This is an amazing 5 star hotel. Great service. Great food. Great staff. A beautiful hotel, unfortunately that can't be said about Kathmandu - a very big disappointment. The pollution alone there will make you sick.

The environment is excellent and the location is good, but the service is very average. No one came to clean the room on the second day of our three-night stay. We had to urge the front desk to come

In the middle of the night, they delivered something to the wrong room and kept knocking on our door, which seriously affected our sleep

The hotel rooms are very unique, the lawn is very beautiful, the breakfast is also very rich, there are both Chinese and Western food, and Nepalese specialties. The staff is very enthusiastic

Service is spotless, place is beautiful. Had an incredible time staying there, especially cause I had buffet breakfast and all you can eat of bacon trays. Thank you Yak and Yeti, I love you.

A colleague who stayed in the main building said that dirt had settled when he filled the sink with water, but the new building didn't have that problem. The hot water came out well, and it was better than expected

The house is a bit old, but it is pretty good in Kathmandu. The price is a bit expensive, but the service is good, the location is good, and transportation is convenient. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The breakfast is expansive with everything from fruit to meats and cheeses, but it is a bit expensive to include it in your room plan. The room is very comfortable with a nice bed and linens

My only suggestion would be to take a second look in the tub/shower. There is mold in the tile grout lines and in the nonslip mat

Radisson is a top notch hotel with a good location near the tourist district and close to many restaurants and shops

The facilities, service, and breakfast are all good. The price is good value for money. Boudhanath Stupa is just a few minutes walk away. I think it is a good hotel for resting after a hike.

I booked a room with a view of the Boudhanath Pagoda. I asked the front desk why I couldn't see it. Wasn't it inconsistent with the reservation? They took me to see two other rooms

Great escape from the busy city! It’s located in a beautiful forest location and you can watch big groups of deers at the golf course. Rooms, amenities and restaurants are top. Overall a fantastic stay!

The hotel offers a range of apartments from budget studios to 2 or 3 bedroom suites available for daily, weekly and monthly rent. All apartments have private bathrooms and self-cooking facilities

Staff came quite promptly and assisted with change of room, which thankfully was much cleaner and without cockroaches. Definitely not a good first impression for a first-timer staying in the hotel

The staff allowed us to check in early after a long overnight train. The hotel is comfortable and perfectly located.  We could walk to the Potala and Jokhang Temple

The location of this Hotel is classic. This hotel is right in the market place thamal. I stayed in this hotel on the 2nd of May 25. I did not have lunch or dinner due to my tour plan

It has an outdoor pool, spa, conference room, travel desk, a dining area, an elevator, free WiFi etc. It also has a small fountain and a small parking space. Many local as well as foreign tourists stay at this hotel

I had breakfast which is not up to the mark and standard. The room service is also not professional. I have to request everything, like soap, shampoo, and towel by calling the reception

Amazing architecture and intricately carved ceilings and window frames, with good food and great beds. Only thing missing was a hot shower. The pool and conference facilities were first rate, and the staff were lovely

As a solo traveller for the first time, I felt I was in a home away from home, where no problem was too inconvenient. All levels of staff were always accommodating

House maids /other staff wear traditional tibethan dresses, big rooms -everything top nice and clean / original tibethan, extremely good restaurant, very nice out door flower garden (with bar) to have lunch or dine in the evening

For example, i was advised to employ a local taxi driver for a more personal tour of the city's sights, whereas i had planned an expensive impersonal tour group. I felt safe wondering the nearby streets

This hotel is located on Thamel Street in Kathmandu. It's a relatively decent location and not-too-old facilities, so it's okay. However, the cleanliness of towels, etc. We provide free drinking water

We stayed here in March 2025 for a few days while visiting Nepal. The hotel has wonderful staff— from reception, restaurant, housekeeping, and SPA. It has everything you would need, including currency exchange

As we walked through the door we were blown away by the interior decoration, only then to find that hotel had been a former palace! Historic artifacts and pictures were strewn through the hallways and the outside only matched the royal feel with perfection

I've made use of the small but practical gym, thereafter the sauna and finishing and cooling off in the outside pool.   Only 10-15m away from the airport (outside rush hours)

The staff were great, the breakfast was standard for off peak times and although the location isn't in the depth of Thamel, the area most will go out for eating and drinking, it was within 30 minutes drive of most landmarks and as it was the ambassedy/ office worker area, there was a nice vibe

There’s a lovely library upstairs, and it is a truly beautiful property amidst the chaos of the street. The staff were so inviting and I was able to meet my tour guide there since he frequents the dining spots next door
