Location of this hotel is very good, 5 mins walk to the nearby Aman Central. There are eateries area the area which is within 10 mins walking. I've stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and unfortunately the housekeeping did not change my bed linens and also did not vacuum the carpet. TV only showing local channels, there are carpark on the basement.

Staff are friendly and responsive. Walkable to alot of Alor Setar Must-go place. Rooms are in good condition. Lobby is comfortable. Breakfast is worth.

Starcity is beyond a stay! What you see in the pictures are not enough. I personally enjoyed my stay and the people were so welcoming. It’s hard to see a hotel that runs and treats guests such a beautiful way.
Furthermore, it’s located near great places that you’d love to hangout! Don’t forget to try thier local Teh Tarik there! It’s my favourite ❤️

Was my regular hotel during 2010-2012, the facade still looks good
Rooms with cold A/C and parking convenience and near to amenities, F & B, Aman Central mall
Bed could be better and the pillows kinda soft for me. Some stains on the bedsheets, hope to have improvements

Absolutely terrible experience – avoid at all costs!
This hotel was a complete nightmare. The staff were rude and unhelpful from the moment I arrived. The room was filthy, outdated, and had a horrible smell. Worst of all, after just one night, I woke up covered in bites all over my body — most likely from bedbugs. Disgusting. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in a hotel before. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

I know there is a group of people occupied for the hotel. Surprised that, there is no arrangement for the others guest's car parking.

A clean simple old hotel. Simple breakfast too. If add another 1 light in room will be better. Air Con a bit noisy but still manage to sleep.
