Perfect apartment to stay in Perast. Very close to the beach bar and beach to go for a swim. Amazon view from the balcony over the ocean. Super friendly people who rent the place. Definitely recommend it.

Grand spot for a cheap and handy stay in Perast. Accom is a fairly average room but we were more than satisfied considering it was only €20 There's not a lot to do in Perast so if you're considering whether you should start here or not, you can probably see everything here within 2hrs max. Hosts are lovely and accomodating

We travel through Slovenia, Croatia and Montenegro and this is the best spot we have found. Beautiful view Kotor's Boca and small island. Close to shops, restaurants which offer fresh and not expensive seafood. Great hosts. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant. Had coffee in the shade of their courtyard in the afternoon, the affogato and iced coffee were excellent. Toilets were clean.

Very nice host and wonderful place in the center of perast, the place to be in the Kotor Bay. The studio.is very large and you will feel at home. The only minus is there you can't park near the accomodation so you will need to do a bit of sport with your luggage but this is the charm of perast

Best place in Montenegro. Building after renovation, all around are new or like new but with honour to history, natural materials. Rooms are very light and comfy. Nice and helpful english, russian speaking owners. Recommended!

The concierge here was very helpful and super friendly. She helped me make arrangements for my travel and she was very knowledgeable. The hotel was clean and modern. It looked luxurious and the setting is perfect.

The best place we stayed by far in Montenegro! Recently redone, beautiful bathrooms, incredibly helpful front desk staff who helped us with all our silly questions. Upon arrival they shown me to the parking at the end of the town, and even drove me to and from my car to the hotel as well as after checking out. Nice hotel but not so easy to reach. This has to do with the peculiarity of the village where it is located. The village, called Perast, is a very beautiful and picturesque place worth staying at. The hotel doesn't have an elevator and there's nobody at the reception during night. At least in May when I stayed. There is no parking nearby.

Monte bay retreat is just stunning. From the rooms to host with the most. I can not express how much I enjoyed my stay there. We had a very nice stay in Perast and the best Cappuccino. The staff is extremely friendly and the Chef in the Kitchen is awesome. We had a great dinner, breakfast and Lunch. My wife and I are digital nomads and decided to live at this fantastic hotel for about 3 months. It was a dream. The location is the best in Montenegro. The rooms are beautiful and amazing. The hotel is beautiful and amazing. From day 1 to the last, the staff was polite, friendly and professional. The food is fantastic and we ate there every day. Elegant restaurant with professional service. You can eat great food looking at a beautiful view there. We ordered steaks and salad - totally worth their prices. I am sure if you go there you will be delighted.

The Hotel has very big potential however there are several issues which need to be addressed: First of all the view when having the very good breakfast is spectacular. Several issues,about our staying...June 2021 The location is on a hill,so you have to use about 100 steps to reach Perast..You must rent a car..for visiting and the tiny Muntenegro is beautiful... But the most annoying issue is the building working just 20 meter from the windows..they are starting to work at 7 a.m and really disturb .The room is lovely albeit the air conditioning is not working well...

Parking really means a lot. It's not really close to the beach, you have to climb a bit, but the view, parking, rooms, food definitely worth it. This is the best hotel to stay at in the area. The staff, owners, and everyone else are very friendly. The best part is that they genuinely care about you. Perast doesn't allow vehicle traffic except locals in the summer so it is quaint and small -very walkable- you park outside the city and then hotel staff pick you up in a golf cart to bring you in. I visited the restaurant only - pizza was italian-like and testy, risotto had very not much of sea food but was good in general. Service is a bit slow, but they communicate in English. The big plus is a terrace near the water.
