Clean and modern hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfy. the only downside is that for some reason sound proofing between rooms is not good enough and we were able to hear our next room visitors talking. All in all great value for money.

A lovely weekend for our Anniversary. Rooms very clean. Breakfast was in abundance and enjoyed having it in a small courtyard. Receptionists very friendly and helpful. And where happy with our surprise in our room. Wish that next time we come the pools will be ready. Thank you

breakfast was good, small venue but a lot of food to choose from. the room was very clean, nothing to possibly complain about. it is maybe a little away from the beach, but it is still accessible with bus since the bus station is right in the front. renting some sort of a vehicle is a must to explore the island (we rented a scooter for a day, and it was a great experience).

My partner and I booked a weekend stay at this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, primarily drawn by the pool featured in the photos.
We planned to spend our time relaxing by the pool, but unfortunately, the reality was far from our expectations, which were shaped by misleading pictures with very selective angles and much left out.
The pool was significantly smaller than depicted, both in size and depth, and to make matters worse, it was surrounded by AC units and construction tape.
It was far from the tranquil experience we had envisioned, more like lounging on an unfinished rooftop.
Many other guests seemed equally surprised and disappointed when they saw the area.
When we raised our concerns with the staff, we got clearly prepared messages, and we were offered a bowl of fruit and a cheap bottle of Prosecco as compensation.
While the gesture was noted, it didn't address the larger issue of the hotel's misleading advertising.
It's unacceptable to present an image that doesn’t reflect the reality and then dismiss valid complaints with token gestures.
To add to our frustration, Booking.com did not offer any assistance in securing a partial refund, and the hotel continues to advertise the rooftop pool in the same way.
The lack of transparency and disregard for guests’ trust is not right.

Greeting was very good and due that the lift is by the reception, every time you return or leaving you are always greeted. Rooms and AC are to very high standard and large. 1 things I noticed that I didn't like and another thing that can be done better being in the same field for more than 38yrs is that breakfast is very abundance but not ready in time (not blaming the breakfast chef, as she does not stop). I noticed that her kitchen helpers and the guy on the floor are slow and not experienced, so the chef has to come out and try to do all right by herself. You need good kitchen staff, especially with the place fully booked. Bacon looks like deep fried and not grilled and eggs are cooked well done and cut in squares. It shows that there is not enough time for preparation before service.
The other thing that is not right at all is the pool. It is so small and tiny (I calculated that it is around 2m X 4m). It should have been done downstairs in the front terrace, as the actual pool size is good just for 1 family and only 1.10m deep.

We appreciated the warm friendly welcome. Overall impression, spotlessly clean, calm, excellent breakfast, in our case a full English with good quality ingredients.

The rooms are very spacious and clean, the breakfast is out of this world and the attention of the staff is superb... We celebrated Valentine's and they surprised us! an excellent and very promising new option in Gozo
