Breakfast was amazing. Room was clean. View was meh only, even i get balcony, but blocked by trees and not really seeing the beach. Service was good, friendly staff. Just that old design resort.

We stayed for 2 days which was great.  Very welcoming staff and nice environment around the pool. Thoroughly enjoyed buffet and breakfast.

Loved everything about our stay! It might be quite a distance from the city if you don’t drive a car, but if you do, it’s only less than a 10-min drive. Service was definitely top-notch; from the main entrance to the front desk, including the staff at the Zest restaurant. Breakfast spread was very good and tasty especially the fresh fruit juices! Definitely recommended and will stay here again...

Friendly and professional staff, buffet sea food dinner was excellent and lovely large warm swimming pool.

Nice place to chill and relax. The pool is great and big but the facilities are getting old. Staff were friendly. Overall a good place to stay. Do take note this hotel is a bit far from the city centre.

The basin is easily block and the water draining down quite slow. In Room without hair dryer but we didn’t try to request from the room services. The soundproof not good, we can hear the noise from outside very clearly. Other from that it was perfect. The reception services was excellent. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Shower was cold throughout my 3 night stay. Housekeeping comes to clean in the late afternoon, even though I switched on the housekeeping button in the morning before heading out. Housekeeping only changes the linen and replaces towels. They did not sweep or vacuum the room and do not replace toiletries, I had to call the front desk, and this too was done very late. The location is great, very close...

nice view that for sure , cleanliness well good I recommend smoking area designated in roofing area not at roadside totally I give 3 star for the hotel bad thing only desk counter service like hell no smiling and when ask question 1 answer per question not detail the security better then the front desk

Clean and excellent stay. Friendly staff. Allowed us early checked in as we ARVD abt 9am. Some OYO did not allow and that's depriving such establishment from excellent ratings.

Hotel was very nice and clean, staff was helpful and polite. What decreased points, was cancellation of original booking without any notice.

We got the room at the corner so it was a bit smaller but comfortable. The toilet and room was clean. The furnitures are old fashion but that was fine since the price is cheap. Will stay here again.

A decent 3-star hotel in the heart of the city. Its strategic location means it is just a stone's throw from a number of food outlets, supermalls and public amenities, a true convenience for its visitors. The simple yet modern furniture provide the perfect complements to the spacious queen-sized room. However, the shower cubicle is quite small for someone who is big and tall.

I booked a low priced room from Agoda so I was given an old room with old furnishings. Apparently they have old rooms on level 1 to 3 and new rooms on the upper levels which have newer and better furnishings but cost more. All rooms have windows but nothing much to see outside the window. My double bed room has a kettle and glasses and mugs, a mini fridge, an old TV which has clear images and sounds...

Price is reasonable. Room is decent. Other than that, nothing else (breakfast etc). Location is quite a walk from any restaurants or malls, but not bad. 10-15 mins walk.

Budget room. There is air conditioning in each room but no cool. More like fan without sound. Quite big room with big bed. Shared bathroom is clean but smelly. My stay per night is RM 30.

The room smells a little and the hot shower is so so. Although you pay what you get for. WiFi is good. The bed is nice and the sheets are clean. It just ain't the best place to stay since it's not right in the city center where most of the shops at night are open just a walk away.

I think there are two types of rooms offered here. You can have a slightly more luxurious one where you have private bathroom and toilet. Or the slightly budget rooms where shared bathroom and toilet are available. Room rates are incredibly economical. A double bed room with shared bathroom will go as low as rm35. The shared bathrooms aren't very appealing, it's slightly dirty, so are the toilets....

I think the room to small and also bath room, and the worst is tv is so unwatchable. Guest service also too slow for respone while check in and check out. Luckily only for 1 night stay at this hotel. Still Oyo app very useful to find cheap hotel within our budget

Its a budget hotel. Good enough to sleep and have your bath then go out again. Good for couples/small family but not big families. Room is superbly clean and cozy. The only slack would be the stairs to second floor. 😥

The Best place to stay with family in miri so far, but no fridge available in the room.

The hotel is located at business area, quite near to convenient store but at night quite noisy due to the motor rider like to race at that area, nearby many delicious restaurant, so far, still nice to live there.
