The staff was very professional and highly supportive. The hotel is close to the main road and walking distance from the main market Assan Tole and Garden of Dreams. room was nice ad big and AC was working great. the ambient light inside the room was great to manage personal work from a laptop. Internet was working good.

I really have no idea how is this place rated 4.8?
Yes, ok the staff is nice - that's true. and the place is clean. And the location excellent.
But the food is horrible. Breakfast is so average and really lacks decent options... I eat mainly fruit and every day they were lacking options.. we didn't get it from vendors - every day... they really lack options in the menu for room service...
considering the prices which are very high for Nepal, I don't think it's a good deal at all... the shower has some issues. There's a lot of construction work going on around. Wifi flaky...
before staying here I stayed at the Dom Himalaya - which is a truly 5 * service with better prices.
They have the most beautiful breakfast buffet - fresh juices, refillable lassi and their own restaurant is so high value - it's incredible. Beautiful views, all the staff know your name - superb service.

Clean washroom, brand new A/C, freezer, Nice and kind reception, free airport pick up, reasonable price. Hard to find it but great location. Perfect for me. I'll book again.

Although it's not my first stay in this hotel. As things changes so does this hotel all new faces in operation no proper service no respect to customers, staffs keeps on eating on restaurants, travel agent guy always looking for business for tours and tickets although we say we don't need service, no proper uniforms, toilet glasses dirty, dirty toilet bowls, kettle not working arrh it's the last stay in this hotel

Friendly staff and comfortable clean room. Convenient location hidden in heart of Kathmandu. Some of the breakfast options could be improved on such as more natural healthy food such as fruit and better yogurt.

Great hotel stayed here many many times, the street is a bit receded in Thamel thus less noisy and next to a good korean restaurant and perfect cup coffee great for breakfast

We had an amazing stay at M hotel. The staff went above and beyond the whole time we were there and always had a smile on their face. It makes such a difference to your experience and they are a credit to the place. The room was spotlessly clean and the TV has plenty of channels. The shower was amazing and the included breakfast was pretty good too.
The only small downsides being the food at breakfast normally runs out before the end and there were a few power cuts whilst we were there (but they didn't last long). One of the best value hotels I've ever stayed in.

Good value. The staff is courteous and attentive and took care of whatever we needed. Clean and newer hotel. Breakfast is an option and is good for a quick bite before heading out for the day. The hotel has a small but nice rooftop bar with some pretty good cocktails.
