Many advantages, but one big disadvantage is cockroaches. If the hotel solves this problem, it will be good. Advantages: location, spacious room, clean towels and linen. Polite reception staff.

The officer there behaved very badly, the hotel was very noisy, I was making a phone call, they immediately sent a message to my wife, they were very sullen and rude, it did not suit me at all, I have been on holiday for 1 week, this was the worst place.

Mediocre on all levels, but expected for the cheap price. However the reception was never manned and the personnel was just rude and couldn't care less. We asked to store our luggage on the last day, but they didn't have a "safe place" for it.
We don't know how this could ever get 3 stars, and advise to stay away from this hotel.
(Place is also extremely hard to find and looks like they changed their name a couple of times, maybe to avoid bad reviews?)

To say this hotel is anywhere near the 8.2 grade on booking and 4 on google is utterly laughable. When we first arrived we were met with no reception. We called the number and someone arrived. At first, everything looked okay and clean, but when we took a better look there was a bunch of hair everywhere on the floor (pictures below). We called and they said that someone was coming but they never did. We had plans for the day and when we came back, again, there was no one at the reception. We removed the first cover on the bed and were met with a whole chunk of hair there. We called two times and no one answered, so we left some messages and cleaned ourselves. They replied the morning after saying that the phone was charging and that a cleaner would come. We went out for the morning, we suppose the cleaner did come into the room but the hair was still there in most places. Avoid this hotel and don’t be fooled by the free breakfast, that was one of the worst.

Horrible place and horrible staff. Not really worth the booking and staff was so rude. No elevator and parking was very limited. Would never go back. The front desk guys was so rude and wouldn’t even help I’m any possible way. The only good thing about it was the cleaning lady that was nice.

Not easy to find, not a Hotel sign any where, no Body knows, 2 hours to find!!! Expensive!! Smily and friendly stuff.

Cheap and cheerful. Parking is not great, it’s essentially a building site. Others block you in. The city centre is in general a nightmare for parking. The rooms are clean and simple. Aircon is descent and the beds ok. The bathroom is functional but not very aesthetic. The little balconies are great for bad weather and watching a storm. The free breakfast was good, albeit a little low on food and the coffee ran dry and even when we asked it wasn’t replenished. The Wifi didn’t seem to exist.

Hotel about 10 minutes walk from the seafront and 20 from the Ciutadella of Budva in an area full of shops and markets, but difficult to find because it is located in a secondary side street and has no sign. Small car park with limited availability of spaces (you have to leave the car keys at the reception because they have to constantly move the cars to get them in and out while playing tetris). Our room was located on the 5th floor without a lift and was on the attic. Being tiny, the air conditioner was next to the bed above the bedside table and it was impossible to go outside the terrace because the air conditioner motor was blowing hot air at ankle height. Cleanliness to be reviewed. Inedible breakfast, not very varied, with stale and even moldy products. Tiny swimming pool with green water, more use of pond than for bathing... The only positive note is the kindness and helpfulness of the handyman at the reception. Overall, a bad experience, but luckily we only stayed one night!

Located off a main road, it's a bit off the beaten path. Parking is tight - if the hotel if full they have to double park - and I was unlucky and had to wait for a while until the hotel could move the car that was blocking me. My room was poorly designed. Little sound proofing from people outside. Room was dark, too dark. No windows, only a glass door to the balcony . Largish room, with little furnishing. Had sort of a kitchen - sink, hot plate and mini fridge. Bathroom was large too but also poorly designed - shower water kept running out of the shower onto the floor.... Room had a balcony but it was literally on the path to reception and the rest of the rooms - zero privacy. Also had a small pool, which was not bad. Would not return.
