Incredible scenery and wonderful restaurant and poolside staff. Delicious food and cocktails (and many cute cats). Limited number of sun-beds, but lots to do in surrounding area including boat trips and walks

Asking questions or making reasonable comments was met with hostility. For instance, we asked about guests reserving pool chairs at 9 a. and not using them until the afternoon, which happened frequently

On particularly hot days the smell by the pool and breakfast area is close to unbearable. We were lucky to travel in September when it was slightly milder

This is not only the best hotel in Montenegro but one of the finest in the entire Mediterranean region. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the management is hands-on and extremely helpful

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles, a refreshing welcome drink, and a team of attentive staff who promptly took care of our luggage and guided us to our room

Best restaurant in Perast. The squid stuffed with shrimps are excellent. Shard is less tasty though. Service is good and the view is amazing

Elegant restaurant with professional service. You can eat great food looking at a beautiful view there. We ordered steaks and salad - totally worth their prices. I am sure if you go there you will be delighted.

- breakfast was nice, but a bit basic - lived that perast was closed off to cars on our visit CON'S - The hotel has rooms on different parts of perast, some of the rooms like ours were labelled as a different hotel name but 'managed by Hotel Conte' which seemed a bit weird

- the pool is up on the hill after quite a few staircases - so just be mindful if you want to access it - no gym or fitness centre :-( Overall - highly recommended and we would stay here again for sure

We truly appreciated the fast thinking and solution. - everything in the room was too low-level, including kettles, glasses, cups etc. so it seemed a little dangerous with our toddler at times

- We encountered an issue with the hot water running out mid shower with our toddler. Ed immediately got us a solution (had to complete her shower in a different, vacant room)

The hotel is located in the most beautiful location of Perast. Easy to reach, private parking is available. You are greeted with an incredible view as you enter the hotel. There is a pool directly accompanying this view

Stay here, you will not regret it! We stayed 5 nights and had the most incredible honeymoon. Private dining, poolside drinks, the most incredible breakfast of any hotel I've ever stayed at

There is a terrace next to the pool where you can relax. Each of the rooms is named differently, the view from each of them is magnificent. The interior of the rooms is well equipped

It is also quite spacious in terms of use. There is a restaurant they have contracted at Perast Beach for breakfast. You can have breakfast on the beach next to the sea. The hotel staff are very interested

The staff pointed us to little known swimming spots, the best views of Boka bay and exceptional restaurants. It's an intimate boutique experience that really makes you feel like you own the place

The pool area is nice, however when the hotel is full it is too small for the amount of guests

Regarding mobility - if you are disabled and have very small children you will have a very difficult time to get into Perast as there are about 180 steep steps to be covered in each direction

The Hotel has very big potential however there are several issues which need to be addressed: First of all the view when having the very good breakfast is spectacular

Great location in a restored Venetian palace just off the seafront run by the very friendly Gajic family. The apartments are thoroughly modern and comfortable and you will be well looked after by David and his parents.

The location is ideal, on a relatively quiet section of the highway running along the coast of Boka Kotorska (deep Bay of Kotor). The road here has no turns, which eliminates the possibility of traffic congestion

In front of the house there is a small private stone jetty on the water with reclining chairs and umbrellas, pillows and towels - the perfect spot (highly recommend swimming early in the morning!)

The en-suite bedrooms are sparkling clean and beautifully appointed, linens are fresh every day, providing first-class comfort and an ambience that blends in perfectly with home-like surroundings

The house itself is a beautifully restored traditional rustic stone house with the host family living in one half and 4 guest apartments and common areas in the other half

You can park there free, they have even a small part of the beach with deck chairs. Near are the postoffice and lots of good restaurants

It is between Kotor and Tivat, so you can easily go to visit this cities by bus or car. I really recommend you the place

The restaurant on the ground floor of the house is perfect, because in addition to the delicious food prepared by Mahit, there is a beautiful garden where you can dine

Maxhit apartments are the most ideal place for a quiet and relaxing holiday. All apartments are beautifully decorated and with a lot of style and taste

The hotel’s poolside interior is lovely and offers a relaxing space. However, the location near a busy 24h ferry port means frequent noise from horns and whistles

The cook was also amazing, and we are grateful for the warmth and hospitality. My husband had called ahead to share that we were celebrating our honeymoon and asked for a surprise room decoration

Great view over the bay and such a nice location right by the ferry, easy for exploring. Rooms are clean, comfortable and the breakfast is fresh and simple. Parking was easy which really helped since we had a car

They also offer laundry service and exceptional dining options which you should try out for sure! Better than most of the restaurants too! We all enjoyed our stay and will surely be back in the future

We loved the hotel. We got upgraded to a suite and it was perfect! The staff was great! Especially Mania at the reception and Marina who.gave me a perfect 90 minutes massage. Breakfast was also very rich and delicious.

There is also a plunge pool that is at the front of the hotel which again is beautifully designed, but we were just unfortunate with the weather to use these facilities, as with the zen garden on the top floor, but we used the gym which was a nice small area complete with treadmill, bike, weight machine and hand weight as well as yoga mats etc

We stayed in the recently renovated section and had a great room. The breakfasts were outstanding as were dinners at the beach club

Rooms were spotless and spacious. Outdoor pools were not in use as it was winter but the indoor pool was heated. Great selections during breakfast, catering for pretty much every food eater

The pools were well maintained and the beach was stunning, but I would recommend bringing water shoes in case you’re not a fan of tiny rocks in the sea. The hotel staff was incredible, everyone was super helpful and kind

The hotel staff are very kind especially Miki. The good was amazing. We also look forward to it. The beach is clean as well. You dont need to go outside the hotel.

Great location with excellent customer service We stayed in Apartments Zebra for 6 nights with my wife in July 2023. Zebra is a separate building from Hotel Carruba just across the street with a small pool on the yard

The appartment have a quiet and discreet setting with a security gate and private terrace and pool. The rooms are cosy and stylish with much needed air conditioning

A part from the drain in the bathroom was clogged, everything else was great. The room was chilled and perfect temperature when we arrived. The pool was clean. I highly recommend this place.

The water in the bay isn’t super clean, but that’s not the hotel’s fault! The staff was incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived until after check out (they held our bags for three hours after checking out and allowed us to continue to use the private beach

Carruba Hotel is an absolute gem. Nestled in a quaint seaside village right on the Adriatic coast, the location is simply stunning — peaceful, quiet, and with panoramic views straight from the room

Having visited other parts of Montenegro including Kotor and Lake Skadar, I can confidently say this was the best place I stayed. The proximity to the airport is a huge plus as well

My wife and i have only this week had to cancel our upcoming stay at the hotel due to the current COVID-19 situation and travel restrictions

An excellent hotel, not big, so the beach near the hotel is almost always free, the water is clean, the entrance into the water is rocky.

Everything is great, cozy, beautiful, great service and food. The only thing is to update the umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach.

The pool is also nice, even if we only used it once as we went to the beach every day. The apartment has a nice garage and is close to a fish market and a supermarket where we did our shopping

Great apartment! It was a pleasure cooking because the kitchen is equipped with all you need and they have also good knives! The terrace is very nice and comfortable, a lot of room, TV includes all kind of channels and they have a good sound system

Other guests not very respectful nor polite but it's something that could happen in every hostel. Restroom not super clean and rooms' walls very thin
