Service is spotless, place is beautiful. Had an incredible time staying there, especially cause I had buffet breakfast and all you can eat of bacon trays. Thank you Yak and Yeti, I love you.

This one of the best known hotels in Kathmandu. Service is good and location too. However it needs to renovate the bathrooms and carpets. The surroundings, garden at the back, breakfast restaurant all are great

But the wall to wall carpet had burning marks, the fridge with the minibar was ripped out from the cup board The restaurant is good and they serve good food and the staff is very friendly at the hotel

For a hotel of this price I expected toothbrush, toothpaste, comb etc but there was none. Good fun because there are many souvenir stores, restaurants, casinos and money changers around

The best of the Radisson are certainly the staff, very friendly and helpful, but also the restaurant has a good, wide choice, and the breakfast buffet is very rich (to the point that I chose a simpler option)

We are happy that the front desk is open again and we enjoy the staff and the atmosphere in this hotel we always stay at when we visit Kathmandu. It means 2-3 times every year. We love the breakfast and the dinner

I was only here two nights, was most unwell for one of them and didn’t get to use the pool or do anything much, but the staff were so courteous and the whole place had a lovely helpful atmosphere

Rooms size are adequate, can't suitable for extra mattress Breakfast was ok as they don't have much options to explore Bonus tip: they exchnage INR currency without any commission for residential guest

Amazingly full in its character. As I heard it used to be some Royal office before. Got huge garden are with a nice swimming pool ( not heated though). Recommended to ppl who love to stay in a place with a character!

After a long research have done this hotel for our 3N/2D stay in Jan-24. I must say the location is amazing as it's not like tiny hotels in thamel, bigger compound, nice lawn and heritage property

its well placed to access everything, and good value I would say. We enjoyed room service and the spa and found both to be wonderful. The staff is so warm and friendly

They had a basic option for breakfast (set menu) which was ok. Staffs at the reception and the manager were quite helpful. not very spacious but enough for what you'll need

Our total experience was amazing. Highly recommend Hotel Excelsior to my fellow travelers. Our room was very clean, modern with a spacious bathroom and shower. The extremely polite housekeeping staff did an excellent job

The rooms look and feel very nice, the rooftop restaurant is high quality and the ambiance is really cozy. The staff is very helpfull and polite, and so are the owners.

The Samaya Rooftop Garden and restaurant is a peaceful and refreshing space from the busy streets. It’s Thamel’s best kept secret. The kitchen is clean and the food is also tasty, FYI, best momos in town

The food in resort is Great they also have there own farm filled with fresh vegetables and flowers. Resort also has infinity pool with excellent pool area

The swimming pool is lovely, nestled in amongst gardens. We stayed here because we heard they offered a set dinner of traditional Nepali foods

This hotel in Kathmandu is a true gem! We loved it so much we ended up staying twice during our trip to Nepal! This place is amazing and ideal to unwind and relax at, you get such a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere! The staff were genuine, kind, professional, and extremely helpful! The food here was fresh and delicious! We loved all the details of our stay here, it was clean and comfortable

So much attention to detail in the rooms. From the latches to the figurines to the flooring and ceiling, everything so quaint yet a very contemporary and modern place. Have seen very few such places.

I don't know if there is generator working or not cause during my sleep I felt that it was load shedding and all appliance turned off. anyway the placement is good in thamel. they provide Airport shuttle service also

I'm a regular visitor of Nepal and this is my first choice to stay. I stayed many times here. I love this hotel especially rooms, the ambience, the restaurant and top of all the staff & hospitality. I feel awesome.

The shower and the heating control in the room was a nice I went in Feb when it was decent cold at night, so I really enjoyed turning the heating up. The bed was also comfortable and staff friendly and helpful

The hotels location is convenient for taxis and also right in the middle of Thamel. The lobby and restaurant area are lovely and the room was very comfortable

Breakfast was also enjoyable and it was complimentary. Bed sheets are clean and white, hot water is also available. but the air condition is not cool enough

m so they can chill in pool till there room gets ready and as you get the room relax and enjoy the room which has all kind of facility from fridge,tv,bath tub,tea coffie kettle and comfortable beds

Ambience is not huge or big but it is proper. Staff is polite and humble and tries to help whatsoever possible. Complementary breakfast was good. But if you are indian you might not get mucj items

I was disappointed by some mild smell in room. Also it's hard to get king size bed because most of the rooms have twin beds. I simply liked the breakfast, lunch and dinner

I loved housekeeping team in their traditional outfits. They were very polite and caring. There was a wedding going on when we were there and it was beautifully decorated

We stayed here with a large group for a week. Accommodations were clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The courtyard was a perfect meeting place and the food was really good

They explained us everything about the hotel and showed us around in such a good manner. Regretfully, we were staying at another hotel and it was the last day of our trip and couldn't stay here

Stayed there in November for 12 nights. Great location and food and great staff. Special mention for Reba on the front desk. Terrific staff in general. Lovely ambience. Great breakfast. Very relaxing.
