This hotel has a main building and then rooms which are scattered around the old city of Perast in hotels with different names and probably different standards. Our room was small and cramped, on the ground floor the window opened directly to the alley with people walking by able to look in. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good . The hotel is right by the Adriatic Sea. It was converted from several residential buildings with different room types, ranging from nearly 30 square meters to only 18 square meters. The environment is first-class, the service is thoughtful, and there is a little surprise: local refrigerator magnets were given when checking out!

The view of Perast is amazing and the hotel is worth staying in. The windows in old buildings are relatively small. The so-called sea view is actually the sea view through the small windows. The service in Montenegro was particularly good. There was no elevator, so a strong man helped us carry our luggage, and we gave him a small tip at the end. Overall worth recommending

We spend 2 weeks in this hotel and it was great! The room was spacious, with a fantastic view on mountains and a seaside. There was always very clean. The hotel is located in the most beautiful location of Perast. Easy to reach, private parking is available. You are greeted with an incredible view as you enter the hotel. Monte bay retreat is just stunning. From the rooms to host with the most. I can not express how much I enjoyed my stay there. We had a very nice stay in Perast and the best Cappuccino. The staff is extremely friendly and the Chef in the Kitchen is awesome. We had a great dinner, breakfast and Lunch. Several issues,about our staying...June 2021 The location is on a hill,so you have to use about 100 steps to reach Perast..You must rent a car..for visiting and the tiny Muntenegro is beautiful... But the most annoying issue is the building working just 20 meter from the windows..they are starting to work at 7 a.m and really disturb .The room is lovely albeit the air conditioning is not working well...

Staff provided thorough instructions regarding the room, breakfast, things to see in Perast. There is parking at the end of this beautiful tiny coastal town. The hotel has carts to drive you to and from the parking area. Parking attendants can park your car if all spaces are occupied. Parking currently is 15 euros for 24 hours… I parked at 8am. Great location in a restored Venetian palace just off the seafront run by the very friendly Gajic family. The apartments are thoroughly modern and comfortable and you will be well looked after by David and his parents.

The hotel’s poolside interior is lovely and offers a relaxing space. However, the location near a busy 24h ferry port means frequent noise from horns and whistles. I don’t have enough words to describe how phenomenal this hotel was. From planning birthday surprises to helping us acquire cabs (not easy in Montenegro) and preparing meals that I will be thinking about for years, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. Lovely little place. Staff very helpful. Superb breakfasts that effectively saved lunch. We stayed for dinner twice and really enjoyed it. We were also very happy they provided an earlier breakfast and lunch they were under no obligation to do when we went to Dubrovnik. You ideally need a car but at least away from the traffic around Kotor.

Awesome stay in Carine Hotel Park. The rooms were especially clean and comfortable. The pools were well maintained and the beach was stunning, but I would recommend bringing water shoes in case you’re not a fan of tiny rocks in the sea. The hotel staff was incredible, everyone was super helpful and kind. The best of all staff was Miki - incredibly friendly, wholesome and the kindest of them all!

Such a beautiful little haven. We had to work temporarily for this week abs the house was well equipped. It also had aircon which was a treat during the hot evenings. There is a church bell right adjacent which rings every half hour but it’s not excessive. The staff were SO helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our additional requests.

We needed to change hotels due to a mix up. Booked ground floor room I'm amfora (not sure of spelling) but their ground floor was up 2 flights of stairs which would have proved major problem for me with My mobility issues. Luckily our final destination was excellent, staff so willing to help exceptional position with great views. Food really good couldn't fault anything about the hotel or staff.

Beautiful position fabulous room unfortunately several of us got food poisoning which put a damper on the last few days. All inclusive so no doubt the food and about 10 of us suffered some worse than others.

10 minutes walk from shopping areas

Nice place with an easy walk to the port and other restaurants and easy to get to from the airport. Our family of 4 stayed only one night as we met up with friends in Podgorica. Furthermore, it is very close to Kotor but if you take the scenic drive there around the coast, be forewarned it is very tight driving but a lot fun! Montenegro, what a gorgeous country!

Our room was for 3 people, we stayed as 2 people. Our room was very clean. Our kitchen had all the facilities from food to coffee. Especially Uncle Beto and his wife are very successful in their business. Porto Monte***** is a 5-minute walk away. We had the opportunity to swim in the sea.

This hotel was like a little apartment. I had my own kitchen, with dishes and cookware. a large bed and a nice bathroom. The hotel was quiet. And being right on the bay offered excellent views. One of the best hotels ever visited. Great service and helpfull people working here. Breakfast was also very good and veried considering hotel only has 10 rooms. We had room in the 2. Floor. Very beautiful view and clean room. Parking was also included.

Very nice boutique hotel with beautiful views on the Kotor Bay! Attentive and friendly stuff, nice and quiet pool area, access to a water front (can’t call it a beach) with lounge chairs and umbrellas . Walking distance to restaurants coffee shops annd oyster farms. Hotel needs a repairman to fix some obvious items like peeling wallpaper in the hall and stained carpets in the rooms ! Other than that...

We had a room in the new building of the hotel. We had a fantastic stay. The view was amazing and the location was perfect. The hotel internal beach area was so relaxing. Also the manager and the entire staff were really supportive and friendly. Highly recommend this place!
