The environment is excellent and the location is good, but the service is very average. No one came to clean the room on the second day of our three-night stay. We had to urge the front desk to come. In the middle of the night, they delivered something to the wrong room and kept knocking on our door, which seriously affected our sleep.

This is an old hotel that is in desperate need of a refresh. Given the price, I would only recommend staying there should you be attending a conference on site. Outside of that, there are many newer options at half the price, and are more conveniently located.

This one of the best known hotels in Kathmandu. Service is good and location too. However it needs to renovate the bathrooms and carpets. The surroundings, garden at the back, breakfast restaurant all are great. For a hotel of this price I expected toothbrush, toothpaste, comb etc but there was none. Good fun because there are many souvenir stores, restaurants, casinos and money changers around.

The facilities inside the hotel rooms in the main building are too old. The air conditioning can't be controlled at all. It's either freezing or hot.

The room is relatively old and not up to the 5-star standard. The bathtub in the bathroom is also a bit paint-chipped, but the service level is still up to the 5-star standard.

I stayed in a building next door, not the main building, and it was very clean, probably because it was newly built. A colleague who stayed in the main building said that dirt had settled when he filled the sink with water, but the new building didn't have that problem. The hot water came out well, and it was better than expected.

Located at perfect location with best hospitality.

The house is a bit old, but it is pretty good in Kathmandu. The price is a bit expensive, but the service is good, the location is good, and transportation is convenient. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The hotel is an architectural marvel and a quiet oasis not more than 2 km from the international airport. The rooms are amazing and the court yard is wonderful. The swimming pool is lovely, nestled in amongst gardens. We stayed here because we heard they offered a set dinner of traditional Nepali foods. Great place for Yoga lovers in heart of nature. The hotel is designed with traditional Naples architecture its as ancient look . The food in resort is Great they also have there own farm filled with fresh vegetables and flowers . Resort also has infinity pool with excellent pool area. Good hospitable staff.

We didn't get to stay long enough. We were there in October 2022. The grounds are amazing the staff was impeccable the food was delicious and the room was incredible. The attention to detail and guest care is something we don't have much in the states anymore. They went above and beyond. If we ever go back we will definitely stay here again!

Location and the ambiences of the hotel was perfect! Since there was a conference going on, our rooms were not allocated as per booked. The first few hours of getting the right room was a hassle. But after sometime they managed a nice room for us even though I didn't get the cottage room as booked. Overall, good!

Nice place as it has a lot of gardens and places to walk around. Pool is a bit small but it is good, food was nice too and I loved walks to temples and the things I could do within the walking distance. Also the people were very welcoming and friendly

I booked a room with a view of the Boudhanath Pagoda. But I couldn't see it at all. I asked the front desk why I couldn't see it. Wasn't it inconsistent with the reservation? They took me to see two other rooms. One of them had a view of the pagoda but it was so small that I could hardly see it.

The facilities, service, and breakfast are all good. The price is good value for money. Boudhanath Stupa is just a few minutes walk away. I think it is a good hotel for resting after a hike.

nice heritage kinda hotel, big room and clean. It's a bit far away from the center, but very close to the budda stupa which is amazing. Hyatt has a standard, and this one doesn't really disappoint. It's a solid hotel to stay for 1-3 days when in kathmandu.

I was disappointed by some mild smell in room. Also it's hard to get king size bed because most of the rooms have twin beds. Food is awesome. I simply liked the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gajal live music is awesome. The speciality of this hotel, based on my one week long stay, is that they only cook fish and chicken in the non-veg items.

Our room's lock latch was missing, and on the third and final day we stayed, the water in which I was showering with literally turned black (probably showered when the tank was nearly empty?) Along with the rooms, the bathrooms should have heating too. In the winter, when the outside temperature is near freezing at night, going to the bathroom can become quite a challenge without actually putting winter clothes on. Other than that, it's a pretty good hotel

There were 4 huge cockroaches in my room. I killed 2, the other 2 were running around. I did not know how many more cockroaches were hiding in the room. I called reception to request for a change of room. Staff came quite promptly and assisted with change of room, which thankfully was much cleaner and without cockroaches. Definitely not a good first impression for a first-timer staying in the hotel...

The staff allowed us to check in early after a long overnight train.  Thank you. The hotel is comfortable and perfectly located.  We could walk to the Potala and Jokhang Temple. Dozens of restaurants and cafes were also within walking distance. There was oxygen in the rooms and breakfast staff were very welcoming.  Would stay there again.

Toilet and bathrooms are little dirty. I was booked one night stay which have included dinner and breakfast.when i reached at hotels above 21:40 but staff says it’s too late for providing full service of food which includes on my booking, If hotels receive full cost of service hotel must be provided full service..there’s no mention in booking website about dinner time…so back my money 😡

The front desk was extremely bad! A local who knew my name came to the hotel at 2am after drinking too much and told the front desk that he knew me. He called me at 2am when I was sick and just fell asleep and woke me up. The room space feels a bit cramped, and the boxes can only be placed on the floor. When you go out, you can reach Thamel with many shops, which is super convenient. The service is good and the restaurant is very convenient for ordering and delivery.

The front desk service is very good and answers all questions. The room is clean and tidy, quiet at night, and within walking distance of the Art Museum. The hotel is located in the Thamel area, and the surrounding service facilities are complete. It's just that the Thamel area is crowded, the ground is uneven, and there is a lot of dust. I e stayed at a few places in Nepal and this one has been my favorite so far. Included breakfast on the rooftop restaurant. Decently clean, comfy beds!

Friendly and good breakfast. And it's cost-effective and quiet at night, so it relieves fatigue easily. There is a rooftop for morning exercise, so you can do it in the good air.

Spent ten days here as part of my in-country orientation programme. Basic but comfy rooms offer the luxury of a bath, but the stand-out feature was the excellent service attitude of the staff, what were always helpful and supportive.

This hotel is behind Radisson. One has to pass through a narrow lane. Has enough.parking and 70 rooms. There as some maintenance activities going on when we visited. Overall recommended. Rooms are good and food at restaurant are good. Thamel market is at walking distance.
