from start to finish we have been to many hotels. this hotel is up there as one of the best hotels we have been to. from the porter to reception to room service. The personel trainers at the gym and also the spa.

I dont know how to put into words how amazing this hotel is first of all to start off the reception is so welcoming they even have a whatsapp chat to assist you. The beach is super secluded and private the food and service at the restaurants is so superb everyone is so helpful it was our honeymoon and they surprised us with amazing decor after our dinner. I want to especially thank the staff for being super super amazing! Anyone staying anywhere else in Mauritius is making a mistake. For sure the best hotel on the island 🤗 also I want give a special thanks to Valerie at the restaurant she is so kind and tries to make your experience even more special!!

One of the top three hotels on the island. Staff and service are outstanding. Beach, rooms, restaurants, boat house, spa, and fitness are top notch. Food is excellent. Also, one of the most expensive hotels in Mauritius.

Went to Ischia Restaurant.
Service was excellent.
Starter was excellent.
Main course was awesome.
Dessert : Disappointing Biscuit coulant.
The free miniardise Tarte Banane was better.
I was looking forward to taste dessert of Mr Lignac but it lacked this wow sensation and options.

I love it,everything was very good and the view is beautiful. One minus is that in our room there was a problem with the AC. It was very cold and the walls were wet for some reason.

Overall, this hotel is good. However, if you've traveled to destinations like the Maldives or Seychelles, you might find it disappointing. The property is small with a limited beach area, leaving little room for walking except along the 300-400 meter beachfront. The food is decent but nothing extraordinary. While the rooms, such as the Tropical Suite we stayed in, are spacious with a lovely terrace, they don't quite meet the standards of luxury; for instance, our wardrobe was placed in the bathroom. Despite the attentive staff who are always ready to assist, there seems to be a lack of follow-through. We had booked a table at the Asian restaurant, but our reservation wasn't passed on, leading to confusion upon our arrival. Additionally, simple requests like ordering coconut water at the beach took an unreasonable amount of time, with waits of up to three hours. On a positive note, the spa facilities are satisfactory. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her week-long detox program, which included morning yoga classes. Lastly, it's advisable to regularly check updates from the Meteorological Office of Mauritius, as unexpected cyclones can occur, however the hotel is well prepared for such surprises.
Just forgot to add: the garden and lawn in front of the rooms are outstanding, thanks to the wet climate and professional gardeners.

Probably the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed. Service was superb. Food was great both at breakfast and dinner. Very convenient to count on a hotel baby sitter to stay with our kids so we could have a nice romantic dinner. The beach right in front is so beautiful with white sands and not crowed at all.

Perfect white beach, turquoise water, amazing high quality food and huge rooms with the best walk in closet and enough hanger’s. Very good gym and tennis courts. At the beach they serve you melon, gelato as little treats. You can relax or do all sorts of watersports, including Hobie Cat sailing,…
You can walk into Grand Baie or the next door club N Joy which is great for drinks and dancing !
