Just coming to the end of our 12 day all inclusive stay at the Pearle Beach Resort and Spa.
Having had the most wonderful time here.
The location next to the beach could not be bettered, with direct access into the warm sea, which offers great snorkeling opportunities.
The hotel pool is also superb with plenty of sunbeds for all.
But most importantly, the entire management and staff at the hotel, has made our stay, what it was.
Every one of the staff, are happy to go over and above what would normally be expected of them, each with a smile on their face, from front desk, to waiting on staff, namely Juliet, to Patrick at the pool bar.
So thank you Pearle Beach, look forward to returning soon and seeing a newly refurbished hotel.

The best all inclusive resort. Been there for about 8 times, and been served with excellence. The kayak and glassbottom is a total hit. The buffet comprises a large variety of food to choose from. Relaxing and peaceful. The staffs are welcoming and very nice.

Good value for money. Very nice and friendly staff. Food was also very good. Enjoyed a very nice boat ride and enjoyed delicious freshly made lunch. Special thanks to Mr. Kangloo who made our stay even more enjoyable. Naiko has also been very helpful. Really enjoyed the spa, entertainment , food and hospitality and service.

The hotel is a little run down (hence closing in June for a refurb) but everything else was brilliant. The staff are like one big happy family, the volume and choice of food is great and the location nice and relaxing. The pool was clean and inviting and we had a great time.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Pearl Beach Hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully set up with a stunning sea-side view that made my day even more relaxing and memorable. A special thanks to Mrs Julietta and Mr. Viraj at the bar for their warm hospitality and excellent service. They made sure we were well taken care of and served us some amazing drinks that we thoroughly enjoyed. Their friendliness and attention to detail really added to the overall experience. Highly recommend Pearl Beach Hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. I can’t wait to visit again

The hotel is old, air con is loud and water seeped through the walls. But the hotel is going under renovation later this year. So hopefully it’ll be better! It’s walkable to a lot of things too.

Service is great though! Can’t fault them at all. Especially when we had a late 10pm flight. We went out all day, came back around 4pm and really wanted a rest and shower to freshen up before meeting our friends for dinner. We offered to pay for 2 hours of use of the room. But they gave it to us for free and helped us with our luggages again! And this time this room was better than the room we got for our 1 week stay!

WOW, such a warm welcome to this amazing hotel from staff at front desk reception. Each and every member of staff has a warm friendly smile and welcome you with open arms. However, there was 1 or 2 who came across as being rude, this could be due to language barriers and their understanding of certain words or ways to explain hotel policies. We did have to request a drink of water on several occasions as we had early arrival and check in and use of facilities such as the bar is not until 2.00pm. So if you require a drink of water on arrival, be prepared to pay. The staff go above and beyond to assist you in any way they can, treat you like family to ensure you enjoy your stay. We had been here 2 weeks and sad to be leaving as we made some lovely friends and had great company each evening. It would be difficult to mention every staff member by name who have served us as I would hate to think I left anyone out. The general manager Dave Bundhoo should be proud of all his staff. Thank you Dave for your ensuring that not only your guests are a priority but also the staff who serve us each day. I'm not sure as to which hotel Inspire303013 stayed at as their review certainly does not match that of our experience. Breakfast: There is plenty of choice and if you have special dietary requirements then let the staff know, don't just presume they are mind readers. Lunch and dinner buffet, again lots of choices to choose from and also a menu is available for you to order from at a small cost. I celebrated my birthday on the 11th March and ordered the Lobster meal on offer. It was absaloutly amazing, cooked and served to perfection. Plus the extra surprise of a birthday cake and best wishes birthday song from all the staff. Thank you, you all made my birthday a special one. Love you all. Disabilities and access. Pearl Beach is disabled friendly and will go out of their way in order to accommodate to your needs. My hubby has mobility issues and he did not have to worry about using all of the facilities available. The only problem we encountered was sun loungers on the beach near to access areas as other guests were reserving chairs from very early morning or would move their loungers so close to you that you had little room to get on/off your seat. The All Inclusive package is superb. Beach towels provided and if you reserve the beautiful Club suite, then bath robes, toiletries, coffee machine, kettle and mini bar is included in the Club suite package as well as a turn down service. Our room maid Rubina was amazing, she looked after us well. Thank you. The hotel is due to close in June for 4 months in order for major renovations to take place. We also had the opportunity in which to visit the sister hotel next door. Beautiful fresh, crisp and clean hotel, however there is a warm family feel at Pearle Beach that I'm sure will spread over once renovations and other plans have taken place. We can strongly recommend this Hotel, excellent food and service.
The staff are always helpful and efficient.
General Manager Mr Dave Bundhoo is always available to help and advise you. If you have any problems, which we never have had do not hesitate to contact him and he will do his best to help you.
The food is always excellent and a very good variety. The staff in the Dining Room and Bar are second to none. Housekeeping is perfect also.

Had a lovely time at the hotel the staff were very attentive and helpful and nice! 😊 The free boat activities is a must loved the boat ride in the morning, and if you need more vegetarian options just ask the Chef. Also when i arrived there was no water bottle in my room but i could just call and they would bring so thats fine! Loved walking all along the beach and seeing how nice the water gets as you walk further down.
