The environment is excellent and the location is good, but the service is very average. No one came to clean the room on the second day of our three-night stay. We had to urge the front desk to come. In the middle of the night, they delivered something to the wrong room and kept knocking on our door, which seriously affected our sleep.

This is an old hotel that is in desperate need of a refresh. Given the price, I would only recommend staying there should you be attending a conference on site. Outside of that, there are many newer options at half the price, and are more conveniently located.

The facilities inside the hotel rooms in the main building are too old. The air conditioning can't be controlled at all. It's either freezing or hot.

The room is relatively old and not up to the 5-star standard. The bathtub in the bathroom is also a bit paint-chipped, but the service level is still up to the 5-star standard.

I stayed in a building next door, not the main building, and it was very clean, probably because it was newly built. A colleague who stayed in the main building said that dirt had settled when he filled the sink with water, but the new building didn't have that problem. The hot water came out well, and it was better than expected.

The environment is great. The facilities are also very good, but the water in the shower is very small and the water temperature is difficult to adjust. When checking out, the front desk was very indifferent, which is not the attitude of a state-owned hotel.

I booked a room with a view of the Boudhanath Pagoda. But I couldn't see it at all. I asked the front desk why I couldn't see it. Wasn't it inconsistent with the reservation? They took me to see two other rooms. One of them had a view of the pagoda but it was so small that I could hardly see it.

The facilities, service, and breakfast are all good. The price is good value for money. Boudhanath Stupa is just a few minutes walk away. I think it is a good hotel for resting after a hike.

nice heritage kinda hotel, big room and clean. It's a bit far away from the center, but very close to the budda stupa which is amazing. Hyatt has a standard, and this one doesn't really disappoint. It's a solid hotel to stay for 1-3 days when in kathmandu.

Lavish and well developed Forest resort such a beautiful location just a few kilometres away from the capital city Kathmandu. Such a huge property with inhouse gulf course and you can see some wild animals around the location if you are lucky.

Nice and spacious room in a quiet and peaceful environment. Location was about 10 mins drive from the Buddha stupa and 20 mins from the airport. Staffs were very polite and helpful, always greet us in a smiling face. Will definitely go back again.

The hotel is located in a golf course, which is also a natural forest park with deer and monkeys... The hotel staff from the front desk to the restaurant are very helpful, the breakfast is quite rich, the facilities in the hotel room are relatively old but very clean... Since the hotel is next to the main road, rooms usually get all the noise. Bad internet service and average food. I will admit that the hotel staff is extremely friendly and tried to help us in every way possible. But my stay was not as good as I expected it to be. Went for wedding anniversary and yes the hotel staff did everything to make it special.

There were 4 huge cockroaches in my room. I killed 2, the other 2 were running around. I did not know how many more cockroaches were hiding in the room. The staff allowed us to check in early after a long overnight train.  Thank you. The hotel is comfortable and perfectly located.  We could walk to the Potala and Jokhang Temple. I was booked one night stay which have included dinner and breakfast.when i reached at hotels above 21:40 but staff says it’s too late for providing full service of food which includes on my booking, If hotels receive full cost of service hotel must be provided full service..there’s no mention in booking website about dinner time…so back my money 😡

I was disappointed by some mild smell in room. Also it's hard to get king size bed because most of the rooms have twin beds. Food is awesome. I simply liked the breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is an oasis of rest and cleanliness near the stupa in Kathmandu. The staff are very friendly and service minded. I had a room overlooking the patio and that was perfect. The lovely Tibetan-style hotel is a hidden haven of calm in the bustling Boudha neighborhood. The rooms are spacious—slightly dated, but very clean. This is a nice hotel in Kathmandu. My room (301) was clean, spacious, with a very nice view. The bathroom was clean and nice. The food at the restaurant is pretty good. The service at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. Would return.

Beautiful place but with 5 floors they don't have an elevator. The staff are exceptionally good. However the showers with all the fancy panel shower fittings was in need if a good scrub with vinegar and bicarb It must be difficult carrying cleaning materials up and down those stairs. Breakfasts were really very good.

Not much really. But if I had to say something, it would be the crushing streets with not pedestrian walkway. But this really is not the fault of the hotel and is a common problem for any hotel situated there. Another thing would be the lack of an elevator. This is not a major problem, unless you have a knee problem, since porters are on hand to being your luggage up to your room and back down when...

This place is in the heart of Thamel in Kathmandu. The people are very nice and the service is excellent. The room was large with an adjacent living room, though this was not the base level room. The breakfast that came with the room was huge and very good.

Hotel is good for cleanliness, location and services. Some basic amenities should be more such as towels which generally good qualities hotel have multiple ones. It’s in fact a small deal which can be improved easily.

Great hotel at an amazing rate. The room is spacious and with bath tub as well. Facilities are great especially with a well-equipped gym.

The breakfast service was poor, no cutlery, cups and when we ask the waitress to set a table we were basically ignored. There were staff standing around chatting despite the obvious need to get organised. There was 2 hours more until breakfast finished, it was the same on two days, one day was ok. The omelette chef was very efficient and helpful. Reception staff were ok and the bed was very comfy

The first night there was a lot of noise from the room at 4am which didn't stop until around 6am. I called the customer service department and they said it was possible to pack my luggage at night and check out in the morning, so they didn't process it. Then it started to appear again at 11pm the next day and was finally dealt with successfully. Overall, the design of the room is good in everything...

Location of the hotel is worse. The same hotel at different location would have been much better. I feel the price for the room is a bit high and expensive. However the staffs were friendly and professional.
