The Grand Hotel was probably grand many years ago. Today it is still an ok hotel, undergoing fairly extensive repairs on the upper floor and throughout the central/ left side. Last minute booking at 100€/night Room was better than expected for a standard one. Bed were confortables, we had selections of tea and coffee in the room as well as bottles of water. Frank was a wonderful host. He gave us many excellent recommendations for places to see and eat at. We were impressed with every single recommendation. The apartment is well situated within walking distance from the port and with a bus stop very close. We used the bikes at the property and cycled all over Gozo. Perfect mother daughter trip, only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay.

What a brilliant find on Gozo! The house is lovely, boasting high ceilings, swimming pool, gym up on the rooftop terrace, a made-to-order pastry option for breakfast and comfortable, spacious rooms that even have private balconies. The staff are unfailingly helpful (a special thanks to Joseph for all his help making us feel at home!) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this B&B to other couples.

Fantastic location with amazing views. Huge balcony and comfortable room. Staff amazing. Half an hour walk down a track and then across the coast path to an amazing beach. Absolutely what I was looking for. As an independent traveller I was looking for a relaxation, nothing mass market, calmness, frendliness. What I found was something of all of that but more. A sense of shared home . With complete freedom.

In June 2021 we’ve had a wonderful stay in B&B Dar Ta Zeppi. The owners Tanja and Vince are very lovely people who offer an excellent service. Each day the breakfast was tasty with a lot to choose from. The ‘green room’ was very spacious. My husband and I spent 3 nights in this lovely BB in Qala! We were splendidly hosted by both Matthew and David and their dog. Our room was very spacious and comfortable! The breakfast was a delight especially when eaten by the lovely pool area in total tranquility! I highly recommend this place if one wants to experience a homely holiday experience! We had lunch here on our jeep tour. All authentic Maltese dishes. Mostaccoli with chicken, cold rice with peas and a sauce I could not figure out, pumpkin soup, which was excellent and their staple salad, greens, tomatoes, cucumbers in a balsamic dressing. I have never eaten so much delicious food! I was lucky. I only gained 6 pounds!

We had a wonderful break at Betty's this weekend. She is a wonderful and marvellous hostess. Her place is spotless. You can smell the cleanliness. I stayed 4 nights with friend from end of May to June the hotel is only staffed in the morning for. Few hours access is via key pas all instructions sent prior to arrival room was spacious, had everything, stocked with water and tea and coffee and toiletries, cleaned every day. Reception staff friendly. Breakfast was next door basic continental but were making eggs to order which was nice in the price...

This was hands-down the best meal we had on our trip to Malta/Gozo! Incredible local food, terrific wine, beautiful ambiance in this old farm house. The BnB price for the lavender room is good, the breakfast is delicious with maltese bread, Croissants, Baguette, Cakes, yoghurts, fruitsalad, cheese, cereals and changing cold cuts. The Beds are comfortable and you can switch between a soft pillow and a harder one. You have just a bedsheet as blanket but you can ask Martin, the owner for anything else for example a blanket, beachtowels or a sun umbrella...

It was a good price, we were only there for one night to go to a party so it was perfect for that. You could use the ac for 1 & 2 € depending on how long you wanted it to run.

Nice and clean place to stay. The owner received us late at night and explained the details in the house. The house has a large communal kitchen. Hair dryer and iron / ironing board were also provided. The room was cleaned every day and there were fresh towels every day. An air conditioning system is also available in the room, this had to be filled with 1 € / 2 € pieces, but that was perfectly fine...

The roof pool is a joke. It is hardly 3x4m and mainly used by children jumping in and out while their parents play with their mobiles nearby. Our stay at Hotel Ta’ Cenc was mixed. The room itself had issues – we found ants inside, the balcony was dirty with an old cigarette, and the air conditioning could only cool to 22°C, resetting automatically. Once, we even had no hot water for about two hours. Housekeeping did a good job though: the bed was clean and well prepared, and we received fresh water, coffee, tea, and toiletries every day...

My husband and I had a very relaxing 2 week holiday here in October. This is a real gem of a hotel. The staff place great emphasis on taking care of you. What a gem of a hotel. Set in a quiet village about 10 mins from the village square. Ritash and his team are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are good with a small ‘Juliet’ balcony. It was our second stay in this marvelous boutique hotel. From the cleanliness and calmness that you find once you enter the door you can't not enjoy your stay even if it's only for a 1 night stay! The place was very clean. The personnel were very attentive to our needs, especially since I am lactose intolerant and at the morning breakfast, I found alternative milk that I had requested waiting for me.
