Beautiful hotel right next to the ferry to Goza and small beaches. The view from the hotel is stunning. Rooms are cleaned daily. Hotel is also very clean. The reception area is large and airy as is the restaurant the food is of good standard breakfast either continental or cooked plenty tea coffee and juices as well as wine on tap. The food is tasty and well cooked. Lunch is of a good standard and enough options to accommodate all. The desserts are delicious as is the soups. Dinner is of the same standard. And all food we tried is well seasoned the salad bar is fabulous with plenty of choices.
The food is not bland as stated by a previous feedback.
The reception staff have excellent interpersonal skills and are very accommodating. This also speaks for the cleaning staff and restaurant staff.
They have music in the evening and we thought this was excellent. Mario was my favourite. You also play bingo and karaoke. The pools are well maintained as is the showers and toilets. They is a shop and a hairdresser which comes highly recommended. Bus services run outside of the hotel constantly to get around Malta and can take you to the airport to and from. Taxi are available and reasonable. Internet is good. Plenty sockets in the rooms. Complimentary shower gel soap lotions shower caps shoe shine. A relaxing and lovely experience.

All in all i am quite satisfied.
Perfect location with nice bay view. The rooms are clean and spacious. Outdoor pools are great with many sunbeds. Unfortunately food was very poor quality:(

Very nice Hotel with a private beach. Rooms are very clean, very big and have a lovely view. Breakfast is okay, dinner buffet is great, especially the desserts are great! Very friendly staff. I can absolutely recommend it, thank you Paradise Bay Resort for a great holiday. :)

So, I booked a stay at Paradise Bay Resort, excited for that *four-star* experience. Upon walking into my room, I was greeted with a stunning street view and a hairdryer that seemed straight out of the 70s. Talk about retro vibes!

Everything was going smoothly until 6:12 AM... when the power decided to take a vacation. No electricity until late afternoon! While I managed to squeeze in a morning workout, trying to charge my devices was a whole other story. Let’s just say it was an "unplugged" experience in the worst possible way.

After suffering through that electric adventure, I headed to the reception to ask for something to make up for it. I told the guy, “Hey, a free breakfast is the *least* you can do.” He gave me a look like I’d asked for a gold-plated jacuzzi. The next morning, a different receptionist was like, "Hmm, I don't see anything about that in the computer." I was like, "Bro, there was no electricity yesterday, remember?" 😅

Luckily, the Serbian-speaking receptionist had my back and sorted things out. Free breakfast in hand, I left feeling... well, slightly less fried. If you're into retro vibes and want to play detective with the power grid, this place is for you!

This year is the fourth year we have stayed at the hotel and it has been a great experience as usual. Everywhere was clean, the staff were nice and the food was excellent and abundant as always. Two things though: The top rung of the pool ladder nearest the wall had the top step missing and the ladder opposite was wobbly. And in our room, the handle of the balcony door on the outside was missing. See you next year!

My recent stay at Paradise Bay Hotel didn't live up to its supposed four-star rating. Here's why:

The food for lunch and dinner was really bad - oily, tasteless, and the place was not clean. We spent a lot of money on meals that weren't worth it.

The staff had trouble understanding English, which made things frustrating. It took forever to get simple things done, like clearing the table.

The hotel's carpets and furniture were old and dirty. Even the mini-fridge in the room didn't work properly.

The people at the front desk weren't friendly and acted like they were better than everyone else.

Worst of all, there were cockroaches near the pool area, which freaked me out.

The only good things were the warm indoor pool and the view from our room.

Overall, I won't be coming back, and I can't recommend this place to anyone. It's not worth the four-star rating it claims to have.

Before I start I just thought I’d say I read all the reviews before coming and I thought it’s still give it a go as my experiance may be different but clearly not here is my list of pros and cons I was here for 7 nights for reference

Cons - The room smelt like urine which is horrible like the bedsheets especially pillows
Cons- First night I found a cockroach on my floor like it was moving about and I told staff they just put it in toilet they didn’t spray the floor because they said they have no cleaning spray
Con - you have to pay for water because you can’t drink tap water every time is was 2 bloody euros like water is essential for god sake why should we have to pay for this at 4 star hotel
Con - the hotel as at the other side of everything so it takes double the time to get to destinations because it’s far out from everything
Cons-The indoor pool was dirty could be cleaner just felt a bit grimy.

Pros - The food is good at breakfast time you have selection from meats/cheese/Fry up breakfast like sausages,eggs/Muesli bowls and croissants 🥐
Pros - It’s quiet not many screaming kids about maybe it’s just the time I visited.

Personally I don’t think I’ll be staying here again I reckon it’s better staying at a hotel closer to tourist attractions if you can afford it.

All went great, staff was friendly, room is cleaned daily and the towels are changed daily. Breakfast is quite OK and the hotel is very well connected by bus to wherever you wish to go, Gozo ferry is closeby. There are two big pools outside, as well as a big pool inside that is heated, which is great since we stayed beginning of May. The pool towel policy could be less complicated and arranged with no cash needed. Also, the store that is there comes in handy for necessities you need, even though it is pricy. All in all, we would recommend this resort ☺️

This hotel is overrated!! Everything is old in the rooms, they don’t deserve 4 stars! Careful when you are paying extra for sea view! We paid extra and instead we got street view and the port, when we asked they said this is sea view but wasn’t as we saw other rooms when someone was cleaning, we also booked double bed but we got twins beds they fix it by covering the beds with a matress topper! The hotel is far away from what you need to visit you can’t go without car. Food is oily and disgusting, they should put a price for quality not quantity! Also the hallways very dirty on the skirting board for 4 stars hotel!!
1 star for the hotel and the staff too as they don’t really try to help to find a way to be good for both sides and only for them! Maybe in the future they will understand to be kind with people cost you 0! We will never come back to this hotel!

In my opinion it's an awesome 3stars hotel, but a poor 4stars hotel. Room was amazing, clean and shiny, the view was stunning and I really enjoyed my time there on the balcony. The buffet meal was rich but the attention was more on the quantity rather than quality, the K-Lounge restaurant is quite good tho. Indoor pool water was quite cold and forget something like "fitness room" or "gym" as it's definitely not as described
