This hotel has a main building and then rooms which are scattered around the old city of Perast in hotels with different names and probably different standards. The hotel is right by the Adriatic Sea. It was converted from several residential buildings with different room types, ranging from nearly 30 square meters to only 18 square meters. The environment is first-class, the service is thoughtful, and there is a little surprise: local refrigerator magnets were given when checking out!

The view of Perast is amazing and the hotel is worth staying in. The windows in old buildings are relatively small. The so-called sea view is actually the sea view through the small windows. The service in Montenegro was particularly good. There was no elevator, so a strong man helped us carry our luggage, and we gave him a small tip at the end. Overall worth recommending

Several issues,about our staying...June 2021 The location is on a hill,so you have to use about 100 steps to reach Perast..You must rent a car..for visiting and the tiny Muntenegro is beautiful... But the most annoying issue is the building working just 20 meter from the windows..they are starting to work at 7 a.m and really disturb .The room is lovely albeit the air conditioning is not working well...

While the room size is compact this is understandable due to the age and historical nature of the building. Having said that, it was a real gem and our stay was most comfortable. Absolutely adorable location and hotel. The town itself gets busy during the day with more and more tours arriving, but as long as you discover the town in the morning and afternoon, and spend the day in Kotor or elsewhere, you’ll avoid the crowd and love this hotel.

Lovely little place. Staff very helpful. Superb breakfasts that effectively saved lunch. We stayed for dinner twice and really enjoyed it. We were also very happy they provided an earlier breakfast and lunch they were under no obligation to do when we went to Dubrovnik. Awesome stay in Carine Hotel Park. The rooms were especially clean and comfortable. The pools were well maintained and the beach was stunning, but I would recommend bringing water shoes in case you’re not a fan of tiny rocks in the sea. Beautiful position fabulous room unfortunately several of us got food poisoning which put a damper on the last few days. All inclusive so no doubt the food and about 10 of us suffered some worse than others.

Rooms are old and dusty. You can't top up the bathtub and take a bath because they took out the bathtub plug. Sockets are sticking out of the wall. Breakfast is decent and internet is good. Palma Hotel in Tivat has a nice location, right by the water, but the walls are very thin. During my two-day stay, I was woken up early both mornings by noise from the room next to mine. I booked the Double Superior Sea View room through their website which was cheaper than booking.com

Spent one night here , this is a very comfortable hotel. Great bed , room clean and tidy. Fantastic shower, lots of hot water. Great WiFi. Reception staff helpful and friendly. The only unusual aspect of this hotel was the €150 deposit they held for a month, which I’ve never encountered in over 100 hotels across multiple countries. Despite this, the hotel was great. Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was menu-based but quite good. Parking was free, and at €150 per night, it was a good deal. Plus, it’s within walking distance of Porto Montenegro

Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming when I turned up without a booking due to a cancelled flight. Extremely comfortable rooms, and amazing AC too. Amazing breakfast!

In my opinion, this is the perfect hotel. It’s just a 7-minute drive into the old town, and the hotel offers AC, a clean pool, and stunning views. However, you will need to rent a car or taxi everywhere if you stay here. The only downside is the consistently loud music in the lobby and by the pool. Despite being the only guests around, our request to lower the volume was denied.
