The location of the hotel is excellent, with a wide variety of amenities

The only positive aspect of this hotel is the view. Swimming in the sea is not advisable unless you have a very strong immune system, as the city's sewage is discharged just 100 meters away.
Most staff, except for the friendly front desk team and the two Black ladies at breakfast who were very lovely, were extremely rude. Interactions often felt tense and could escalate for no reason.

Asking questions or making reasonable comments was met with hostility. For instance, we asked about guests reserving pool chairs at 9 a.m. and not using them until the afternoon, which happened frequently. The pool waiter rudely stated that guests can "do whatever they want" and refused to address the issue. How is this even acceptable at a place where the number of seats is very limited? Every luxury hotel has a policy against such practice...

As others have mentioned, staff treat guests inconsistently. We followed a couple into the restaurant who was warmly greeted by the manager, but when we passed by and said hello, we received only a cold stare without a smile.The staff's behavior falls far short of 5-star hotel standards.

It was a great surprise, both in the town of Perast and in this hotel. Although the hotel was renovated from an old building, the facilities and services are good. The most valuable thing is that it is the only hotel in the three countries that can provide free extra bottled water. Across the street from the hotel is the blue Bay of Kotor, which is convenient for taking a yacht to visit the Our Lady of the Rocks and the Blue Cave; turn left and walk for 5 minutes to the town center; it is also safe to go out and enjoy the sea breeze at night. You can have dinner at the hotel's own seaside restaurant in front of the hotel, and I especially recommend a seabass. The first stop in the photo is the full view of the hotel.

Great hotel. Excellent spa. Breakfast took a long time to serve the food though.

The environment is very good, the service is very good, the room is very good, the sound insulation is very good, the room is very large, and the butler service is very good. I highly recommend this hotel here locally.

Fantastic location in the quietest and most romantic part of Montenegro, great location for boat trips and if you have a car then it’s nice and central to visit lots of beautiful places. Staff and food is brilliant and rooms are spacious and clean.

Overall a fantastic experience for our first stop in Montenegro! The hotel is well located with spectacular views, good restaurants surrounding the area, and peaceful spots for the ultimate relaxation. The hotel location is located perfectly for quick day trips by car or boat, or is easy to explore the picturesque views by foot, with local museums and churches nearby! We did experience a couple of issues with the way things were not cleaned in our room to the standard that is expected, and flagged these to reception on a couple of occasions. On checking out we spoke with the hotel manager who was very accommodating and apologetic about the issues! I would definitely recommend the hotel and like to come back in the future!

A delightful, historic hotel set amidst a Montenegrin fjord on the Adriatic. Beautiful spacious suites with great views. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great seafront sun and pool deck with direct sea access for swimming. Housekeeping and service a bit beneath what one would expect from a “5-star” luxury hotel, and a bit pricey for the experience. The hotel is a bit larger than I was hoping for and Perast becomes crowded during the day, but overall a great experience with quiet and beautiful mornings and evenings.
