For a long time we chose and chose this wonderful hotel at the behest of the heart. Extraordinary nature, beautiful beach. Clean and modern small hotel. Excellent service. Good hotel! Modern in a remote place from the center and the roads to which you walk 10 minutes, very nice girls at the reception, breakfasts in a restaurant on the beach, ordinary croissants, cheese, sausages, sausages, fruits and vegetables (my wishes are to add porridge, at least corn). The beach is good, there is where to walk, sports grounds nearby, tennis courts, volleyball, a playground.

Excellent new hotel opened in July 2019, located close to blue flag-awarded Lucice beach (sun-beds are free for the guests on the private beach area). Very clean, modern, spacious rooms, with breakfast buffet in the beach restaurant with spectacular view. Perfect quite location, not far from the city center, max. 7-10 minutes of walking. A wonderful newly opened hotel just 2 minutes away from Lučice beach. Great design, friendly and polite staff and excellent breakfast. Definite recommend!

Great accommodation! The hosts took care of every detail (I mean the interior design, as well as the comfort needed by guests). Great location, as they would say "everything underfoot". The place where we will surely come again.🙂

There are no parking spots near the area and, as we discovered, parking on the street is illegal in Budva. Our rental car was totaled by the police while parked next to the hotel. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived but they put us in another bedroom eventually. The room was extremely clean, the Russian lady who works there is lovely and the location is only a 7min walk to the beach...

When I showered, the water came out cold and it was so cold. I asked the next day and they told me how to do it. In the evening, the heating didn't work and it was so, so cold. I opened the window and pulled the curtains, but they fell down without any strength, which was embarrassing. I was embarrassed because people in the building next door could see me. I managed to block it a little. I don't recommend...

We really liked the location of the villa, the hospitality of the hostess Snezhana, the spacious balcony and room, and the availability of dishes. We recommend this place to stay in Budva.

It feels like home in a small villa: the surrounding environment is quiet, like a rabbit, the environment is beautiful, antique, convenient for shopping and dining, convenient transportation, 20 minutes walk to the thousand-year-old city, you can also listen to the waves and watch the sea along the Mediterranean. The location is easy to find, the third row along the street, quiet in a busy area; The room is not big, but fully equipped, the landlord is very friendly; The small restaurant downstairs is great, cheap and super delicious.

The location is very good but unfortunately the rooms are not as they appear in the photos and open onto a common terrace and therefore it is very difficult to ventilate the rooms, it is dark and the rooms are not clean.

Pros: Vila is in a convenient location, close to the old town. Relatively inexpensive. Cons: the room is damp. The plaster is falling off. The mattress needs to be changed, you can feel the springs, and the old refrigerator hums very loudly.

After reading the previous reviews three years ago, I can say that nothing has changed !!! The room with the kitchen is not bad, clean, but there was no cleaning for 10 days at all, one roll of tuplet paper and that's it))) there are no garbage bags)) Before leaving, we found the owner and said that early at 5.40 departure from the room the transfer to the bus stop was paid for, but the owner was sleeping...

Close to the old town and bus terminal

We came to Budva for our honeymoon, we absolutely love this hotel and a staff member his name is ognjen šćekić he always welcomed us in the morning, He was very professional and service was outstanding ! The guesthouse is around 20' on foot from the city center. The room is spatious and kept fresh with a good functioning AC. I personally didn't find it too clean, they only come in to change the towels and nothing else, no floor cleaning. The breakfast is good and varied, and even if it is not buffet you have a good selection of plates. However the girl serving you could not be more annoyed of doing...

A nice guesthouse with a good location We had a really nice stay in Budva. The guesthouse was nice, comfortable and clean and the host was really helpful and nice. It was within walking distance to everything we needed, and it was really nice (and necessary) with air condition. The shops were right around the corner (a two minutes walk) and the nearest ATM could be seen from the entrance of the restaurant...

The distance to center of Budva is around 1.5 maximum. Lots of stores and places to eat around. Very friendly owners and staff. Very good breakfast options, very good drinks (Virgin Mojito is great!). Nice rooms, comfy beds, wi-fi and A/C. Definitely a place to recommend for a good price.

The room was comfortable with a fridge, kettle and a small balcony. A good choice of breakfast of the menu. Le Marco is situated in suburb of Budva close to the main bus terminal and a twenty minutes walk to the old town. The food in the restaurant serves acceptable food at a reasonable price. Our experience with this hotel was perfect, very comfortable and big beach chairs litteraly two steps from the watter, distance from other people. Even if in the busyest period somehow you don’t feel there is to meny people if you stay at hotel beach. Next to us was public beach, lots of people, I realy don’t recomend you experience that. Amazing hotel! Especially in comparison with the service in Montenegro in general. The location is perfect - first line, its own excellent beach with very good sun loungers and a cost of 15 euros for guests. The staff - all wonderful employees, very friendly. We had such a great time at Hotel Riva in Petrovac. This is our fourth stay and we comming back for a reason! The location is amazing—right by the sea with beautiful views. We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Riva! The staff, especially dear Anna, were super friendly and really went out of their way to welcome us. We visited here for lunch whilst visiting Petrovac following reviews on a Gluten Free app. We weren’t impressed unfortunately. We were handed a normal menu, to which at the end of the pasta section it says GF pasta options can be provided for an extra €3. Looked at the pizza section, nothing mentioned about GF pizza, but at the very end of the menu it says “ask waiter for GF menu”, so we did, to which...

Got home yesterday after an amazing stay at this hotel. Rooms are good size, with plenty of storage space and spotlessly cean. Breakfast is very good with lots of choice. Hotel is in a good location straight on to the beach, worth reserving the sunbeds on private beach as not an inch of space on the public beach. Plenty of nice bars and restaurants around the hotel, think we tried all of them. Now...

Spacious, cozy apartments, you have to walk a little to the sea, there is also a supermarket and a market within walking distance.

The hotel is good to live for 10-15 days 😉
