Around 3-5 mins walk to the bench through a private bridge, with free sun beds and umbrellas. Love the pool, outdoor bar and the lobby, comfortable chairs to relax. Breakfast is a rang of choice, staff are very nice

Spacious, clean, bright rooms, the hotel has a great unusual pool is half under the roof, half on the street, original)) Very good food, everything fresh and a large selection of everything

All staff are friendly and welcoming and the level of service is excellent. Room was very clean and well equiped. Food in Taverna and at breakfast was very good with lots of choices

Nice family apartment hotel overall: very friendly and helpful staff, stunning views, large swimming pool, free parking, comfortable fully equipped guestrooms with kitchens - perfect for extended stays, good wifi speed and coverage - generally, you can fully trust the Hotel's web site, it is accurate and complete

We spent wonderful holidays in this Apart-Hotel. Our room was spacious and very clean. We had booked a room with a sea view, the view was amazing! We enjoyed our time next to the swimmimg pool

Big room, have everything you need. Our apartment was on 0 floor, with easy access to the pool from balcony. Sea could be closer, it will take like 10 minutes to reach it

Wifi is ok, sometimes lost connection by the pool, but it was working perfect in room

Special thanks to Andrei for his hospitality and his kind help with our non-trivially last minute booking request :) I missed a coffee machine a bit (simple capsule machine would do) and found the road to be noisy at nights - if you prefer to sleep with open windows (you don't, not in August anyway) - otherwise had nothing to complain about

The best was the pool in this apartment. Never was cowded and its a children magnet. Not so far from the beach and a big IDEA shop is not so far from the apartment. For us the parking was free in the garage

Bad Restaurant, not fresh food sometimes, My son was in hospital about intoxication from pool or food.

Great expirience, the internet was abit down due to tech difficulty all around budva but still no need for net when you got an amazing apartment to make up for it!

We have stayed here for one week. The apartment was very modern and clean and huge. Unfortunetly the balcony wasnt good to sit out. It was surrounded by other houses. The staff was very friendly and helpful

The parking place big enough and you can reach it with lift

Although, as already written earlier, you need to walk a little to the beach, for us this was not a significant minus, since it is very noisy near the beach and we preferred silence in the room :) Before checking in, we were warned that breakfasts are ordered from a nearby restaurant, so this is not was news to us

Parking near the beach is paid, but I don’t think this is something surprising, since it is difficult to find free parking in Europe, and you just don’t want to leave your car somewhere

To get to the sea, you need to go down the stairs and cross the road. We drove up by car, right next to the beach there is a large parking lot, so there is where to leave the car

We rested in an apartment with a large balcony overlooking the sea. The view is just great! The room is clean, daily cleaning is carried out, the entire territory is guarded

I was staying at family apartment for 1 week. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Excellent service. Very close to the sea and supermarket.

This hotel was such a great place to land and enjoy the beginning of our vacation. The room had a beautiful view of the sea. The restaurant was great! The staff in hotel and restaurant were very friendly and helpful

This hotel has a very good view and almost everything you need surrounding it. We had the best host(Slađa ) she made our stay really seamless and very much enjoyable. She’s very professional and hospitable

The hotel has the best view especially the rooms with the beach front view. If I visit Montenegro again I’ll definitely stay here. Lots of local shops like supermarkets and street food vendors close by

The location was perfect with a private beach. It was a long walk to downtown Budva, but we enjoyed the walk and enjoyed not being in the busy center

The rooms are quite small and the bathrooms have not been well maintained which have signs of mold. The restaurant food was average.

If there's one reason alone to recommend this hotel, it's the unbelievably friendly staff. From the moment you arrive, every detail has been thought of to make your stay as comfortable as possible

Amazing hotel, staff were super friendly and always on hand to support with anything. Location was lovely, the next bay over from main Budva which was perfect as it was a little quieter

The hotel also arranged for a driver to conveniently park/pick up our car whenever we needed it from a secure garage for free, which was a welcome surprise (be warned though that driving within the town during peak season is an adventure)

Restaurants and beaches in this part were a step up as well. We even walked to the old town in Budva, so still accessible, it’s about an hours walks or a 10 minute taxi ride

The best place I have seen in Rafailovichy and Budva. Fish and shrimps were delicious 😋! And homemade wine was something not from this planet. And atmosphere was like you at home.

We came here several times and every time meal was perfect. The size of one meal was so big that two sets were enough for three persons. The service here is provided in English, Russian and Serbian languages

We took dorada, sea bass, Shopsky salad and 0. Very tasty, though too much oil. We also tried chorba soup and palachinki. Service is much better than in coast-side cafes

Food is really tasty and price is quite affordable. Restaurant offers a set menu for 6 euros: one of several main courses (chicken, veal or pork meat), soup and salad

Love the service and attitude! And the prices are decent, perhaps even small for the volume and quality of the provided food! We enjoyed it a lot!

Something good to know is the taxi service that the hotel used to arrange a taxi for us. We found this provider to offer exceptional prices compared to the average taxi in Budva - see attached photos for details

Me my wife and my brother with his wife booked this hotel just by luck , and happed to be one of the best places to stay. Ema at the front desk is the most pleasant, kind and helpful employee

I understand that it’s not something strictly related to the hotel itself, but it was still a nuisance. Their chef is top notch, but special thanks goes to Maša the receptionist and Miloš the bellboy

Additionally, the Queen size beds provided excellent comfort and the hotel's prime location on the first line near the sea and in proximity to Budva made it easyto explore the beautiful beaches and enjoy fantastic restaurants along the coastline

Average hotel. The staff are very nice, but the rooms are old and pretty worn out. The breakfasts are tasty, but monotonous. You can walk to Budva in about an hour.

Good service and personal, but rooms are old, internet connections bad..for price what I pay,I expected much better! And btw,view is beautiful!!

The pool and the tub were fairly clean, could be better. This hotel also has a little playground for kids. WiFi works in every room, which is not the case in every hotel

If it becomes more modern it will be able to attract more tourists. The design in the rooms is also weirdly funny. Breakfast was not suitable for me too much as I prefer lighter food in the mornings

We paid more to get the sea view room and it was the best decision ever: the view from our balcony was magnificent. Cleaning ladies were always polite. The hotel definitely needs renovation

We could hardly move to the beach as the villa was so amazing and the pool outside with sunbeds and BBQ zone were perfect for kids and whole family. There are few beaches and shops available on walking distance

My stay at Luka Villa was wonderful. Inside and out was very nice, and clean. The interior seemed modern and newly renovated, and had everything we needed. The pool outside was also great

Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible view and very comfortable modern interior with high tech equipment but it all looked so warm, natural and tradional. The hosts were great and really made us feel as at home

Free parking lot is available at the villa. We stayed here in August for a week and it passed as quick as just few days. Don't make our mistake and book it for longer period)

We had a great time during our stay at Luka Villa. Our hosts were amazing and provided us with some local treats for our stay. The house was beautiful and well appointed

There is a footpath on the same side of the road that leads down to the right area and is more direct than the street that also leads off. The flats are above Supermarket Jedro, but staff there may not know this

Also: the apartments could do with a dusting and one or two extra provisions (e. better pillows, some washing-up liquid). And you may get some street noise at night if your apartment is at the front of the building

If you are subject to roaming charges on your phone, head to the beach front and have a drink at a bar with free wifi, then use WhatsApp or Viber to make contact

Make sure you have a Montenegrin (+382) number to contact the owner when you arrive, and ask for Hotel Aleksandar if you need directions (it's just opposite)

Nice, spacious apartments very near the sea front and numerous shops, restaurants and bars. Friendly and accommodating people to meet you when you arrive

Slight drawback: it can be a bit difficult to find, as people in the area don't necessarily know the apartments or street name
