We got access for a small pool, not really cleaned with a lot of chemicals smell. The nice pools you see on the website - we have no access to them. It is misleading as you see beautiful pools that you cant use...if we knew it before we would take a room with a pool. The beach is very nice with good service and access.

To be honest, the only reason why I mention this place is because the resort is built on the spot where the navy headquarters once stood and I served there in the marine corps almost 3 decades ago. I have fond memories from that time and some life lasting friendships. I must say that I'm ambivalent about fancy hotels, that means nothing to me.

Food is good typical for the region with some Russian inclination. Majority of the guests are Russian. They offer hookah/nargile which is rare in the area. This place definitely exceeded our expectations. Apartments are super nice and clean, balconies big with nice view. To the beach there is only 3 mins walk, and also there is a private beach for hotel guests. The hotel is very good and the price is very good. The only downside is that the location is not easy to find. At the entrance of the hotel, there is an alley, just turn in. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and the service attitude is very good. The room is big and has its own balcony.

My room was a bit dark but clean, with small kitchen, nicer bath, big balcony, decent internet but not really the international tv channels the site boasted. Most local and russian ones. Cleaning was fine. One longer power cut during the week. 80 meters to the beach.

Great hosts, amazing view, next to the beach. Clean and simply perfect for what it is, top value. Spacious parking in the shade across the street, highly practical. Also, Kumbor is not too densely populated and is such a great alternative. Beachfront bars and restaurants below the property are great value as well.

The restaurant had a small menu and could not serve some of the dishes. The waiter did not speak a lot English. The food was bland and dry. There are better restaurants nearby.

This hotel is great if you want to get rest, its situated in the end of promenade so you have your peace at night away from clubs and peoples. Nice hotel, food expensive onsite

The hotel is new and elegant, and the reception is friendly. The rooms are a bit small. The rooms overlooking the sea are better than the rooms at the back, because the rooms at the back have a river or stream that needs maintenance and have a bad smell. I recommend the rooms overlooking the sea.

Second time here, but this time in a new building. Nice room, excellent soundproofing between rooms. Everything you need (water, tea, coffee capsules, slippers, robes…) is available. It’s my second time this year staying here and it’s one of my favourite. Rooms are very spacious and modern, rooms with marine view are a dream to sit with a coffee on the balcony and enjoy the marine views. We absolutely loved our week at the Perla and would love to go back one day. We have 2 kids (11, 8) and they had a blast. Beautiful position fabulous room unfortunately several of us got food poisoning which put a damper on the last few days. All inclusive so no doubt the food and about 10 of us suffered some worse than others.

Awesome stay in Carine Hotel Park. The rooms were especially clean and comfortable. The pools were well maintained and the beach was stunning, but I would recommend bringing water shoes in case you’re not a fan of tiny rocks in the sea. Owner is really kind and super friendly! Feels like you are at home. The room is really comfy and the view is priceless! Everything is really nice here, except you will have to walk on a stairs for a while because the apartment is up on the hill, just like most of the houses. Perfect view on the sea. Great price for quality you get. Housekeeper was very nice and help us whenever we needed. Main bus station is 5-7 minutes walking, super market same and well as beach. Only oroblem is getting back from the beach, upstairs (but that's Herceg Novi). Great place for vacation.
