We liked the cleanliness of the apartment, the comfortable bed and the well functioning air-conditioning. Shops and restaurant were just 100 m away. Everything else also within walking distance. Petrovac is a nice little town.

Location is very good, 5 min walk from both of the beaches. Situated in a qiuet part of a city, there is no outside noise whatsoever. Staff was very friendly, and the cleanliness was certainly above average.

Good choice for an overnight stay in Petrovac. Ten minutes walk to the beach. Park on the street in front of the building. Comfortable room with balcony. Friendly host. Shared kitchen was useful to make breakfast - we had our own fridge too. Petrovac is a nice resort. Very relaxing compared to nearby Budvar!

Excellent location, less than a hundred meters to the sea. Rooms are equipped with the necessary minimum for a pleasant stay. Satellite TV, including some Russian channels, free Wi-Fi, although the signal quality is highly dependent on the location of the room. The hostess is a wonderful, positive woman.

Guest House Maslina is a wonderful place clean and friendly with the best location in heart of Petrovac city . The staff is very friendly and very professional . I suggest to visit them.

Sweet place with old maslinas in the yard, little restaurant, home-like rooms and really welcoming and professional owners. Very clean and comfortable, no noise or irritating neighbors. Central Beach is 5 minutes from, several supermarkets and a market nearby. Ideal for romantic occasion or for families with children. Recommend!

As a small family we had here one of the most pleasurable holidays ever! The facilities, hospitality, beach, breakfast...everything was amazing! We loved every bit of it and will be definitely coming back. ?

We stayed in Petrovac for a week. The personnel is nice, the hotel has three nice swimming pools surrounded by olive oil trees which provide natural shade. The balcony of our room had a beautiful view. The room itself and the bathroom was clean and we didn’t have any problem. The Rooftop Bar/Café has the best view from the hotel. We would definitely recommend a stay here if you are coming to Petrovac

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. We stayed in the family room, which had 2 TVs, but neither had channels. The room itself is large and spacious, with two floors and two balconies. In our circuit through Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro we arrived in Petrovac at Hotel Vila Oliva 4*. Here we were accommodated in a comfortable bungalow. The hotel has an great hall for breakfast and dinner. We were satisfied with the courtesy of the staff and the variety of the food. I can recommend this hotel to the people who come in this area.

we visited the hotel in May and we really enjoyed it because it was not crowded, so we could use all the facilities to the maximum, although I know that Petrovac is very crowded during the main season. I would especially single out the wonderful complex and swimming pools, the food is satisfactory. The children's playgrounds were a great help to us!

The hotel is not very expensive and it's reflected in the offer. Rooms are relatively up to date but degraded badly with humidity, so in some rooms the smell is bad. Food and drinks are passable. The choices are not multiple but you can always find something decent. I would not recommend unless you are traveling on budget and not picky. We had a great 3 night stay in early June. I booked directly with Jovan and received excellent service. The sea view top floor apartment was lovely, immaculately clean and with stunning views over Sveti Stefan. Jovan was extremely welcoming and very kindly managed a parking place for us. Every thing was lovely. Jovan and his family are very nice. I got a sea view room. It was wery clean and tidy. We use the pool every day. Jovan told me that Septembar is the best month to visit Sveti Stefan.

Location is absolutely stunning. Literally built into the side of a rock. Room was very comfortable and had enough basic stuff to cook a meal with a full sized fridge/freezer. Balcony looked directly out over the water and you could go swimming within 20 seconds of leaving your front door. Loads of fantastic restaurants along the beach and a good supermarket nearby. The best place I have seen in Rafailovichy and Budva. Fish and shrimps were delicious 😋! And homemade wine was something not from this planet. And atmosphere was like you at home.

Nice place, although I did not eat anything fancy, what we ate was very nice, there home made wine was the best we had in Montenegro. However, not the place to go to of you want to stay out late, we felt like we were intruding when it got to 22.00.

Lovely place, absolutely superb when everything around it is in bloom. Really good cooking, simple and tasty dishes. Love the service and attitude! And the prices are decent, perhaps even small for the volume and quality of the provided food! We enjoyed it a lot!

Food is really tasty and price is quite affordable. Restaurant offers a set menu for 6 euros: one of several main courses (chicken, veal or pork meat), soup and salad. We came here several times and every time meal was perfect. The size of one meal was so big that two sets were enough for three persons. The service here is provided in English, Russian and Serbian languages.

We took dorada, sea bass, Shopsky salad and 0.5 l of homemade white wine. All these costed 30 euro. Very tasty, though too much oil. Dorada has more tender meat. We also tried chorba soup and palachinki. Very good. Service is much better than in coast-side cafes.

The room is very new, clean, tidy, and well-equipped. It is also close to the beach. I especially want to praise the service. It makes you feel at home. This is a family of three who run this hotel with great care (in fact, their son is only 15 years old). The breakfast is also very good, parking is free, and luggage is delivered to the room.

The room was very nice, with a small terrace for sunbathing, the food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. The triple room had a sofa bed, I don't know why this was not mentioned on the trip.
