Incredible scenery and wonderful restaurant and poolside staff. Delicious food and cocktails (and many cute cats). Limited number of sun-beds, but lots to do in surrounding area including boat trips and walks. On particularly hot days the smell by the pool and breakfast area is close to unbearable. We were lucky to travel in September when it was slightly milder. Several of our group were unwell...
The Grand Perast is a breathtaking gem nestled along the scenic coastline of Perast. Our stay was filled with unforgettable moments, but what truly elevated the experience was the flawless service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles, a refreshing welcome drink, and a team of attentive staff who promptly took care of our luggage and guided us to our room. The hospitality was...
This is not only the best hotel in Montenegro but one of the finest in the entire Mediterranean region. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the management is hands-on and extremely helpful. But what truly makes this hotel special is the staff—every single person is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. My family and I visit this hotel every summer, and the experience...
I left my sunglasses at the hotel, but I only realized they were missing the next day, after I had already checked out and moved to another hotel. I contacted Trip.com’s customer service to help me reach out to the hotel and locate my sunglasses. Hotel Heritage confirmed that I had indeed left them in my room when I checked out. The following day, I contacted the hotel again and asked if I could get...
We had a wonderful 4 night experience at the hotel. The facility itself and the view are gorgeous- I attached the view from our room, even the lesser view from our daughter’s room was quaint and if you stretched your neck you could see the sea. Service was friendly and helpful. The water flow from our shower head was weak and was fixed the same day when we mentioned it. Breakfast has a large selection...
The location of the hotel is excellent, with a wide variety of amenities

A lovely boutique hotel, very charming and Perast is incredibly beautiful. PRO'S - cute, charming hotel, the food in the restaurant was lovely, we had lunch there once. - we got room 44 away from reception, and it was really large and comfortable, id recommend this room (no ses view though) - Ed, Mia, Balca and Addis made our stay delightful. Ed the front office manager had impeccable customer service...
Beautiful setting, wonderful staff and incredible food! Would thoroughly recommend the restaurant to everyone. Nothing was too much trouble and our brilliant waiter went to great lengths to find gluten free bread for us alongside excellent service!
This hotel has a main building and then rooms which are scattered around the old city of Perast in hotels with different names and probably different standards. Our room was small and cramped, on the ground floor the window opened directly to the alley with people walking by able to look in. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good . Breakfast was excellent with many choices and the option...
The hotel is right by the Adriatic Sea. It was converted from several residential buildings with different room types, ranging from nearly 30 square meters to only 18 square meters. The environment is first-class, the service is thoughtful, and there is a little surprise: local refrigerator magnets were given when checking out!
The view of Perast is amazing and the hotel is worth staying in. The windows in old buildings are relatively small. The so-called sea view is actually the sea view through the small windows. The service in Montenegro was particularly good. There was no elevator, so a strong man helped us carry our luggage, and we gave him a small tip at the end. Overall worth recommending
Great location, great breakfast, great value for money.

The Hotel has very big potential however there are several issues which need to be addressed: First of all the view when having the very good breakfast is spectacular. The rooms are nice however in the bathroom there was often a very foul smell coming from the bottom and also there were spots which were not cleaned at all during the week. The pool area is nice, however when the hotel is full it is...
Several issues, about our staying...June 2021 The location is on a hill,so you have to use about 100 steps to reach Perast..You must rent a car..for visiting and the tiny Muntenegro is beautiful... But the most annoying issue is the building working just 20 meter from the windows..they are starting to work at 7 a.m and really disturb .The room is lovely albeit the air conditioning is not working well...
Recommended. Good location, 2-3 minutes walk to the sea, car parking, free Wi-Fi, excellent breakfast. Also our deluxe sea view room (with terrace) had a very good mattress on the bed.
Recommended. Good location, a 2-3 minutes walks down to the sea, car parking, free WiFi, excellent breakfast. Also in our room -the Luxury suite sea view (with terrace) was the very good mattress on the bed.
Wonderful holiday, luxury, luxurious place..........
Amazing place, beautiful view, great staff, high hospitality. Delicious food, which I honestly didn't expect. Their restaurant is simply amazing. The rooms are specious and clean. Parking really means a lot. It's not really close to the beach, you have to climb a bit, but the view, parking, rooms, food definitely worth it. Also if you like to travel to different beaches it's great place.

Great location and very comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful
We started our tour in Perast and stayed in the hotel. Unfortunately, we didn't know that Perast is "car-free" and that even a taxi can't take you to the hotel. The hotel could have made its caddy pick-up and drop-off service known when booking. The hotel itself is small and nice. The location is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be a bit more modern and extensive. You do...
It is with reluctance that I give this rating because the location is great, the staff lovely, the hotel pleasant. The breakfast is also good. But the bedding is deplorable, the bed base is a wooden board which means that as soon as you move in the night the bed creaks!! Finally the mattress is not comfortable. For your information: there is no parking at the hotel and you cannot drive in the city...
I recently stayed at a hotel and I must say I was extremely satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed and at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep each night. The hotel's facilities...
We stayed here for one night during a cycling trip. The room was very small, but pretty and clean. The hotel is a beautiful old building that has been modernized with good taste. The breakfast was not bad and better than expected, given the low price in comparison to other hotels in Perast. We did not have dinner here. As we were travelling by bicycle, I can‘t comment on parking situation.
Location is perfect, good breakfast with breathtaking view, bed is big, room spacious. The birds are singing and it’s so peaceful.

We spent 4 nights here and it was perfect. It's in a great location, all the staff are so friendly & helpful with tips abouts beach club, buses, boats etc. Beds are comfy, room was spotless, only comment is glass wall in bathroom reduces privacy. As mother & daughter travel this wasn't ideal but we worked around it and everything else about the hotel is wonderful. Breakfast is served in adjacent...
Stunning hotel which was spotlessly clean. The interior was very stylish, albeit the room was quite small with no spaces for suitcases. This was fine for a few days but any longer than that I think more room would be needed. We would have loved a coffee machine in the room or a kettle as breakfast wasn’t available until 8am and there was no where to get a coffee before then (we’re early risers!) The...
While the room size is compact this is understandable due to the age and historical nature of the building. Having said that, it was a real gem and our stay was most comfortable. For breakfast, I wish they had a coffee machine that does not use powdered milk (I found the cappuccino to be undrinkable).
We had a truly delightful stay at Heritage Lion Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, especially by Ms. Samandıra, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks to her sincere approach and support, our experience was even more enjoyable. The hotel’s cleanliness and hygiene standards were also excellent, which made us feel very comfortable. Many thanks to everyone...
We stayed at this wonderful place in October with our family, and our experience was nothing short of amazing! The building is absolutely stunning, the surrounding area is beautifully maintained, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are clean and modern. If you choose a room with a sea view, you’ll be treated to a breathtaking panorama of the bay! The location is unbeatable—right on...
Absolutely adorable location and hotel. The town itself gets busy during the day with more and more tours arriving, but as long as you discover the town in the morning and afternoon, and spend the day in Kotor or elsewhere, you’ll avoid the crowd and love this hotel.
