This by far is the no 1best hotel in Mauritius. The service is amazing. The staff is attentive and there for all your needs. Whatever your wishes, you shall receive. The suites are stunning with modern interior design. 360 ocean view on all rooms. Many hotels promise you luxury and fail to deliver good service, at this hotel service is top notch. They should be graded 7*. Try also Lux Belle Mare one of their signature hotels in the East coast, superb.

The only thing that they could have been better is the curtains and lighting control, the curtains are too loud and the programming of the lights is not optimal

From the day we checked-in till checked out all we had is a 5 stars hospitality , penthouse is great and super clean. Breakfast is delicious with a wide variety

Dining experiences are great from the rooftop and Ai Kisu , with a comfortable as well in dining varieties

Lastly ; Nadine is a great and kind host , she made sure always our needs are met , she definitely made our stay memorable

Highly recommend! Beautiful, stylish and modern hotel.

Wonderful service; Jerome at the concierge desk took great care of us, regularly checking in on whatsapp to ensure our stay was going well. Saleem the coffee specialist made great coffees in the morning. All the staff were so welcoming.

Stunning rooftop pool, bar and restaurant. Also really liked the pool downstairs with swim up bar and day beds, and throughout the hotel is beautifully designed.

If we’re being picky, the beach was a bit small, and being a child friendly hotel, it can be a bit noisy for those visiting as couples or on honeymoon (as we were).

We booked Lux for our honeymoon and it was by far the best 5 star hotel that we stayed in on the island.

The staff treated us extremely well and we were welcomed with not 1 but 2 cakes during our stay!

I was amazed by the modern facilities and activities that were on offer there. Way above what we got in comparison to Four Seasons and JW Marriott.

Best brunch for me and best spa facilities vs the other hotels.

Definitely one of the best hotels/resorts here! Their extreme attention to the small details is outstanding, you would feel welcomed at every corner by the staff. Restaurants menus are also great but definitely can be improved.
The beach is outstanding and all water activities for free for hotel guests and all the staff are nice there.

Beautiful hotel with a lot of ocean front space. Multiple pools with lots of seating and umbrellas. One pool is louder, with a DJ or music playing while the other ground-floor pool is more peaceful.

The rooms are large and very clean. The blackout curtain makes the room very dark. The rooms are very quiet-you cannot gear the ocean, people at the beach, or any vehicle noise.

The breakfast is delicious. Hot plates made to order plus a huge offering of pastries, fruit, yogurts, fresh smoothies, and more. Lunch is served in several restaurants as well as served to your chair on the beach/pool.

The two gyms are also a plus. One on the roof is only open a few hours a day but has a lot of equipment, beautiful views, and a good view. The indoor gym is open longer hours and has towels, water, and plenty of equipment.

All the staff members were always very welcoming and helpful. The location was good-we could walk to lots of restaurants and shops.

The room is in excellent condition, spacious, clean and with amazing views from balcony.

The welcoming nut cake is a lovely touch.

The facilities are super tidy and nicely designed in modern theme. The gym is well equipped as well as the other facilities.

There are various restaurants beside the main one where buffet is served. The breakfast is super delicious and has hybrid mode ( open buffet and menu orders ).

The beach is clean with amazing sunset views.
