The online name and the hotels board is not same.
Hotel staffs are good and helpful. Rooms have outside views.
Overall above average stay for that price. I was there in off season. They have a small rooftop with nice view. If you want they can take care of your local tickets.
The location is little far from the center.

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was comfortable and pleasant with nice decor. The patio was dusty though so we didn't spend much time in there. The staff was awesome! There was a young man and woman working there most of the time. He made the best breakfast potatoes. They were always very helpful with us. Location is nice and fairly quiet but really close to sightseeing.

This hotel is run by a lovely family Sunil and Shreeti and is definitely the best place in Kathmandu if you love a nice quieter place to stay but still want to live nearby the center point. This place is literally 600m away from bustling Thamel Marg. The owners are very helpful and generous, never felt like I'm staying in a hotel. They helped me to get KTM to PKR bus ticket and tips for roaming around using public transport. Even Sunil dropped me off at the bus stop to catch the bus for Pokhara in the very early morning. Very safe, clean room with a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom, and also had a nice big balcony to my surprise.

We stayed in Exotic house for six nights, before, between and after our two treks in Nepal. The accomadation is clean, modern and fairly priced. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The owners of the hotel also own a trekking company “View Nepal”. We booked both the mardi Himal and Langtang valley treks with them and we were really happy with their services. If your looking for a nice place to sleep just outside the busy Thamel area, I would definitely recommend this place as well as the additional trekking services they provide!

This is the best hotel in in Kathmandu, located just near by tourist hub Thamel, all walking distance to Kathmandu durbar square, swoyambhu nath stupa. The room is very nice, quiet, clean and specias.

Overall best service, I was very satisfied. The accommodation and the staff approach were excellent. The hotel was absolutely clean, with a very friendly and cosy atmosphere. Great location. I fully recommend this place.

Shreeti was the perfect host, she was very helpful with all requests and I really enjoyed my stay at The Exotic house. I will definitely stay here again.

The BED cure my lower back, not too soft nor too hard. Clean Bed sheet. Perfect for walking distance to Main attraction Durbar Square, shopping lanes, so many. Easy to get Intermational restaurant/shops and Local Nepali food as well. If you would like to travel to other city, or adventerous activities, help and arrangement is provided.

Turist from Czechia. I was there with friends on vacantion. I had great experience when staying at Exotic house. The room was clean and comfy and owner is amazing person. Surely I will visit this place again.
