Hotel Seri Malaysia Melaka in Malacca

It's an old hotel, location wise it is good because it is right after exiting the Tol. But my comment is that I have made a report of my fast charging for phone left in the room after checkout, that costs rm200++ call to the operator. She asks for me to check with counter person personally. Logically thinking, we go to hotel because we are not staying nearby. Second is, I have not received any calls from her ever since my report after she has taken my number. I have made a call three times on separate days, and should i be making a call everyday just to get a star rating customer service?

If the call has not been made till today, I will just donate the charger as a token of my utmost gratitude for your help for not assisting me. Do take note that the charger can charge your phones from 0% to 100% in just 30 minutes.

Do yourself a favour by saving yourself and your money from this hotel. You can get a better accomodation with an even better rate elsewhere. This is honestly one of the worst accommodation ever.
No elevators for guests using large luggage, let alone visitors on wheelchair. Poor maintenance. Poor hygiene. Poor amenities. Wi-fi available but not usable.
The guest rooms are dirty, smelly, with very obvious signs of poor maintenance and negligence.

Today 30/04/2024.. Big argument with the reception indian girl.
1. Trying to cheat our family saying that agoda can refund the breakfast if cancel it. The reason we wanted to cancel because the breakfast is fixed and send to the room instead of having proper food with "choices" in the hotel restaurant.
2. The indian reception lied again by saying the other guests did not ask for breakfast, only our family.
3. The indian brought a guy trying scare us during the argument

Also hotel staircase very dusty. Staff stare people as we are beggers. Manager afraid to come out and confront.
