Located in a nice area if wadi kabir in Muscat. Very clean and modern facilities at economic prices. Breakfast is average. Staff are helpful and nice. Ample parking around the hotel but can get busy at night. You can rent cycles for free from the hotel and take a ride around.

Not bad but no worth for money

Very nice, and clean hotel, friendly staff, and they recently upgraded their WiFi which has faster speeds. It's also in a good location, close to Matrah Souq, Shangri-la and Bustan Palace, which are all good tourist attractions.

Not bad at all for the price you pay. Friendly staff, and location is key. Easy to get in and out of your hotel to main attractions. At least for me, the size was great for a big family. I wasn't happy with the room they gave, so without hesitation, they changed my room to my liking.

Good hotel good food but party hall is too small

Friendly staff. Nice bathroom and bedroom. Price-performance ratio is very good. Breakfast is nothing special, but the attentively staff always asks if you want anything else thats not with the buffet. Air condition is working properly and the bedrooms don't heat up much during the day. Supermarket is just across the street. Laundry service is not free! Loud traffic noise!

One of the favourite hotels for tourists from all over the world. Qualified and dedicated to providing nice accommodation for visitors. Calm place and good access to Oman mall, Avenue mall, quorum beach and embassies of different countries.

Very centrally located hotel with all the regular amenities of a chain but with friendly staff and service and attractive prices make for a comfortable stay. Bus station to the airport and other attractions is nearby and some sights are walking distance. Many restaurants in the area make the stay even easier.

Like a normal 3 star hotel bot very tidy as it is bit old but has almost all the facilities which you need. Toilitiers are also available at your request. Stayed there for business trip. Walkable distance to cafes and grocery shop.

Living in Mutrah doesn't get better than this! The views are stunning, with the mountains towering behind the historic buildings and a glimpse of the Sultan's yachts. The hotel had very friendly staff and a great location, right near the market, fort and good food in the area. We are happy with the hotel. At our request, they immediately changed the room (the first one was dirty). It's 7-10 minutes to the sea, but the beach is not equipped. The breakfast is good, but the coffee is weak. Many thanks to the head manager: he helped with changing the room, calling a taxi, allowed us to leave at 2 p.m. (for the flight). The rooms are relatively old and not very big, but the hotel has its own private beach, infinity pool, great environment, many foreigners, and a good breakfast.

Room is clean and comfortable enough - nothing bad but nothing special. Amenities are amazing though - really nice pools and it’s a big plus that there’s a private beach. Food selection is also good.

The service was horrible, they kept me for 45 minutes to check in, at the end they offered the first floor sea view which was impossible to see anything i paid extra for the view. Only problem is parking. Other than that, this place is great. I was invited by old time friend and band member as a guest. The club Route 69 was good, not the best. But considering that all live music was banned in Oman for a while, this makes it the very best. I would recommend it and would go again.
