My experience at this hotel was great. The room was spacious and clean and with an amazing view of the beach (as I had requested when I booked online) just the view was worth the price of the room really. Breakfast was ok, I would suggest improving the quality of the coffee if possible; but for the price you pay here having any food included I think it’s already a plus. Nicely positioned right at the beach, with the own restaurant also at the beach. Rooms are not that spacious but clean and well serviced. Great balcony view of the bay and surrounding mountains. Close to many historical and cultural sites very worthy visiting. Staff was very friendly, hospitable and professional.

We had the prix fix lunch. Very good and light food for a warm day at the beach. Service was excellent.

Pros: Great location. Stunning views. To the beach and nearest restaurants are 20 metres away. Nice rooms. Breakfast. Cons: No safe in the room. Valuable things should be stored in a safe Deposit box at the reception, which is not always convenient. Wi-Fi is not always stable and the level is not always good.

The best place I have seen in Rafailovichy and Budva. Fish and shrimps were delicious 😋! And homemade wine was something not from this planet. And atmosphere was like you at home.

Nice place, although I did not eat anything fancy, what we ate was very nice, there home made wine was the best we had in Montenegro. However, not the place to go to of you want to stay out late, we felt like we were intruding when it got to 22.00.

Lovely place, absolutely superb when everything around it is in bloom. Really good cooking, simple and tasty dishes. Love the service and attitude! And the prices are decent, perhaps even small for the volume and quality of the provided food! We enjoyed it a lot!

Food is really tasty and price is quite affordable. Restaurant offers a set menu for 6 euros: one of several main courses (chicken, veal or pork meat), soup and salad. We came here several times and every time meal was perfect. The size of one meal was so big that two sets were enough for three persons. The service here is provided in English, Russian and Serbian languages.

We took dorada, sea bass, Shopsky salad and 0.5 l of homemade white wine. All these costed 30 euro. Very tasty, though too much oil. Dorada has more tender meat. We also tried chorba soup and palachinki. Very good. Service is much better than in coast-side cafes.

Excellent accommodation, clean and spacious room. Children's swimming pool in front of balcony. Kind staff, quiet neighborhood close to beach. We had summer vacation to remember, sincerely recommend to all!

We rested for 2 weeks in September 2018, my husband, a child-infant (under 2 years old). We had a rest with pleasure :) Accommodation: the rooms are small, but all have a balcony with wicker furniture. Me my wife and my brother with his wife booked this hotel just by luck , and happed to be one of the best places to stay. Ema at the front desk is the most pleasant, kind and helpful employee. From the moment we checked in to the time we checked out every one of them is sooo kind and professional. This place is 10/10 .

Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible view and very comfortable modern interior with high tech equipment but it all looked so warm, natural and tradional. My stay at Luka Villa was wonderful. Inside and out was very nice, and clean. The interior seemed modern and newly renovated, and had everything we needed. The pool outside was also great. On top of all this, we had beautiful sunset views looking out towards the mountains and water. The hosts were great and really made us feel at home. I would love to go back!
