Staff is very friendly and nice, breakfast is also quite okay. Room is very old though and furnitures are a bit broken and towels are not clean.

I recently stayed at HIG Hotel Langkawi and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.

The breakfast provided was impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes.

However, I would like to suggest improvements in cleanliness. While I understand that the hotel is older, maintaining a higher standard of cleanliness would greatly enhance the overall experience. 

In summary, with a few updates to cleanliness, this hotel could be a gem in its beautiful location!

When I 1st check in to my room, wow the room smell so fresh. Along the walk way to my room also no smoking smell. The room cleanliness exceeded my expectation. I also go a bonus view of the Hata tower outside my room near the lift lobby.

We enjoyed our 4days and 3 nights stay at HIG Hotel. Although this hotel is quite old but the facilities were okay. Requested for a room with a seaview, and granted by the customer service. Will definitely come again to this hotel.
