Apartments on the sea in Perast

Beautifully renovated 2 bed, 2 bath + jacuzzi appt with v high quality fixtures and fittings. Views to die for over the lake. Beware, 119 steps up to apartment, but each and everyone worth it just to meet the lovely hostess Melissa who was so attentive and helpful breakfast right on the lake at their sister hotel Admiral. What’s not to like?

We are staying at a vacation rental in Kotor and after 3 different day visits (via a short 1.50 Euro Blue Line bus visit) decided to book a room in Perast now that the crowds have dropped from our early times in August (along with the hot temperatures we were getting a few of those days (35C+). Just returned from a 10 day stay in Montenegro, having stayed in Budva, Kotor, Admiral Apartments and Perast were the highlight of our holiday. Great location in a restored Venetian palace just off the seafront run by the very friendly Gajic family. The apartments are thoroughly modern and comfortable and you will be well looked after by David and his parents.

Beautiful apartments and the kindest people running the place. David and his parents are sweet and helpful all the time. Location and view from the apartments is perfect. Clean and newly renovated.

We verbleven hier een nacht. Ondanks onze late aankomst stond onze gastheer klaar voor ons. Het appartement is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima bedden, goede wifi en heel schoon. Beneden zaten in een Benschop vijf puppy’s (boxers), heel schattig.

We chose this place based on the reviews and location, and both proved to be the right choice. The accommodation is rustic, which is in keeping with it being in a former Venetian pallazo, and we were right on the seafront, immediately by Perast Marina which, despite it’s name, is where local fishermen tie up their rowing dinghies. The place is well appointed, with a good kitchen and a washing machine...

Nice place and clean. Knocked a star the because the floor in some places and the spiral staircase seem very frail.

The new layout in each apartment is just fantasric. Now you can sleep up to 8 in Juliette and 9 in Siena. Apartment Sachi is just adorable. What a great place to visit and i hope you all enjoy your stay.
