I love this place very much. They are very lucky with the beautiful surrounding nature and they have very tasty food in a large restaurant.

Expensive and rich. Great service. The beach and sea in October are beyond praise.

Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Al Bustan Hotel in Oman exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. We were so impressed with our experience that we extended our stay by two extra nights. The breakfast was a culinary delight, offering an array of delicious options. The luxurious accommodations, stunning location, and impeccable service made our time here absolutely unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional and indulgent getaway.

I would also like to add that we enjoyed speaking with Muhummed's at the reception. His extensive knowledge of the local culture and customs was impressive. He eagerly shared valuable insights and recommendations, guiding us to the best places for shopping and providing us with a deeper understanding of Oman's rich heritage. His genuine enthusiasm and passion for his country added an extra layer of authenticity to our experience.

This hotel is simply majestic. Beautiful, magnificent 😍. There aren't enough adjectives to describe it. It sits around a mountainous area, and getting to the national museum only takes 10mins from here. One can easily get to other tourist attractions.
Breakfast was exceptional, too many options to choose from. The kids' pool & play area, kids' zip line, and the infinity pool were some of the facilities we used and thoroughly enjoyed. Staff were generally pleasant & courteous. Prices tend to rise closer to your stay, so book in advance.

This hotel went above and beyond from cake to balloons. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The foyer is palatial. It smells fantastic and the grounds are beautiful with the beach and sea a short walk away.
Lovely restaurants. I definitely recommend it especially for special occasions!

I reserved Al Bustan Palace for a quick weekend break with my spouse (3 nights/2 days), and the hotel's exceptional service and breathtaking surroundings left us speechless. The staff went above and above to make sure we had a pleasant stay. They were really kind and accommodating. The photographs on the hotel website do not do the location's beauty credit. We stayed in a hotel overlooking the lagoon, which provided direct access to the lagoon pools from our balcony. The property is beautifully planted and kept up, with lots of palm trees, flowers, and stunning views of the mountains and the private beach. The view is breathtaking.

The best hotel ever!! This palace is everything. Recently renovated, great staff members, always willing to help and they are very friendly.

The breakfast spread is the best out of the 5 star hotels in Muscat. Dinner at Pavilion and China restaurant were the best dinners during my 12 days stay in Oman. Stayed in the Junior suite, the bathroom amenities were on point. Did kayaking here too and there’s a lot more that you can do.
