Private accomodation in Petrovac

Excellent new hotel opened in July 2019, located close to blue flag-awarded Lucice beach (sun-beds are free for the guests on the private beach area)

Good hotel! Modern in a remote place from the center and the roads to which you walk 10 minutes, very nice girls at the reception, breakfasts in a restaurant on the beach, ordinary croissants, cheese, sausages, sausages, fruits and vegetables (my wishes are to add porridge, at least corn)

The location is easy to find, the third row along the street, quiet in a busy area; The room is not big, but fully equipped, the landlord is very friendly; The small restaurant downstairs is great, cheap and super delicious

The old lady at the front desk is very welcoming, the sound insulation is average, the air conditioning is very good, there is a refrigerator, and there are two large beds. I am very happy that there is no hotel tax

All questions (the stove could not be turned on, the electric kettle was needed ) We decided right away. Gorgeous view from the terrace of the villa. It’s not far to the sea, the market, supermarkets

The room has everything: a mini-kitchen with all utensils, a hairdryer, a toilet, two small soaps, towels. The main thing is that the neighbors are good because the terrace is shared by 4 rooms

The rest is wonderful, thanks to the owners!!! Minus - the road is nearby, but if you close all the windows and turn on the air conditioner, you can't hear anything

Stayed in nice room with large balcony and views to die for. Was taken good care of by owner. So pretty and everyone so far has been so lovely and nice here

The truth is that he only speaks Montenegrin and English, I don’t know either, it doesn’t interfere with understanding each other

5 out of 5 for service We was serviced by a young man he was so lovely very genuine honest, ognjen greeted us and knew the city well, he gave alot of attention to detail and was a very good, usually hotel staff don't care about guys at all and are fake but he was very great ! We came to Budva for our honeymoon, we absolutely love this hotel and a staff member his name is ognjen šćekić he always welcomed us in the morning, He was very professional and service was outstanding ! He was always very polite, honest and very good at his job, I am sure he will go far in life as his attitude is very mature, helpful and we really appreciated his service, Thank you, 100 recommend...

Breakfast is very good 👍 it makes such a difference being served with a genuine person in the morning time so we are so grateful to Mr šcekić, he didn't let us down 🤗 if he didn't service we wouldn't have given this 5 star rating

I'm not sure :/ Thankfully there is a supermarket called aroma market 3 minute walk from the hotel, same with the tea backs only the first say we was given

I would stay here again as budva is so beautiful 😍 the ocean is stunning !

Close to the old town and bus terminal

A nice guesthouse with a good location We had a really nice stay in Budva. The guesthouse was nice, comfortable and clean and the host was really helpful and nice

Some recommendations: - it is necessary to agree on a fixed price with taxi drivers before the ride in order to get a decent price. - it is worth it to arrange airport transportation with the guesthouse before arrival

Nicely decorated spacious apartment, with a generous balcony. Quiet area with plenty of bars and restaurants. Owners are really welcoming and helpful

The guesthouse is around 20' on foot from the city center. The room is spatious and kept fresh with a good functioning AC

I personally didn't find it too clean, they only come in to change the towels and nothing else, no floor cleaning. The breakfast is good and varied, and even if it is not buffet you have a good selection of plates

The shops were right around the corner (a two minutes walk) and the nearest ATM could be seen from the entrance of the restaurant (a one minute walk to get there)

Modest rooms. Quite enough for guests who are not demanding. Great and helpful staff. Internet, clean. Much better than in many European accommodations. Recommendation!

External staircase to the rooms. A little noisy blow around the road to the center. You won't get much sleep from six. Each room has a terrace to which the residents of the adjacent rooms have access

5 km and to the beach, promenade, stalls, cafes, restaurants, services. The bus station is 2 minutes away. 5 minutes to the shopping center

The room itself and the bathroom was clean and we didn’t have any problem. The Rooftop Bar/Café has the best view from the hotel. We would definitely recommend a stay here if you are coming to Petrovac

By far one of the most impressive apartments I have ever stayed in. The way to the accommodation is a little bumpy (not suitable for sports cars) but once you arrive all of this is forgotten

We stayed in Petrovac for a week. The personnel is nice, the hotel has three nice swimming pools surrounded by olive oil trees which provide natural shade. The balcony of our room had a beautiful view

The view is better than I ever dreamed of. The 3 infinity pools are mega beautiful and offer a perfect view of the sea. There are more than enough loungers and the prices are totally reasonable

The room was built in a classic style and offered enough space. The only thing that bothered me about the whole property were the bathrooms, unfortunately much too small for someone like me

I can understand if we would have forgotten it by the pool or the beach. From then on, when we weren't using towels, we kept them in the closet. The food and drink is delicious, the service is good
