This is an amazing 5 star hotel. Great service. Great food. Great staff. A beautiful hotel, unfortunately that can't be said about Kathmandu - a very big disappointment. The pollution alone there will make you sick.

The environment is excellent and the location is good, but the service is very average. No one came to clean the room on the second day of our three-night stay. We had to urge the front desk to come

In the middle of the night, they delivered something to the wrong room and kept knocking on our door, which seriously affected our sleep

The hotel rooms are very unique, the lawn is very beautiful, the breakfast is also very rich, there are both Chinese and Western food, and Nepalese specialties. The staff is very enthusiastic

This one of the best known hotels in Kathmandu. Service is good and location too. However it needs to renovate the bathrooms and carpets. The surroundings, garden at the back, breakfast restaurant all are great

But the wall to wall carpet had burning marks, the fridge with the minibar was ripped out from the cup board The restaurant is good and they serve good food and the staff is very friendly at the hotel

For a hotel of this price I expected toothbrush, toothpaste, comb etc but there was none. Good fun because there are many souvenir stores, restaurants, casinos and money changers around

A colleague who stayed in the main building said that dirt had settled when he filled the sink with water, but the new building didn't have that problem. The hot water came out well, and it was better than expected

The house is a bit old, but it is pretty good in Kathmandu. The price is a bit expensive, but the service is good, the location is good, and transportation is convenient. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The breakfast is expansive with everything from fruit to meats and cheeses, but it is a bit expensive to include it in your room plan. The room is very comfortable with a nice bed and linens

My only suggestion would be to take a second look in the tub/shower. There is mold in the tile grout lines and in the nonslip mat

Radisson is a top notch hotel with a good location near the tourist district and close to many restaurants and shops

I stayed in a building next door, not the main building, and it was very clean, probably because it was newly built

The rooms are excellently maintained and the ambience is very good. The staff are very kind and helpful. The swimming pool is one of the best i have had the opportunity to use recently

The food in resort is Great they also have there own farm filled with fresh vegetables and flowers. Resort also has infinity pool with excellent pool area

Nice place as it has a lot of gardens and places to walk around. Pool is a bit small but it is good, food was nice too and I loved walks to temples and the things I could do within the walking distance

I booked a room with a view of the Boudhanath Pagoda. I asked the front desk why I couldn't see it. Wasn't it inconsistent with the reservation? They took me to see two other rooms

The breakfast was good, the staff friendly and the room was excellent and quiet, such a comfy bed! The shower was amazing, especially after roughing it for a while! If you're after something a little nicer in the Thamel area then this was great

Room are very good as Kathmandu’s standard. Breakfast is ok for the price of the hotel. Located just right in the tourist center of Thamel. Closed to many shops and Chinese restaurant of Sichuan and Shaanxi cousins

We were originally at the front of the hotel on the main road and there is absoloutely no sound proofing so we asked to be moved more towards the back of the hotel which eliminated the road sounds but the nightclub is painful to listen to until midnight

Thamel is a great choice for travelers interested in shopping, food and hiking. There is a nightclub next door and it plays music that booms through the whole hotel no matter what room you are in or what floor you are on

Each room at this hotel is air conditioned and has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Certain rooms feature a sitting area to relax in after a busy day. You will find a kettle in the room

The staff allowed us to check in early after a long overnight train. The hotel is comfortable and perfectly located.  We could walk to the Potala and Jokhang Temple

The location of this Hotel is classic. This hotel is right in the market place thamal. I stayed in this hotel on the 2nd of May 25. I did not have lunch or dinner due to my tour plan

It has an outdoor pool, spa, conference room, travel desk, a dining area, an elevator, free WiFi etc. It also has a small fountain and a small parking space. Many local as well as foreign tourists stay at this hotel

I had breakfast which is not up to the mark and standard. The room service is also not professional. I have to request everything, like soap, shampoo, and towel by calling the reception

I like tea made a certain way and they made it each morning. The management was also very friendly and attentive. I got a little sick, as many travellers to this country do, and they helped me find a remedy

The hotel is located in the Thamel area, and the surrounding service facilities are complete. It's just that the Thamel area is crowded, the ground is uneven, and there is a lot of dust
