In 2024 following aspects got worse and honestly I will not return: - staff much less friendly - beach prices are higher while quality of service is really poor (bartender puts ice into ice cofee with bare hand, and asking for 5 Euro for such level of service and even expecting tip) - private beach is rented to people from outside hotel, even to families with kids, on weekends...

5 star hotel in all but leisure facilities. Spotlessly clean, good breakfast, decent sized rooms and perfect locaction. Probably worth paying extra for sea view. Service could be a bit slow and dour at times but you get used to that. There are a lot of stairs when you leave the hotel!!

Recommendation is a must to secure a spot at the restaurant, and every step is carefully taken care of by the staff of the hotel, from the reception at the entrance of the mansion and throughout the whole dinner. Arva at Aman Sveti Stefan was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. A waiter comes and picks you up at the entrance to the island and walks you all the way to the restaurant.
