Located in a picturesque Park, surrounded by flowers, terraces and fountains, the hotel is one of the best hotels on the island. Waves lapping at crisp white sand, a small elegant Villa ensures peace and privacy. In the restaurants and bars offer the delights of the Mediterranean, Mauritian and international cuisine. Two steps away from the hotel is the most famous on the island Golf club. The comfortable rooms and villas have stylish interiors, decorated with natural wood, elegant furniture, lots of decorative pillows and original decorations in the Moorish style, the balconies offer a wonderful view of the ocean and surrounding landscape.

The food was lovely with different variations every day. Staff were lovely with my daughter and she still talks about this holiday fondly.
Parking and valet services were great as we hired a car for our stay. Rooms beautiful well kept and cleaned multiple times a day. We used the launderette service and items were pristine after being cleaned. Certain services can be a little slow, for example getting suitcases taken to reception for check out. Or waiting for the buggy to take you to the boat house etc. Certainly never arrived when expected. Check-in was a little slow, but we enjoyed having our welcome drinks by the pool. There were no evening activities when we were there. Other resorts do have more on in the evening.
I recently stayed at Constance Hotel in Mauritius and was very disappointed with my experience. Despite its high reputation, the rooms were not up to the standard I expected. They were quite basic and didn’t offer the luxury one would anticipate.
The hotel boasts seven restaurants, but they are perpetually full. Even though we made reservations well in advance, we had to wait for 40 minutes for our table. It seems there is a communication breakdown because the restaurants were unaware of our bookings. This happened with all the restaurants, which is incredibly frustrating.
The service is awful! And I think I made a mistake and got tempted by the 7 restaurants and stayed here but honestly it’s all very average . I wouldn’t recommend it to others. There are better options available that provide more value for your money. You shouldn’t go.
There's plenty to do here including water skiing, diving, snorkelling and it has a beautiful spa.
Staying at this resort was truly a dream. Me and my partner had such a wonderful time here. The staff really took the time out to look after you and make your experience one of a kind.

- the location is great, the sunrise are amazing
- good choice of pools and restaurants, the decorations are very nice. The resort is clean.
- the food is very diverse and good quality
- the service is very good, personal is very helpful and friendly
- rooms is cleaned 2 times per day, which is great.
Negative:
- for the rooms I would give max. 4 stars. We had small ants and the decoration is basic. We had a Junior Suite. The location was great though, with ocean view.
- very noisy. Doors are smashed, kids are crying everywhere. There is a pool dedicated to people who want silence. But I would suggest to accommodate the families with kids separately from the solo or couples.
- very disappointed with the beach. The alges are not cleaned, not recommended for the snorkeling lovers - there are no fish or corals 20-30 meters from the beach. There is a limit for the swimmers so you cannot go further because of the boats.
