay with a credit card, it was declined. I believe that they want cash.

Stayed 2 nights and look forward to returning. The room was very large and comfortable and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves very good food. Breakfast is included and the menu offers many selections. I also enjoy dinners in the restaurant.

The hotel is OK, the cleanliness could be better. We found several foreign hair in the room. The breakfast is good but the choice is not wide enough to eat it for a week every day I think.

Overall rating, excellent 10. Accommodation, location, cleanliness, restaurant service, everything is top notch. Wonderful people who received us, who satisfied all our wishes and made our holiday more beautiful, and to whom we are very grateful, and on this occasion we send them greetings. one of the employees (the one working in the morning) was amazing. and kind. she was a woman. she was hardworking and very helpful, offering solutions we didnt even think about. we had a private beach infront of the ohouse and a nice popular bar. i really like portonovi resort and to all the travellers you must visit restaurant verige 65... its wow, it will completely change your stay in montenegro...

The location is amazing with a short walk to Porto Novi, if you drive, there is quick access to the main road. The host was really amazing, very helpful, and caring.

We stayed in penthouse few months ago and it was amazing. The terrace and the view were incredible. Felt bad that weather was terrible so we couldn`t enjoy it to the fullest!

We got the top floor. Amazing view, large terrace, spacious rooms and strong WiFi connection throughout the apartment. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Parking space was included. 4/5 for cleanness, but nothing that would affect our enjoyment.

Riva Residence was twice our home in Montenegro. We were here in February just before COVID 19 broke and then we came back again after COVID. They are very professional. Branca is very professional and hardworking. The price is very high compared to other places around.

I will share my feedback: The village is perfect, beautiful, wonderful. The hotel staff is good, it was necessary to change the room and change it very fast. Emotions are good…. We had a lovely time in this hotel, new and modern lovely rooms, lovely views, swimming pool, sea, private beach, good food variety. Downsides: animation for adults and kids as well as trips organised by the hotel are only in French though staff talk in English when asked. Room service was minimal. Amazing if you are French and don't mind sand in your room :-)

All the staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautifully appointed with wonderful views. The food is usually good but inevitably can be a little repetitive. My partner would like a selection of nuts and dried banana at breakfast. The best bed ever to get a good night's sleep. Overall a wonderful stay.

A house with history! You feel when cross the threshold and inhales ... Built in 1903 . Completely renovated in 2014 . Repair fresh . All clear . Sea: make 10 steps , swim ! And lie under the pine trees ! Quiet . Super -and minimarkets nearby.

Young family, very friendly, Denis and Marina. Denis speaks english very well. Close to the see. Quiet zone. I came with a motorcycle and they let me put inside the yard. Have access to kitchen. Close to intersting points, such as Dubrovnik in Croatia and Kotor.

The pool and the view is just perfect! Quiet location, close (around 500m) to the sea. Good A/C, good WIFI

The location is perfect, but the best part was the pool that is clean and very quiet, it was mostly us who were using it. Kids had a blast!! The apartment complex is very quiet, so you can properly relax and enjoy.
