The hotel stay was very relaxing, super fast check in, friendly staff and great location, breakfast ment and variety was good. The rooms were spacious however some of the plug sockets did not work apart from that it was super value for money. I will be back

We travelled with children and 4 adults. The rooms are very convenient with microwave and fridges.
Though the hotel is not new , it has sea view , and quite near to MAHA tower and Kuah town. Not luxurious type, but definitely is family friendly, opposite the resort there are 24Hr convenient stores and duty free chocolate shops. I like the setting of the rooms actually, 2 bedrooms are not interconnected but share the same gate, but with individual balcony attached.

Very convenient location to explore Kuah centre - duty free shops, pubs, seafood restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, laundry, grocery all within 5 min walk.
Older hotel with renovated room facing the bay. Only 1 night stay. Breakfast is like a big canteen hall setting big firm comfirrabke mattress .Overall clean room and toilet/shower. TV has poor signals and limited programs. Big pool area, kids playground, private beach next to pool. Nice bay view

The room was generally great, and the location was fantastic, with a convenience store and a TS duty-free shop right across the street. Make sure to buy water at the duty-free shop; it's much cheaper there! The service was very good, and breakfast was decent. It offers excellent value for money, being much cheaper than comparable resort hotels in China.
However, this is an older four-star hotel, and it shows. The bath towels were extremely old and worn. If you plan to stay here, you absolutely *must* bring your own bath towels. The bedding also wasn't very clean, so I brought my own sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases, which made my stay much more comfortable.
Seriously, if you book this hotel, bring your own bath towels! Bring your own sheets! And bring your own pillowcases!

Booking a deluxe room with sea view, Room was big, furnitures are old, need to update…….Seaview room has good view. Place crowded during breakfast…..Stay this hotel quite often because of biz trip, breakfast spread alway the same type of food, quality which is so so….swimming pool full of people…..surrounding shops selling food only opens for breakfast and dinner…

Bathroom could use renovation. Room should also be proper. They don’t have any 2 pin outlets. Breakfast was very bad and only catered to the indian region people. In fact their egg station was poor as well. But lastly I would say that the view from the hotel was amazing

Very nice infinity pool, spacious room, basic amenities, and good breakfast. One suggestion for improvement: please provide an ironing room on every floor to make it more convenient for guests.

The lobby and pool area was great, very spacious lobby and big pool. I booked the family suit room for 2adults and 2kids. The room didnt meet my expectations for the price. The room was big, yes. But the room vibe isnt giving. No other details that will make you more comfortable in staying on your room. If you need to iron your clothes you still need to go to the laundry and ironing area which is a bit untidy. For the bfast, i dont know what to comment. Lol. Location wise, 25-45mins away via grab from other tourist spots like skybridge/skycab and chenang beach. Staffs are kinda nice anyway.
