Our Home from Home
Always made to feel part of the family which is a wonderful feeling.
We can strongly recommend this Hotel, excellent food and service.
The staff are always helpful and efficient.
General Manager Mr Dave Bundhoo is always available to help and advise you. If you have any problems, which we never have had do not hesitate to contact him and he will do his best to help you.
The food is always excellent and a very good variety. The staff in the Dining Room and Bar are second to none. Housekeeping is perfect also.

- I’ve been to pearl beach today for a day package. I would rate the food 5/10 and the dessert as well. We do not have much variety. I did enjoy the pool but the sea is not for swimming as it’s rocky(maybe because the sea was rough) There is not much activities which was quite boring for a day package and as the hotel is small, we expected at least some activities. Soo we had to organize our own until lunch time. The drinks were okay, but I enjoyed more the Ice coffee. Also, some staffs are friendly but others do not have manners. As our package was all inclusive, unlimited drinks were permitted. One of my friends ordered a drink and one of the staffed said ‘Atan boss’ and we didn’t appreciate it cause we paid for this. While leaving the hotel, nobody even greeted us. I have been to 3 stars hotels but this not is definitely not worth to come again. It was okay for a first time experience. Overall, I would say please improve the atmosphere vibe. Maybe more music, and better entertainment and more appropriate snacks for tea time. THANK YOU.

Our room was located in the building across the street and it was very outdated. The bathroom was very not nice and the shower made a mess everywhere when we used it. That building smells awful, like a sewer smell. Thankfully it didn’t smell in the room.
The resort is decent, the beach and the pool are nice. The breakfast was decent too. The service was ok, sometimes really good, sometimes not really.
You can easily walk to the Flic en Flac public beach and watch the amazing sunset there!
They have an old 2016 luxury hotel badge award in the lobby, however it seems that they didn’t maintain it since. It’s definitely not a luxury hotel!

I am just back from a 5 night stay. The hotel is a lot smaller than I had thought it was going to be. The pictures of the hotel on web sites makes it look a lot bigger than it is, however the room was a nice size but a little worn down and needs refreshing. The location is great and the beach is beautiful. The staff are friendly but more could be done on explaining about meal times. Food was very nice and a good variety of drinks on offer including cocktails. There were a lot of mosquitoes which I think they could do more about getting rid of them.

A holiday for a special birthday. The staff here are amazing. From the boatman who helps arrange trips to Patrick the hilarious barman. From the entertainment staff to the waiters/ waitresses. From the desk staff to the best of all, the restaurant greeters and managers. Every member will be friendly and so so helpful. Food is nice and hot but can be a little "samey" over 10 nights. Entertainment is basic but entertaining. They really take care of you here, especially if you are celebrating a special birthday. Lots to do on the island and will visit again once saved up and tried to forget the over 11 hour flight from the UK.

The service and the staff Mr. Hans who organized the birthday table many thanks to him and the whole staff. Very helpful, welcoming and smiling! Small but nice pool. Food was nice, good variety.
Things that can be improved or less interesting: no locker/room for day stay, very less parking for such big hotel, the dessert buffet was not great and mojito should be back in the all-inclusive package 🤩

I hate to leave bad reviews but yesterday we went for a massage and it was terrible. Firstly we were not welcomes properly. It almost felt like we were disturbing her. Then the massage didn't feel good at all, and at some point it felt line she was going to break my shoulder. I clearly reacted like I was in pain and asked her to be a little softer and she didn't even apologize about it. I feel extremely disappointed and do not recommend.

The hotel is advertised as 4 start, but is a little bit tired places including the rooms and is probably feels closer to 3 star. The service is however good and the welcome genuinely warm. If you're "all inclusive" it's worth studying the drinks menu and knowing what's included within the deal.

i am currently leaving this hotel after 10 amazing nights. the hotel is smaller than your average resort but it makes up in other areas. the food is amazing. different food each night, entertainment could be more but highly recommend the bollywood show. the hotel is within walking distance to everything. what more can you want really🤷🏽♀️
