Outside it's startegic location which is right across the express train to/from the airport and the nice and friendly staff, everything else was supbar. The rooms were not clean, the sheets and mattress were wornout and had black spots, the water pressure was low and there was so much noise coming from every corner of the hotel that made sleeping a challenge.

DO NOT COME HERE. But if you do, book online (they charge a LOT more if you book in person or call them).
The hot water didn’t work.
The air conditioner didn’t work.
There were no windows.
After an hour of the room not getting any colder, I had to walk downstairs while exhausted after arriving there at 4:30am to tell them the A/C wasn’t working BECAUSE THE PHONE WASN’T WORKING EITHER. The guy turned it off and on again and said he thinks it was fixed now 🙄 After another hour of trying to fall asleep in a hot, windowless room, I went downstairs to ask for a refund because they obviously weren’t going to solve anything. It was 6:30am and I was done with their nonsense. They refused to refund my money and said they’d switch the rooms. But at this point, I didn’t even want to sleep anymore, so I walked out.

Enjoy our stay here for 5 nights, it's great value for budget hotel.
Location is great, staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Room is clean
TV has HBO and HBO Family channel
Will stay here again when we are back in KL

I would usually not give five stars for an hotel of this standard, but do an exception with this one. While the rooms are quite small, they are very clean and well maintained. Location is pretty good as it is just next to NU Sentral, in Little India area. You have easy access to the station, and lots of Indian restaurants all around the hotel. Last but not least, the service is really good, and that's what makes me give these 5 stars. Every single employee working in this hotel who I met have been very polite, very nice and always with a big smile on their face, whether this is the receptionist, the assistant helping to clean the lobby or bringing your luggages to your room, the employees cleaning your room, etc. A big thumb for their kindness!

The location is superb to go anywhere. The hotel seems new and very clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They been doing cleaning all time to make the hotel spotless clean. Really appreciated their effort. The only downside is the sound proof is a bit poor, you can hear people talking in corridor and banging doors. I heard the man next room snoring while I was leaning at bed head 😁

For the price everything was great. Staff was friendly and attentive. We felt extremely safe there. Beds were comfortable, room clean, and soft towels and sheets. I would stay here again. 5/5 Overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very well-maintained budget hotel. If you’re looking for a no frills hotel that offers basic amenities you need (bed, shower, toiletries) in a central location - this is a good choice. The hotel is location right opposite a huge mall and KL Sentral line with many eateries available nearby. I was even able to borrow a hairdryer from the lobby and return after use. Only con is thin walls and lack of soundproofing.

This was my 3rd time stay with them. The hotel is pretty good for the budget.
This time the only issue was they didn’t clean my room even after I had asked them clearly before I left.
May be this was one off incident.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I want to sincerely say that this is the best choice. Location, staff, clean, of course, price. The management of this hotel always hears the client. I have worked in this field for a long time myself, so I can say with full responsibility that this hotel is the best and only choice for me! I recommend this hotel! You won't regret it!
